Rupali Suri is shooting in Paris for her next project and the shoot is temporarily stopped due to a covid case on set

Rupali Suri has been shooting in Paris Europe for her next project and the shooting has been brought to a halt temporarily. She was stuck in the interior of the villages in Paris as one of the crew members caught covid. The cases are secure there. Rupali is stuck with her crew that is her stylist, make-up artist, etc. There was a covid case onset and for precautions, the shooting had to be discontinued. It might start soon if reports are to be believed. They shot for a week and then the disease stuck to one of the crew members and as protocols would have it, the shoot has been stopped.

We spoke to Rupali on how she is spending her time and here is what she has to say, "It's been a difficult time throughout the world. We shot for a week and we had to stop the production due to one of the crew members contracting the disease. So I am currently here just moving around and seeing around a bit. Paris is a beautiful place. Always wanted to have a house here someday. Maybe someday I would. Who knows? On the work front, it's been good. The last year was hit badly due to the pandemic and things are just starting to get normal.

Aarya Babbar is on a roll with multiple projects and he seems unstoppable. He has shot a short film called Tijori alongside Veronica Vanij and Akansha Verma. The director of the short film is Pradeep and the film will be released on a major OTT. The OTT is the latest trend that is here to stay. Aarya has been in love with the platforms as it adds to his repertoire as an actor. Aarya Babbar looks fitter than ever and he is here for the long haul. He is an intense actor and we would love to know more about his process and also the project Tijori. He looked absolutely classy from the stills and we are all awaiting. Aarya shot for the short film in straight 18 hours continuous from start to finish.

We got in touch with Aarya and here is what he has got to say, "It was great shooting for tijori. It was an absolutely amazing time. The entire process was very fulfilling. We had an absolutely amazing team and we actually finished it pretty quick. The focus was great. The script here is the king. I loved it and I hope the audience will love the product. The OTT has evolved so much in such little time. We are really racing and it gives us all the adrenaline rush as actors."

The very manly Aarya Babbar seems to have found his true calling and he has tremendous potential which sadly we haven't seen completely. We wish him all the luck and love

1st March 2021, Goa: Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) announced the much-awaited reopening of the renovated and refurbished ESG Multiplex to the general public at a ceremony held today in Panaji, Goa. The ceremony was graced by Shri. Shubash Phal Desai - Vice Chairman, ESG, Dr. Tariq Thomas - IAS| SECRETARY, Govt. Of Goa | CEO, ESG and Mrs. Mrunal Walke – General Manager, ESG. The ESG Multiplex brings to the people outstanding and captivating movies from across the world, one-year post-Pandemic

                                                

                                            

Later on, the dignitaries purchased movie tickets for Tom and Jerry Movie undertaking all necessary safety precautions to be followed by the public for a better theatrical experience, imposed due to COVID-19.

ESG Multiplex has state-of-the-art facilities with 4 screens that include comfortable seating comprising recliner seats and a Dolby Atmos sound system for a better sound and viewing experience to match international standards. The multiplex will also have a Café Unwind to entice the palates of Goans.

Payal Ghosh starrer love jihad is out now and it's caused a huge uproar. The song which is seen by a section as something against intercaste marriage is actually not that totally. We saw the video and it's about some of the Muslim men fraudulently marrying a Hindu girl and trying to convert her to their religion. This is a truth of society how much ever we try to hide that. The song is being critiqued as well as accepted due to its brave portrayal of the situation. Payal Ghosh has taken a bold step and she is not one to shy away from the challenge.

We got in touch with her and here is what she has got to say, "It's a song where a Muslim boy pretends to be Hindu and marries a Hindu girl and then tries to convert her to their religion. It's not about unacceptance or something that some sections are making it out to be. It is a ground reality and we can't shy away from it. The cases are in thousands if not lakhs. It's a bold attempt and we all have to stand by it to make it a success so the larger message goes out. Love jihad is getting misunderstood and I request the media to come into play and give out the true essence of the music video."

An innovative solution by GatewayRail aims to solve the issue of shortage of shipping lines containers between ICD Viramgam and various ports

 

Mumbai, March 1, 2021: Gateway Rail Freight Ltd. (GatewayRail), a subsidiary of Gateway Distriparks Limited, flagged off its first dedicated round-trip export Service between ICD Viramgam and Nhava Sheva Port for India’s dairy giant, Amul - Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF).

 

The exporters in the Ahmedabad region have been facing a lot of difficulty due to the ongoing crisis of shortage of shipping line containers. To address this issue, Gateway Rail Freight Limited decided to provide dedicated round trip services between ICD Viramgam and various ports which brings empty containers into the Ahmedabad region in the inward direction and carries export-laden containers to various ports in the outward direction.

 

Gateway Rail has been a pioneer in providing dedicated weekly train services for imports and exports carried by all major shipping lines and major customers. These dedicated services are matched with vessel cut-offs in the case of exports, and vessel arrival for imports. The company operates a fleet of 31 train sets and has an overall annual handling capacity of over 600,000 TEUs.

Bank of India Recruits 23 Sportsperson

Received around 3000 applications to recruit more sportspersons in future

 

Mumbai, March 1, 2021: Bank of India one of India’s leading public sector banks conducted a recruitment drive for sportspersons across various sports categories for the posts of clerical and officer grades.

 

Applications were invited in the month of July 2020, from sports disciplines like Archery, Athletics, Boxing, Gymnastics, Wrestling, Swimming, Weight Lifting, and Table Tennis.

 

Candidates were selected under the supervision of a panel of experts from all sports disciplines including eminent personalities like Mr. Ankit Sharma and Abraham Joseph (Olympian Athletics), Sandeep Gupta(Table Tennis- Dronacharya Awardee) Mr. Abhishek Verma (Archery- Arjuna Awardee), Mr. Akhil Kumar (Boxing- Arjuna Awardee), Ms. Hansa Sharma (Weight lifting) amongst others. Shortlisted candidates had to go through field trials and interviews during the recruitment process.

 

The General Manager(HR), Shri A.K. Pathak said “We received around 3,000 applications in total out of which 2,500 were for clerical post and 500 for officer posts. After the final selections process was completed, 11 were selected for officer grade while 12 were selected for a clerical grade. We could complete the process successfully against all Odds in the present COVID situation”.

 

“Bank of India has always been a supporter of sports and sportspersons of our country and always been encouraging towards youngsters and talented sportspersons in their journey. We will be on track to recruit more sports personalities in the future,” he added.

 

The candidates were chosen from various categories ranging from Olympics, World Championships, World Cups, Asian Championships, Youth Olympic championships, Police and Fire Games, National Games, Interstate Championships, Inter-University Championships. Khelo India etc.
