मध्यप्रदेशच्या चंदेरीमध्ये रंगबाजची टीम राहत असलेल्या किला कोठी हॉटेलमध्येच स्पृहाने सर्वांसाठी फक्कड जेवण बनवले. चिकन करी आणि मस्त भेंडीच्या भाजीचा घाट घातला. रंगबाजच्या युनिटमधल्या शाकाहारींनी स्पृहाच्या हातच्या चविष्ट भेंडीच्या भाजीवर ताव मारला. तर मांसाहारी मंडळींनी चिकन करी फस्त केली. आपल्या हातचे जेवण सगळ्यांना आवडल्याचे दिसल्यावर स्पृहाचाही चेहरा फुलला.


अभिनेत्री स्पृहा जोशी सांगते, गेले कित्येक महिने आम्ही रंगबाजसाठी मेहनत घेत होतो. ह्या काळात एकमेकांसोबत भोपाळ, चंदेरी आणि मध्यप्रदेशच्या इतर भागांमध्ये चित्रीकरणा दरम्यान आम्ही सर्वच कलाकारांनी खूप वेळ एकत्र घालवला होता. त्यामुळे सर्वांसोबतच माझे जिव्हाळ्याचे संबंध झाले. ह्या सर्वांसाठी काहीतरी स्पेशल करावंस वाटलं. त्यामुळेच चित्रीकरणाच्या शेवटच्या दिवशी माझ्या हातचं काहीतरी सर्वांना बनवून खायला घालावं, असं मनातं आलं. आणि मग शाकाहारी आणि मांसाहारी जेवणाचा मी घाट घातला.
स्पृहा पूढे म्हणते, मला सर्वांसाठी प्रेमाने जेवण बनवायचा जेवढा आनंद झाला. त्यापेक्षा जास्त आनंद सर्वजण पोटभर जेवून, तृप्त झाल्यावर वाटला.”
