This is the first of its kind dating show that can be seen by people of all ages. Conceptualized and produced by an international team, the first season is being shot currently. The global team was looking for a young quirky actress to be the face of the show in India and they zeroed on Adah after considering a lot of actresses. Top Energy Company in India ONGC concludes first transaction worth 1 Cr on TReDS of M1xchange

Mumbai, 08 November 2019: In a significant development, M1xchange, one of the foremost exchanges dealing in Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS), has successfully transacted with ONGC, an Indian Multinational Crude Oil and Gas Corporation. The digital platform of M1xchange came into being in April 2017 to serve micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which usually struggle to stay afloat due to the paucity of working capital. While the private sector came on-board swiftly, PSUs have on-boarded TReDS recently. A total of 36 PSUs have been on-boarded and about 9 have joined M1xchange in the last quarter.
The coming together of M1xchange and ONGC would address the financing concerns of MSMEs in the energy sector, an important segment of the economy. Other PSUs such as Indian Oil, HPCL, BPCL, ONGC Videsh, NTPC, GAIL, etc. are also a part of TReDS on M1xchange. Launched by outsourcing and consulting firm Mynd Solutions, the use of TReDS is aimed at improving the flow of funds to the MSMEs by reducing the realization cycles of receivables. TReDS allows MSMEs to post their trade receivables on the system and get them financed.
“We welcome ONGC on board. This is an important development for M1xchange as it reflects the growing trust and confidence of PSUs where systems were not geared for TReDS but slowly they are reconfiguring their approval cycles to be able to extend the benefit of Digital financing to larger set of MSME vendors and fulfill the objective of TREDS, towards the growth of economy," said Sundeep Mohindru, CEO, M1xchange.
As the largest crude oil and natural gas company in India, contributing around 75 percent to Indian domestic production, ONGC ranks 11th among global energy majors.
"TReDS is the effective mechanism created by Government for financing Micro and small enterprises. Consistent with our aim to facilitate our business partners we are encouraging more MSE suppliers to participate and benefit from the TReDS platform. At ONGC we are of the view that the TReDS initiative has the potential to solve the working capital related issues for MSE vendors efficiently at a lower cost. " said Mr. Subhash Kumar, Director (Finance), ONGC.
The digital platform is known to offer transparency and helps in taking quick decisions on offering to fund to the MSME sector which is the backbone of India’s economy.

 Jai hind Abhiyan is running under the banner of the Zivaharsh Relief Foundation in association with the Sangram Foundation. Gopal Singh, who is President of this organization organized the press conference of Mahabharat Play at The Vihang Inn Hotel, Thane where he invited Puneet Issar, Gufi Paintal, Danish Akhtar and Karan Sharma.


 Gopal Singh and Deepak Tripathi spoke regarding social work done by Jai Hind Abhiyan and association with Mahabharat play. Their mission is to get the due honor to all the freedom fighters of India and create awareness in every Indian about Freedom Fighters. They are organizing this play for the first time in Thane. Actor Puneet Issar introduced the cast of the play and spoke regarding music, lyrics, and dialogues. This play will be on 23rd November at Kashinath Ghanekar Natyagrah, Thane. Puneet Issar plays Duryodhan, Gufi Paintal plays Sakuni Mama, Danish Akhtar plays Bheem and Karan Sharma plays Arjun in this play.

Mumbai In developing countries like ours, where 3/4th of people below the poverty line live in rural areas and where more than 80% of rural people live in households that are involved in agriculture, improving poor farmers' livelihoods is central for addressing rural development. In recent times, organic farming has increasingly gained attention as a way to manage natural resources in a more sustainable way and to raise incomes, especially of smallholder farms.

Our agricultural and farming systems need to be reinvented to cater to the changing times. Many of our farmers are underpaid, malnourished, are frequently using chemicals that harm their health, and rely on practices that seriously degrade their land. Not only this, the food that they are producing is often coated in harmful chemicals, has little taste and is low in essential nutrients.

Organic farming provides a high premium for the farmers to produce with low capital investment and the ability to use traditional knowledge. Organic farming normally does not involve capital investment as high as that required in chemical farming. Furthermore, since organic fertilizers and pesticides can be produced locally, the yearly costs incurred by the farmer are also low

High Premium
Organic food is normally priced 20-30% higher than conventional food. This premium is very important for a small farmer whose income might only be sufficient to feed his/her family with one meal.

Low Investment
Organic farming normally does not involve capital investment as high as that required in chemical farming. Furthermore, since organic fertilizers and pesticides can be produced locally, the yearly costs incurred by the farmer are also low. Agriculture greatly depends on external factors such as climate, pests, and disease. Furthermore, most of the small farmers are dependent on natural rain for water. Therefore, in cases of natural calamity, pest or disease attack, or irregular rainfall, when there is a crop failure, small farmers practicing organic farming have to suffer less as their investments are low. It should be noted that while shifting from chemical farming to organic farming, the transition might be costly

Traditional Knowledge
Small farmers have an abundance of traditional knowledge with them and within their community. Most of these traditional knowledge cannot be used for chemical farming. However, when it comes to organic farming, farmers can make use of this traditional knowledge. Furthermore, in cases of organic farming, small farmers are not dependent on those who provide chemical know-how.

For us at  NATCO trust Promoting rural livelihoods is one of the core focus areas We ignited the thought of organic farming in farmers, for which the process was laid in the year 2017 in Gollamudipadu Village (native place of our Chairman and Managing Director). About 75% of the community here directly depends on agriculture and farm-based livelihoods.  We are actively engaged in promoting

·       Nutrition Gardens
There are various social benefits that have emerged from establishing Nutrition gardening practices in four villages. Some of these benefits are improvements in health, enhanced incomes, and nutrition security within the household. Nutrition gardening has also proved cost-effective and a sustainable method for producing organic vegetables.

·       Intervention in Agriculture

we motivated the community through a series of awareness programs and imparted technical training to 87 farmers and arranged interaction with the progressive farmers for further learning.

Promoting seed bank concept
This concept is aimed at the conservation of the indigenous gene pool. It involves the propagation and development of the indigenous paddy varieties having Aroma and Medicinal Properties. We helped to propagate six varieties of indigenous rice varieties for further multiplication and conservation. Distributed seeds to three farmers for multiplication purpose and after cultivation

Her command over the language, diction and being in the character was fabulous. We both had challenging roles to play and playing newly married husband wife with sexual rift only came with a lot of dedication and rehearsals we did with Sachin Moite sir and from day one we hit it off pretty well. In fact, our first scene we shot together was a make-out scene where I was very careful that Mridula was comfortable as she is a newcomer. As an actor, I have done a lot of make-out scenes in the past, being a newcomer, she was highly professional and was at ease and all are scenes are mostly performance-oriented and she gave a power-packed performance in the show. I had a great time shooting together. She is a lamb race ki actor"

Mridula says "I have always dreamed of becoming an actor and as an hungry artist, I have always sought for different challenging characters to portray on screen. My every project has given me a great learning experience, this one was a momentous and closest one for me as I got an opportunity to work at such an immense platform.
