The dynamic duo has been in the news for all of the accolades being received by 'ABloody Mess', directed by Asis Sethi and written and produced by Armin Sethi. The latest accolade is the nomination for the best international short film at the Fort Myers Beach International Film Festival. The nomination comes shortly after the film has received awards such as the prestigious Remi Award at the 53rd Houston International Film Festival. As Sethi and Armin Sethi are familiar names in Toronto - both have spent much time contributing to the South Asian community. When they were teenagers, they had their own dance studio and performed at huge stage shows with Bollywood stars. As went on to appear both in front of and behind the camera for diversity shows and news for a national channel while Armin pursued a career in law and journalism. While both continue to channel their energies in their respective areas of interest, they both come together to tell stories. With their latest short film 'A Bloody Mess', they have been winning accolades as the short film attempting to normalize conversations surrounding menstruation is selected at various film festivals worldwide. As the director and Armin is the writer and producer are ecstatic that their story is receiving appreciation as the topic is so important to discuss openly.  

Rajdeep Choudhury goes on a Mediterranean diet to look leaner and ripped for his Next Film.

Rajdeep stole every girl's heart with his stints in Udja Udja Re a Zee music video & movies such as Jack and Dil, British Film Check Your Privilege, and the very recent web series Dangerous. He has been trying out a Mediterranean style diet after spending a lot of time in Spain. The results are for everyone to see. The shape that he has got in is pretty impeccable. You just need to check his Instagram page and you will know what we mean! Could this be near perfect? He looks toned and tanned and that certainly has got jaws dropping. He loves working outdoors by the beach rather than just the gym.

We spoke to Raj and he commented, "I took to the diet sometime back whilst living in Spain and it has given me some amazing results and a feeling of well-being. I have lowered my fat percentage and the energy levels are higher than ever. I feel refreshed and rejuvenated. The body is responding much better and I can concentrate for longer periods of time. It's basically low on dairy and meat and more on plant-based protein. Apart from looking fit on the screen for my up and coming project, I want to get that healthy balanced lifestyle for everyday living.

Rajdeep has had a really cool start in the Indian Film Industry and we are definitely going to see much more of him in Indian Films and British Films. We wish him all the luck and love.

British Indian singer Avina Shah is best known for her recent hit singles, Husan Di Rani, Playboy, and the very recent release Sitaro Pe Nazar that she dedicated in memory of those who lost their lives to Covid-19. Her latest release Groove featuring the cricketing legend Chris Gayle aka UniverseBoss hits 1 million views on YouTube in no time. The song was shot in two different parts of the world and the feedback around the globe has been remarkable. It's a very happy moment for Avina and Chris too who is currently busy with the IPL in Dubai with his team Kings Xi Punjab.

We congratulated Avina on this achievement and here is what she has to say, "I'm so happy that people are loving the track. Jayhaan releases EP ‘Zaiavli’ in association with Most Wanted Records

Jayhaan is all set to debut his new hip-hop EP ‘Zaiavli’ featuring MC Azad, 100RBH, Darpan, DJ Hi2, Prasad Gaitonde, and Thuk. Most Wanted Records have always endeavoured to curate innovative hip-hop content and this time they have collaborated with Jayhaan to release ‘Zaiavli’, an EP that blends old-school hip hop with Indian musical elements. In fact, Jayhaan is amongst the first from the Parsi community to release a hip-hop EP.

The name 'Zaiavli' itself is a play on words of a very popular Marathi slang. The tracks can enliven any place with its hard-hitting beats and inspired lyrics in the ‘Mumbaiya’ style of hip hop. While the music is contemporary, the EP is sensational and makes you want to get you into dance mode. The lyrics have a modern twist to some classical roots.

Jayhaan is a priest by day and a DJ by night. His budding career in music has already spearheaded the entry of Jersey Club in India which was previously alien to the Indian Music Industry. Using this momentum, he is changing the face of electronic music by fusing the sounds of Western Jersey Club, bass music, and trap, with Indian instruments and melodies.

Along with Jersey Club, Jayhaan performs and produces Hip-Hop and Trap, working closely with 7Bantai’Z, Dopeadelicz, Darpan, and MC Azad. Jayhaan recently released his first album titled ‘Jadibooty’, showcasing his love for bass music as well as his roots in the form of Indian folk music.

 Sharing about the Zaiavli, Jayhaan shares “Zaiavli EP is my debut hip hop project & as producing hip hop is more creativity over originality for me, I’ve sampled a bunch of popular old school Bollywood songs into hard-hitting beats. Sampling has been a big part of what hip hop is today & I just want my people to know the difference between plagiarism & sampling, so I hope this is a step in the right direction. The name itself is a play on words of a very popular Marathi slang, which is mostly used when something just catches you by surprise.”

Speaking about the release, Most Wanted Records, Executive VP, Shantanu Pujari shares “Jayhaan is a super talented producer who has shown us different styles of music he can create. And he has one of the most underrated and gifted emcees like Mc Azad, Darpan, and 100 RBH in one ep. With sure bangers like Parichay and high hay, this ep is a unique contribution to Indian hip hop”
