Bawa Group of Hotels proudly presented the Bawa Juhu Juniorthon 2023, India's most significant junior marathon for kids under 15. This exciting event aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle among children, encouraging them to break free from the clutches of mobile phone addiction and actively participate in a real, on-the-ground run experience. The theme of this year's Bawa Juhu Juniorthon was "Run for a Healthy Future" which was geared towards creating awareness about leading a healthy lifestyle and fostering a connection between children and their families.

The race was divided into 3 categories-

Race 1 - Challengers: Age 11 yrs to Under 13 yrs, Distance - 2 km

Race 2 - Age 8 - Under 11 years: Distance - 1 Km

Race 3 - Champions: Age 5 - Under 8 years, Distance - 1 Km

Thanks to Chip-Based Timing Solutions, race results were declared within one hour from the finish timing of the race.

Each child who participated in the race was awarded gifts that would encourage them to continue the practice. Goodies like an official Race Day T-shirt, Colourful Finisher Medal, Healthy Breakfast, Hydration, and Non-Caffeine Sports Drink, BIB Number with Timing Chips, Digital Timing Certificates, High-Resolution Photos - During and After the Race, and Goodie Bag with Exciting Goodies were awarded to them.

The top 3 Males and Top 3 Females in each category were awarded a Beautiful Trophy. Additionally, the Top 3 Winners in each category received a Free Entry in next year's Juniorthon Event.

Mumbai, November 27, 2023 – In an extraordinary collaboration with partners Meat Less Meet More, Mercy for Animals, Akina, and Vandals. Eze Perfumes was successfully presented with a first-of-its-kind animal charity fundraiser on 24^th November 2023. The event, which took place at Akina, a popular luxury fine-dining hotspot in Mumbai, also marked a significant milestone in the pursuit of cruelty-free living for the perfume brand.

The fundraiser, a brainchild of well-known actor and activist, Amy Aela and sustainability advocate, Shreya Ghodawat, was a significant part of the duo’s launch of Meat Less Meet More, the first plant-based luxury networking dinner in the country. Since the fundraiser was focused on animal welfare, it had Mercy for Animals, a noted non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of farmed animals, playing a significant part in this collaborative effort to redefine cruelty-free living.

 

Attended by an exclusive gathering of like-minded individuals passionate about sustainability, animal welfare, and conscious living, it was an evening filled with profound conversations and shared visions for a better world. The event saw celebrities like Karavnir Sharma, Divya Aggarwal, Vedhika Kumar, Sneha Ullal, Nia Sharma, and others.

 

Apart from the fundraiser, the exclusive soiree also included numerous immersive experiences, including captivating performances and an unparalleled plant-forward dining experience to showcase the potential of a cruelty-free lifestyle. A monumental installation of Eze Perfume was also among the numerous attractions lined up for the evening, symbolizing the brand’s commitment to the noble cause of ethical living.

मिशन गोल्डन कॅटस् ही एक रहस्यमय कादंबरी असून बेपत्ता झालेल्या एका तरुण मुष्टियोद्ध्याचा भाऊ त्याच्यासाठीची शोधमोहिम कशी चालवतो आणि त्यातून काय काय गोष्टी उलगडत जातात, याचा थरार त्यात लेखक रवींद्र भयवाल यांनी चितारला आहे. सुशिंच्या स्मरणार्थ आयोजित कादंबरी लेखन स्पर्धेत ही साहित्यकृती विजेती ठरली. एक लाख रुपये व स्मृतिचिन्ह असे या पारितोषिकाचे स्वरुप आहे.  या स्पर्धेसाठी राज्यभरातील लेखकांनी मोठ्या प्रमाणात सहभाग नोंदविला. या स्पर्धेचे परीक्षक म्हणून, प्रसिद्ध लेखक हृषिकेश गुप्ते व संजय सोनवणी, स्टोरीटेल इंडियाचे प्रमुख योगेश दशरथ, सुहास शिरवळकरांच्या साहित्याचे अभ्यासक अजिंक्य विश्वास व सुधांशू अंबिये यांनी काम पाहिले.

सुहास शिरवळकर यांनी १९९३ मध्ये लोकप्रभा या साप्ताहिकामध्ये `अस्तित्व` ही  कादंबरी क्रमशः लिहिली होती. कला आणि व्यवसाय या दोन्ही डगरींवर पाय ठेवत आयुष्याशी संघर्ष करणाऱ्या सृजन या कलाकाराचा विलक्षण संघर्ष यात सुशिंनी त्यांच्या थक्क करणाऱ्या शैलीत मांडला आहे. स्वतः शिरवळकरांचे साहित्य, नाट्य, कला आणि व्यवसाय या सर्व क्षेत्रांमधले सखोल ज्ञान, त्यात आलेले अनुभव यांचंही अप्रत्यक्ष दर्शन या संघर्षमय शब्दचित्रणातून घडतं. विशेष म्हणजे, स्वतंत्र कादंबरी म्हणून मुद्रित स्वरुपात प्रकाशित होण्याआधी श्राव्य म्हणजेच ऑडिओबुक स्वरुपात प्रकाशित होणारी अस्तित्व ही सुशिंची पहिली निर्मिती, त्यांच्या अमृतजयंतीनिमित्त रसिकांपर्यंत पोहोचते आहे.

मुंबई: मंगेश देसाई आणि स्मिता तांबे यांचा ‘गौरीच्या लग्नाला यायचं हं’ चित्रपटाचा ४ डिसेंबर २०२३ रोजी अल्ट्रा झकास या मराठी ओटीटीवर ‘वर्ल्ड डिजिटल प्रीमियर’ होणार आहे. चित्रपटाचे दिग्दर्शन पुंडलिक धुमाळ यांनी केले असून स्वतंत्र गोयल यांनी निर्मिती केली आहे.
