Celebs from Film and TV Industry attended 18th Transmedia Gujarati Screen and Stage Awards. 

The 18th Annual Transmedia Gujarati Screen and Stage Awards is the only of its kind award where best artists and technicians are felicitated every year. The award was held at V Hotel, Mumbai.

Shri Jasmin Shah, MD of Transmedia made the moment energetic amongst the present audience of 4,000. The dignitaries who attended the award were Jayantilal Gada of Pen, Anand Pandit, Ganesh Jain, Krushna Abhishek, Mugdha Godse, Shweta Khanduri, Brijendra Kala, Shekhar Shukla, Manoj Sharma, Nilkanth Regmi, Dharmesh Vyas, Jiten Purohit, Indra Kumar, Ashok Thakeria, Haresh Patel and many others.

Dharmo Rakshati got Best Mumbai Drama Award and Ek Aatma Sudhdh Gautam Budhdh got Best Gujarat Drama Award. TV serial ‘Laxmi Sadaiiv Mangalam’ Won The Best Serial Award. Gujarati Film Reva received the best film award. 

RED FM Listener’s choice best film was awarded to “Sharto Lagu”. This year also this entire event will telecast on ‘Colors Gujarati’ and then on “Soham” TV channel. Life Time achievement Award was presented to Homi Wadia and Gopi Desai. Geeta Rabari received Transmedia special award . Folk singer Karshan Sadhaiya received Hemu Ghadhvi Award. Director Indra Kumar and Producer Ashok Thakeria received Govindbhai Patel Maharathi Award. Krushna Abhishek came specially with co actors to promote his film Sharmaji Ki Lag Gai which is releasing on 15th March .

Broadcasted live on D Sport for the very first time across the country, in the first edition of DPL, 20 teams will  participating with each team consisting of 19 players. A total of 380 players will be participating with the tournament lasting for 18 days, every weekend
