Sterling Reserve Music Project exclusively launches Hindi - Punjabi contemporary love song, “Main Sach Bolda,” by Shaan featuring Mustafa

Mumbai, 21^st November 2019: The Sterling Reserve Music Project releases “Main Sach Bolda,” by Shaan featuring debut independent musician, Mustafa, which further builds on the mentor – protégé artist relationship, unique to the platform.

Shaan, who has swept away numerous accolades as the most promising Indian play-back singer and independent musician, mentors Mustafa on his debut song and music video. This romantic song also sees veteran Shaan attempting a Punjabi rap-singing form on the song for the first time ever.

“Main Sach Bolda” is a modern, upbeat and romantic love song. While working on the song, Shaan’s aim was to design a song that would highlight Mustafa’s eclectic potential and contemporary singing style along with his vocal range; the outcome being “Main Sach Bolda.”

The theme of the music video is a bachelor party setting, wherein Mustafa is showcased as Shaan’s brother. It is Mustafa’s bachelor’s party, which is impeded by Mustafa’s fiancée, begetting intense drama between the couple. The overall video highlights making amends in a relationship and making it up to your loved one which is conspicuous from the chorus of the song “Mann Ja Mann Ja, Main Sach Bolda.”

Speaking about the song, Shaan said, “I'm really glad to be a part of the Sterling Reserve Music Project and mentoring Happydemic artist, Mustafa, on ‘Main Sach Bolda.’ This is Mustafa’s debut song and video. He has a very unique contemporary pop voice and I’m glad this song has been able to bring that out. This was also a great opportunity for me to experiment with a contemporary dance genre and rap style in Punjabi, which is a first for me on a song.”

About Shaan:

Shaan is an award-winning Indian playback singer for several films, has worked with leading music directors and is a television host.

Shaan is considered one of the most popular voices for romantic as well as melodious songs and is one of the most versatile singers. Shaan has sung songs in multiple genres and languages such as Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi, Nepali, English, Hindi, Oriya, Tamil, etc. He began his musical journey at a very young age of 17 years. ह्या सत्रेंचे आधारस्तंभ योग असून ते वेगवेगळ्या करमणूकी द्वारे शिकवण्यात आले. ह्या वोर्कशॉप मध्ये स्थिरतेची व्यायाम, आरोग्यदाइ सवयी, रिसायकल आणि रियूस च्या कलाकृती, नृत्य आणि नाट्य, एकाग्रता वाढवायचे व्यायाम अशा ऍक्टिव्हिटीस समाविष्ट होते. ह्या कार्यशाळेचे मुख्य उद्देश्य म्हणजे दिव्यांगांचे आत्मविश्वास वाढवणे आणि अशे काही व्यायाम शिकवणे जे ते स्वतः दैनिक जीवनात समाविष्ट करू शकणार. फक्त दिव्यांग नसून त्यांच्या पालकांचे सुद्धा सेशन डॉ हंसाजींनी घेतले ज्यात त्यांचे सशक्तीकरण, ताण व्यवस्थापन, कौंसेल्लिंग वर मार्गदर्शन दिले.

डॉ हंसाजी यांचे म्हणणे , “ मागच्या  २२ वर्षात द योगा इन्स्टिटयूट हे समाजाच्या वेगवेगळा स्थरांवर सतत काम करत आहे. योग हे सर्वसमावेशक असावे हेच  त्यांचे  दृष्टिकोन आहे.

The Yoga Institute celebrates Inclusiveness with Yoga

The Yoga Institute along with the partnership of Trinayani & Veruschka Foundation undertook a unique, interactive and inclusive workshop for the specially abled children and adults.   

Mumbai, November 21, 2019: The Yoga Institute is the oldest institute of yoga and mindfulness in the world. Taking ahead their vision of inclusiveness with Yoga, The Yoga Institute conducted a unique full-day workshop for the specially abled children and adults today. Over 100 participants attended the workshop along with their families or guardians. Dr. Hansaji Yogendra, Director, The Yoga Institute helmed the workshop along with a team of specially trained and experienced experts. Renowned NGO’s like Trinayani and Veruschka Foundation who have dedicated their work to make a difference to the lives of the differently abled, supported this noble initiative founded by The Yoga Institute.

 While the core pillar of the workshop was yoga, equal emphasis was placed on Learning & Fun activities, Balance-enhancing exercises, Healthy habits, Creative art DIYs to recycle and reuse, Dance and Dramatics and Concentration building exercises. The activities covered at the workshop not only ensured fun engagement but also were designed to instill self-confidence and support the specially abled audience with exercises that can be incorporated in their day-to-day lifestyle. The workshop also included a segment concentrating on Parent Education & Empowerment, Stress Management and Counseling and Guidance with Dr. Hansaji Yogendra.

Speaking on the inclusive initiative, Dr. Hansaji Yogendra shared, “ The Yoga Institute is an epitome of yoga heritage of India. For the previous 22 years of our institute’s 100 years journey, we have consciously focused on initiatives that create awareness and drive inclusive opportunities through interactive yoga and wellness-oriented activities. Through this unique endeavor we aim to create an inclusive environment through Yoga and touch the lives of the differently abled individuals of our society. सई आणि नीना कुळकर्णी दिसणार मायलेकीच्या भूमिकेत

एक स्त्रीच दुस-या स्त्रीचं दु:ख समजू शकते. मग ती स्त्री आई असू शकते बहिण असू शकते किंवा मैत्रिण देखील असू शकते...पण स्त्री म्हणून आपल्या मनात चालणारे असंख्य विचार आपण फक्त स्त्रीकडेच व्यक्त करु शकतो. दोन स्त्रियांमध्ये विचार करण्याची पध्दत वेगळी असू शकते यात शंका नाही पण दोघीही एकमेंकांच्या विचारांचा आदर करुन मनात चालणा-या विचारांची वाट मोकळी करु शकतात. अशाच दोन स्त्रियांची बाजू आई आणि मुलीच्या नात्यांतून ‘कुलकर्णी चौकातला देशपांडे’ या सिनेमातून दाखवण्यात आली आहे.

गजेंद्र अहिरे दिग्दर्शित ‘कुलकर्णी चौकातला देशपांडे’ सिनेमात राजेश श्रृंगारपुरे आणि निखिल रत्नपारखी यांच्या देखील प्रमुख भूमिका आहेत. स्मिता फिल्म प्रॉडक्शन प्रस्तुत या सिनेमाची निर्मिती स्मिता गानू यांनी केली आहे तर सहनिर्मिती अजित माधवराव पोतदार आणि सीमा निरंजन अल्पे यांनी केली आहे. प्रशांत गोखले हे सिनेमाचे कार्यकारी निर्माते आहेत.
