R.Rasiwasia spearheaded a charity show to extend a helping hand to 100 pediatric surgeries in 2017.

Leading light of India fashion landscape, Designer Archana Kochhar presented her new line of designs especially curated towards the patients of Pediatric diseases; Esha Gupta walked the ramp as the show stopper.

7th January, 2017 on Saturday in Mumbai- "A great deal has been achieved; as always, the climb gets tougher as one goes higher" says Mr. Balmohan Rasiwasia*(District Secretary) Rotary Club, Pres Suman Gupta (Pres. Rotary Club of Mumbai Divas),  Industrialist & Philanthropist Dr. Aneel Murarka and Celebrity Vastu Expert Mr. Basannt. R.Rasiwasia who spearheaded a charity show to extend a helping hand to 100 pediatric surgeries in 2017.

The event saw the presence  Prashant Virendra Sharma, Shweta Khanduri, Jyoti Saxena , Gareem Pandey, DJ Sheizwood,were also present. Shah Rukh Khan & Alia Bhatt spoke length about their support towards the cause & propelled people to join hands and take a step. 

Mr. Balmohan Rasiwasia (District Secretary) Rotary Club  says "This event aims to curb the pediatric dieses in India. Although to a certain extent, govt. including doctors have controlled the dieses but The Rotary Club is supporting 100 such surgeries and would like to request people to support in the smallest way they can"

Industrialist & Philanthropist Dr. Aneel Murarka says " We are committed to strengthen and improve the health of children around the country  through quality provisions & awareness. Not only the Government but also the non-governmental support is important to develop facilities in neonatal surgery in Medical colleges and referral centers, especially in the current developing scenario"

Celebrity Vastu Expert Mr. Basannt. R.Rasiwasia says "The purpose of this event is to provide patients with proper diagnosis and surgical treatment. We aim at extending the efforts to nationwide"

Pres. Suman Gupta (Pres. Rotary Club of Mumbai Divas)  says "Our goal is to remove pediatric diseases in India. Hence, we are supporting 100 such surgeries and would like to request people to support in the smallest way they can " 

The Rotary Club of Mumbai Divas, one of the pioneers in India of the rotary movement, devoted to the ideal of Fellowship through service had put together this charity show. The objective of Rotary is “to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise”. The statement then lists four areas by which this “ideal of service” is fostered: through the development of acquaintance as the opportunity for service; the promotion of high ethical standards in business and professions; through service in one’s personal, business and community life; and the advancement of international understanding, good-will and peace.

Pediatric surgery is a subspecialty of surgery involving the surgery of fetuses, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. Studying & researching about the statics which point towards removal of Pediatric diseases,  (Names of the members)  have pledged to support 100 pediatric surgeries in 2017 with an aim to reduce & eradicate the issue.
