हेक्सव्हिजन एंटरटेनमेंट, एसएस अँड केएल ब्रदर्स प्रॉडक्शन्स, लॅब्रोस एंटरटेनमेंट आणि बिग ब्रेन प्रॉडक्शन्स प्रस्तुत ‘आंबट शौकीन’ या चित्रपटाचे पोस्टर नुकतेच प्रदर्शित झाले आहे. या चित्रपटाचे दिग्दर्शन निखिल वैरागर यांनी केले असून या भन्नाट विनोदी चित्रपटात निखिल वैरागर, अक्षय टंकसाळे व किरण गायकवाड या तीन मित्रांची अतरंगी कहाणी पाहायला मिळणार आहे. 

नुकत्याच प्रदर्शित झालेल्या पोस्टरमध्ये पूजा सावंतही पाहायला मिळत असून या चित्रपटात तिची काय भूमिका असेल,  याची उत्सुकता सर्वांनाच लागली आहे. या चौघांसोबत या चित्रपटात प्रार्थना बेहेरे, भाऊ कदम, पार्थ भालेराव, अभिजीत खांडकेकर, मोनालिसा बागल, अमेय वाघ, चिन्मय संत, राहुल मगदूम, श्रीकांत यादव, आशय कुलकर्णी, शुभंकर एकबोटे, गौतमी पाटील, रमेश परदेशी, मानिनी दुर्गे, देवेंद्र गायकवाड, आकाश जाधव, आर्यक पाठक, विनोद खेडेकर, चेतन रायकर अशी तगडी स्टारकास्ट पाहायला मिळणार आहे. 

दिग्दर्शक निखिल वैरागर म्हणतात, “‘आंबट शौकीन’ ही मजेशीर गोष्ट आहे. सोशल मीडियाच्या जगात अडकलेल्या तीन मित्रांची गंमतीशीर सफर या सिनेमातून दाखवली आहे. हा चित्रपट हास्य, विनोदने प्रेक्षकांचे मनोरंजन करेल. तसेच चित्रपटाला लाभलेल्या उत्तम कलाकारांचा अभिनय प्रेक्षकांना नक्कीच आवडेल.’’ 

चित्रपटाची कथा निखिल वैरागर यांची असून प्रफुल्ल काकाणी, रंजना मोहित लखोटिया, अनघ भुतडा व निलेश राठी निर्माते आहेत. चित्रपटाची पटकथा आणि संवाद अक्षय टंकसाळे व अमित बेंद्रे यांचे आहेत. येत्या १३ जून रोजी प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीस येत आहे.

 'ती'च्या आत्मसन्मानाही कथा सांगणाऱ्या ‘वामा – लढाई सन्मानाची’ चा टिझर प्रदर्शित 

स्त्रीशक्तीच्या प्रखरतेचा नवा अध्याय उलगडणारा ‘वामा – लढाई सन्मानाची’ या चित्रपटाचा टीझर नुकताच प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीला आला आहे. कश्मीरा कुलकर्णी हिच्या दमदार अभिनयाने सजलेला हा टीझर स्त्रीवर होणाऱ्या अन्यायाविरुद्ध तिचा आक्रोश आणि सन्मानासाठीचा संघर्ष मांडतो. एका विवाहित स्त्रीचा तिच्या पतीच्या अत्याचाराविरोधातील लढा, तिच्या स्वाभिमानाची लढाई आणि त्या संघर्षातून निर्माण झालेला तिचा आत्मविश्वास हे सारं या टीझरमध्ये पाहायला मिळत आहे. या चित्रपटात स्त्रीच्या सन्मानाची, अस्तित्वाची व स्वातंत्र्याची लढाई पाहायला मिळेल. चित्रपटाच्या टीझरने प्रेक्षकांची उत्सुकता प्रचंड वाढवली आहे. 

ओंकारेश्वरा प्रस्तुत आणि सुब्रमण्यम के. निर्मित या चित्रपटाचे लेखन व दिग्दर्शन अशोक आर. कोंडके यांनी केले असून येत्या २३ मे रोजी 'वामा- लढाई सन्मानाची' चित्रपटगृहात प्रदर्शित होणार आहे. यात कश्मीरा कुलकर्णी, डॉ. महेश कुमार, गणेश दिवेकर, जुई बी त्यांच्या प्रमुख भूमिका आहेत.  

 

दिग्दर्शक अशोक आर. कोंडके म्हणतात," ‘ही कथा केवळ महिलांची व्यथा सांगणारी नसून तिच्या आत्मविश्वासाने पुन्हा उभे राहाण्याच्या ताकदीची आहे. यातून आम्ही एक सामाजिक संदेश, सामाजिक जबाबदारी आणि विचारक्रांतीचा आरंभ करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला आहे. 'वामा - लढाई सन्मानाची' चित्रपटात हिंसाचारासोबतच भावनिक प्रवासावरही लक्ष केंद्रित केले आहे. एक सामान्य स्त्री जेव्हा अन्यायाविरोधात आवाज उठवते तेव्हा समाजात परिवर्तन घडवण्याचे बळही तिच्यात आपसूकच येते. हेच या चित्रपटात दाखवण्यात आले आहे.'' 

चित्रपटाचे निर्माते सुब्रमण्यम के. म्हणतात," ‘महिला सशक्तीकरणावर आधारित या चित्रपटात मनोरजंन तर आहेच याशिवाय समाज परिवर्तनाचा संदेशही यातून देण्यात आला आहे. मला असे वाटते 'वामा- लढाई सन्मानाची' या चित्रपटामुळे प्रेक्षकांची मानसिकता बदलण्यास नक्कीच मदत होईल. जेव्हा प्रेक्षक सशक्त स्त्रीची भूमिका पडद्यावर पाहातात, तेव्हा त्यांच्या मनात महिलांविषयी आदर आणि समतेची भावना निर्माण होते आणि म्हणूनच आम्ही हा चित्रपट खास प्रेक्षकांसाठी घेऊन येत आहोत. हा चित्रपट केवळ महिलांसाठी नसून संपूर्ण समाजाला स्त्री-पुरुष समानतेचे महत्व पटवून देणारा आहे.''

अभिनेते विजय निकम यांनी आजवर वेगवेगळ्या भूमिकांमधून प्रेक्षकांचं मनोरंजन केलं आहे. त्यांच्या नव्या चित्रपटाची सध्या जोरदार चर्चा सुरू आहे. चर्चेचे कारणही तसंच आहे. ‘वीजी फिल्म्स’च्या 'आतली बातमी फुटली' चित्रपटात एका भाईची भूमिका ते साकारणार आहेत. ‘टायगरभाई’ असं त्यांच्या व्यक्तिरेखेचं नाव आहे. दिग्दर्शक विशाल पी. गांधी आणि जैनेश इजरदार यांचा  'आतली बातमी फुटली' हा नवाकोरा मराठी चित्रपट  ६ जूनला प्रदर्शित  होणार आहे. 

मी साकारलेला ‘टायगरभाई’ हा चित्रपटात खूपच धमाल करताना दिसणार आहे. भूमिका ग्रे शेडची असली तरी माझ्या आजवरच्या  भूमिकांपेक्षा वेगळी आहे सोबत त्यात विनोदी बाज असल्याने ही भूमिका करायला मजा आली. मला ‘टायगरभाई’ च्या भूमिकेत पाहणं चाहत्यांना सुद्धा आवडेल यात शंका नाही. एका खूनाच्या सुपारीच्या रहस्यभेदा भोवती 'आतली बातमी फुटली' या सिनेमाची कथा फिरते. ज्येष्ठ अभिनेते मोहन आगाशे, ज्येष्ठ अभिनेत्री रोहिणी हट्टगंडी, पॉवरपॅक्ड अभिनेता सिद्धार्थ जाधव, विजय निकम, भारत गणेशपुरे, आनंदा कारेकर, प्रीतम कागणे, त्रिशा ठोसर आदि कलाकार या चित्रपटात धमाल उडवणार आहेत.  

 

'आतली बातमी फुटली' या चित्रपटाची निर्मिती विशाल पी.गांधी आणि ग्रीष्मा अडवाणी यांची आहे. सह निर्माता अम्मन अडवाणी तर सहयोगी दिग्दर्शक जीवक मुनतोडे आहेत. चित्रपटाचे छायांकन अमित सुरेश कोडोथ तर संकलन रवी चौहान यांचे आहे. संगीत एग्नेल रोमन यांनी दिले आहे. कथा जैनेश इजरदार यांनी तर पटकथा जीवक मुनतोडे, अम्मन अडवाणी, जैनेश इजरदार, विशाल पी. गांधी यांची आहे. संवाद लेखन जीवक मुनतोडे, व अद्वैत करंबेळकर यांनी केले आहेत. वेशभूषा ग्रीष्मा अडवाणी यांची,  नृत्यदिग्दर्शन राहुल ठोंबरे, तिजो जॉर्ज यांचे आहे. प्रॉडक्शन डिझायनर रवी नाईक आहेत. कास्टिंग दिग्दर्शन जोकीम थोरास यांनी केले आहे, तर कार्यकारी निर्माते अब्दुल खान आहेत. फिल्मास्त्र स्टुडिओजने  या चित्रपटाच्या वितरणाची जबाबदारी सांभाळली  आहे.

In his eighth and possibly final outing as Ethan Hunt, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, Tom Cruise takes action to new heights — quite literally. In one of the film’s most daring stunts, Cruise is seen hanging from and crawling along the wings of a 1940s-era biplane zooming above South Africa’s Drakensberg mountains.

“I remember seeing old footage of wing-walking,” says Cruise of a stunt he’s envisioned trying since he was a kid. “Those aircraft were only traveling at, I don’t know, 40, 50 miles an hour. This aircraft is up to over 120 miles an hour. Going out there, I was realizing that it takes your breath away.”

But how does the actor actually fuel up for stunts of this intensity? With breakfast, he says — and not just any breakfast.

“I actually eat a massive breakfast,” reveals Cruise. “The amount of energy it takes — I train so hard for that wing-walking. I’ll eat, like, sausage and almost a dozen eggs and bacon and toast and coffee and fluids. Oh, I’m eating! Picture: It’s cold up there. We’re at high altitude. My body is burning a lot.”

Even after decades of redefining action cinema, Cruise’s passion remains sky-high fueled by intensity, gratitude and apparently, a powerhouse breakfast!

Gargi Devgekar did the star turn for Chembur Gymkhana, winning both her matches in their 3-0 demolition of Bombay Gymkhana in the Ullal Cup for women at the Motiram, Ullal and Kanji Cup Inter-Club Badminton Championships, organised by GMBA, and hosted by Willingdon Sports Club, here, on Friday.

It was a poor start for Bombay Gym, who then went on to lose their second match by a similar margin to Khar Gymkhana.

Gargi defeated Avni Arlekar 15-7, 15-3 to make the issue safe for Chembur Gymkhana after their doubles pair of Tanvi Gharpure and Tisha Darveshi had given the team a winning start. However, Gargi got on to the court again, partnering Vedikar Kulkarni to defeat Avni Arlekar and Rajvi Sampat 15-6, 15-12 to complete the rout.

Khar Gymkhana also made a strong start to their Ullal Cup campaign, defeating Chembur Gym 2-1 to keep a clean slate.

NSCI’s woes continued in the Motiram Cup for men, losing both their matches 1-2, and 0-3 to CCI C and Chembur Gymkhana, respectively.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES) in Mumbai on Thursday, 1 May. The four-day event brings together the entire spectrum of the media and entertainment industry from all over the world. It is jointly organised by the I&B Ministry and Maharashtra Government.

On this grand occasion, the lead actress of Tanvi The Great-  Shubhangi gave a powerful performance of a yet to be released song from the film Tanvi The Great titled Sena Ki Jai Ho Jaye.

The audience present at Waves applauded both Shubhangi and the song, which is a proud tribute to our soldiers.

Director & Producer  of Tanvi The Great, Anupam Kher said, "The WAVES Summit is such a significant event and a celebration of art, cinema, and much more. I am so proud that Shubhangi had the opportunity to perform on stage among the dignitaries who attended the Summit from around the world. Truly humbled by the opportunity."
