दाभाडे कुटुंब सोनू आणि कोमलच्या लग्नाचा जल्लोष साजरा करत असतानाच या उत्साहात अधिक भर घालण्यासाठी आणखी एक गाणं प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीला आलं आहे. ‘यल्लो यल्लो’ या हळदीच्या गाण्याने प्रेक्षकांच्या मनात जागा मिळवल्यानंतर आता, ‘तोड साखळी’ हे गोंधळाचं गाणं नुकतंच प्रदर्शित झालं आहे. ‘तोड साखळी’ हे गाणं लग्नानंतरच्या गोंधळाच्या विधीवर आधारित असून सोनू आणि कोमलच्या लग्नानंतर दाभाडे कुटुंबाचे देवदर्शन आणि गोंधळाचा कार्यक्रम या गाण्यात पाहायला मिळत आहे. या गाण्याचे शब्द सगळ्यांचे लक्ष वेधून घेत आहेत कारण ते जुन्या रूढी परंपरांची साखळी तोडूया असं दर्शवत आहेत. गाण्याच्या सुरुवातीला एक छोटा प्रसंग आहे त्यातून आपण विचारांनी पुढारण्याची गरज असल्याचा स्पष्ट संदेश मिळत आहे. ‘तोड साखळी’ या गाण्याला युवाशाहीर रामानंद उगले यांचा दमदार आवाज लाभला असून अमितराज यांचे संगीत या गाण्याला लाभले आहे.  तसेच सगळ्यांची मनं जिंकणारे बोल हे क्षितिज पटवर्धन यांचे आहेत! 

सध्या या चित्रपटाचे महाराष्ट्रात जोरदार प्रमोशन सुरु आहे. त्यानिमित्ताने चित्रपटातील कलाकारांनी निमगाव दावडीच्या खंडोबा मंदिरात जाऊन दर्शन घेत, चित्रपटाच्या यशासाठी खंडोबाचे आशीर्वाद घेतले. यावेळी प्रथेनुसार सिद्धार्थ चांदेकर याने मिताली मयेकरला उचलून घेत पायऱ्या चढत मंदिरात प्रवेश केला. तर चित्रपटातील अमेय वाघ - राजसी भावे या जोडीनेही प्रथेनुसार देवाचे दर्शन घेतले. 

भूषण कुमार म्हणतात, “‘तोड साखळी’ हे गाणं महाराष्ट्राच्या समृद्ध परंपरेला आणि नवदाम्पत्यांसाठी साजरा होणाऱ्या गोंधळ विधीच्या भावनिक सौंदर्याला पडद्यावर आणण्याचा प्रयत्न आहे. महाराष्ट्राच्या सांस्कृतिक वारशाला एका नवीन रूपात सादर करणाऱ्या या गाण्याविषयी मला पूर्ण विश्वास आहे की, प्रेक्षकांना याची अनुभूती नक्कीच भावेल.”आनंद एल राय म्हणतात, “ ‘फसक्लास दाभाडे’ या चित्रपटातील सगळीच गाणी वेगळ्या धाटणीची आहेत. Eritrean Berhane Tesfay and Kenyan Joyce Chepkemoi Tele New champions emerged at the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2025

 Mumbai, 19 Jan. 2025: New champions emerged in the twentieth edition of the Tata

Mumbai Marathon, a World Athletics Gold Label Road Race, as Eritrean Berhane Tesfay

and Kenyan Joyce Chepkemoi Tele won the men's and women's categories, respectively.

The top three winners each took home prize money of USD 50,000, USD 25,000 and USD

15,000 respectively.

The winners were happy to celebrate their victories here for two reasons -- Tesfay for his

first-ever marathon triumph and Tele for her second successive win in three months in a

marathon.

Six men, including defending champion Lemi Berhanu, ran together in a bunch in most parts

of the race. At the same time, pacer Timoty Kibet from Kenya pulled them to 27 km before

withdrawing at that stage. After the 30K, Kenyan Philemon Rono and Lemi exchanged the

lead briefly among themselves. After 35K, the runners realized that the event record was

slipping away. Hence, only the top-place finish matters in their mind.

Ethiopian Tesfaye Demeke, who finished ninth in the 2020 edition here, snatched the lead

when there were only 3 km left to finish. The other runners started chasing him. Both Rono

and Lemi started showing fatigue as two Eritreans, Berhane and Merhawi Kesete, increased

their tempo and ran ahead of Demeke in the waning stages of the race.

Berhane Tesfay crossed the finish line first in 2:11:44, with team-mate Kesete taking the

runner-up position six seconds later. Demeke completes the podium in 2:11:56.

Lemi, who logged back-to-back wins here in 2023-2024, finished sixth in a nondescript

2:14:54 and could not accomplish a hat trick of victories similar to Kenyan John Kelai, who

won in 2007-2008 and landed third place in 2009.

Tesfay said in a post-race interview, "I'm happy to have won today's race. The race's first

half went smoothly, and I stayed focused on keeping a steady pace. After 25K, my strategy

shifted to securing the win rather than chasing a specific time. This victory means a lot to

me, and it's a testament to the hard work and training that has gone into preparing for this

moment".

Tele became the third Kenyan woman to win in Mumbai:

Joyce Chepkemoi Tele (29) registered her second straight marathon victory in three

months. Having won her maiden race in Ljubljana City Marathon in Slovakia last October

in 2:20:17, the Kenyan runner was expected to return a better timing than the event record

of 2:24:15 stands in the name of Anchialem Haymanot since 2023.

With defending champion Aberash Minsewo from Ethiopia and the pre-race favourite

Shitaye Eshete (Bahrain) also in the race for the top prize, the women runners were

expected to take a course record bonus this time.
