Connplex Cinemas Limited (Connplex, The Company) is an entertainment company revolutionizing the cinema industry with a focus on luxury proposes to open its Initial Public Offering on August 07, 2025, aiming to raise ₹ 90.27 Crore (At Upper Price Band) by fresh issue of 51,00,000 equity shares, to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.

The issue size is 51,00,000 equity shares at a face value of ₹ 10 each with a price band of ₹168 - ₹ 177 Per Share.

काही दिवसांपासून सोशल  मीडियावर सखूबाई  कोण?  याची सर्वत्र चर्चा रंगली होती. अखेर ही  ‘आतली बातमी  फुटली’ असून  ही अभिनेत्री दुसरी तिसरी कोणी नसून महाराष्ट्राची लाडकी नृत्यांगना गौतमी पाटील आहे. नुकतेच तिचे आणि  पॉवरपॅक्ड अभिनेता सिद्धार्थ जाधव यांचे ‘आतली बातमी फुटली' या चित्रपटातील सखूबाई हे पहिले धमाकेदार गाणे प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीला आले आहे. वीजी फिल्म्स या बॅनरअंतर्गत दिग्दर्शक विशाल पी. गांधी आणि जैनेश इजरदार 'आतली बातमी फुटली' हा नवाकोरा मराठी चित्रपट प्रेक्षकांच्या मनोरंजनासाठी घेऊन आले आहेत. येत्या १९ सप्टेंबरला हा चित्रपट राज्यभरात प्रदर्शित होणार आहे.  

प्रत्येकाला ठेका धरायला लावणारा धमाकेदार आयटम नंबर ऐकायला जितकं जल्लोषमय आहे, तितकंच तो पहायलाही कमाल आहे. ‘सबसे कातिल’ गौतमी पाटील आणि ‘एनर्जेटिक’ अभिनेता सिद्धार्थ जाधव यांनी या गाण्यात चांगलीच धमाल आणली आहे. या धमाकेदार गाण्याला संगीत एग्नेल रोमन यांनी दिले आहे.चैतन्य कुलकर्णी  यांनी  लिहिलेले हे गाणं सोनाली सोनावणे हिने गायलं आहे.

‘हे आयटम सॉंग करताना आम्हाला खूप मजा आली. प्रेक्षकांनाही हे आयटम सॉंग ठेका धरायला लावेल,  असा विश्वास या दोघांनी व्यक्त केला. चित्रपटातील गौतमी पाटीलचा हॉट आणि सिद्धार्थ जाधवचा कूल अंदाज प्रेक्षकांसाठी भन्नाट तडका असणार हे नक्की.

या चित्रपटाची निर्मिती विशाल पी. गांधी आणि ग्रीष्मा अडवाणी यांची आहे. सहनिर्माता अम्मन अडवाणी तर सहयोगी दिग्दर्शक जीवक मुनतोडे आहेत.  महापूर' नाटकाचा भव्य प्रीमियर

हल्ली नवे विषय, नव्या संहिता रंगभूमीवर सादर होत आहेत. तर दुसरीकडे काही जुन्या, दिग्गज नाटककारांच्या त्या काळात लिहिलेली, सादर झालेली नाटकं पुन्हा प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीस आलेली पाहायला मिळत आहेत. ही नाटकं पुन्हा रंगभूमीवर येण्यामागचं मुख्य कारण असतं ते, त्या नाटकाची भक्कम संहिता. आधुनिक मराठी रंगभूमीवरचा एक निर्णायक टप्पा ठरलेले नाटक 'महापूर'. या नाटकाला ज्येष्ठ लेखक सतीश आळेकर यांच्या लेखणीने एका वेगळ्याच उंचीवर नेले. हे नाटक आता त्याच्या सुवर्ण महोत्सवी वर्षात पुन्हा एकदा रसिकांसमोर आलं आहे. 

अभिनेता आरोह वेलणकर याने या नाटकासाठी पुढाकार घेतला आहे. या नाटकाची निर्मिती वाइड विंग्ज मीडिया करत असून, दिग्दर्शन ऋषी मनोहर करत आहे. पुण्यात झालेल्या यशस्वी प्रयोगांनंतर 'महापूर' नाटकाचा भव्य असा प्रीमियर मुंबईत १५ ऑगस्टला  रवींद्र नाट्यमंदिर येथे होणार आहे. यासंदर्भात माहिती देण्यासाठी नुकत्याच एका पत्रकार परिषदेचे आयोजन  करण्यात आले होते.  

यावेळी बोलताना अभिनेता आरोह वेलणकर म्हणाला की, ‘१५ वर्षांपूर्वी पुरुषोत्तम  करंडकच्या  दरम्यान  ज्येष्ठ समीक्षक माधव वझे  यांनी  हे नाटक  तू करायला हवं असं मला सांगितलं. तेव्हापासून हे नाटक करण्याचा माझा मानस  होता. मध्यंतरी सतीश आळेकरांची एक शॉर्ट फिल्म करत असताना हे नाटक मी करू  का ? अशी विचारणा त्यांना केली.  योगायोगाने या नाटकाचं  सुवर्ण महोत्सवी वर्ष असून हे नाटक तू अवश्य सादर कर यासाठी सतीश आळेकरांनी मला परवनगी दिली आणि आज हे नाटक आज तुमच्यासमोर सादर करताना अतिशय आनंद होत आहे’.

१९७५ साली रंगमंचावर अवतरलेल्या 'महापूर' नाटकातील मोहन गोखले  यांनी साकारलेली भूमिका मी करत असून, माझ्यासाठी ही माईलस्टोन भूमिका आहे. सुरुवातीला  प्रायोगिक म्हणून उचलेलं हे पाऊल आता व्यावसायिक दृष्टिकोनातून आम्हाला सादर करायचं आहे. पहिल्या काही प्रयोगाला मिळालेल्या प्रतिसादानंतर मुंबईत भव्य असा नाटकाचा प्रीमियर करीत हे नाटक अधिकाधिक नाट्यरसिकांपर्यंत पोहचविण्याचा आमचा प्रयत्न आहे.

गाजलेली कलाकृती पुन्हा सादर करण्याचा आनंद व्यक्त करताना दिग्दर्शक  ऋषी मनोहर यांनी  सांगितले की,  ‘सतीश आळेकरांची  ही संहिता इतक्या वर्षांनीही तितक्याच ताकदीनं प्रेक्षकांचं मनोरंजन करतेय. याच समृद्धतेचा अनुभव नाट्यरसिकांना पुन्हा देता येतोय  हे मला खूप महत्त्वाचं वाटतं. प्रत्येक प्रयोगानंतर कलाकार निवडीबद्दल झालेलं कौतुक ही नाटकाच्या यशाची पावती आहे.

सध्या रिकॉलचा  काळ आहे. एकेकाळी गाजलेल्या नाटकांचे  पुन्हा सादरीकरण करीत ते भावी पिढ्यांसाठी उपलब्ध करून देण्याची संकल्पना मोलाची आहे. कलाकार म्हणून तितकंच समाधान देणारी ही भूमिका असल्याचे प्रतिपादन अभिनेत्री रेशम श्रीवर्धनकर, यांनी केले.

‘महापूर’ ही नाट्यकहाणी प्रेमभंग, शिक्षणातील बेताची गती, आळस आणि गुंतागुंतीच्या कौटुंबिक परिस्थितीमुळे मानसिक तोल ढळलेल्या एका तरुणाच्या मानसिक अवस्थेचे संवेदनशील चित्रण करते. यात नायकाची व्यक्तिगत घुसमट प्रेक्षकांसमोर उलगडली जाते. आरोह वेलणकर, दिलीप जोगळेकर प्रसाद वनारसे, रेशम श्रीवर्धनकर, धीरेश जोशी, रेणुका दफ्तरदार या कलाकारांच्या यात भूमिका आहेत. 

नाटकाचे निर्मितीप्रमुख कुशल खोत तर निर्मिती व्यवस्थापक सौरभ महाजन आहेत. पार्श्वसंगीत सारंग कुलकर्णी यांचे आहे. प्रकाशयोजना तेजस देवधर तर वेशभूषा देविका काळे  यांची आहे  नेपथ्यरचना ऋषी मनोहर, मल्हार विचारे यांची आहे. दिग्दर्शन साहाय्य आणि रंगमंच व्यवस्था वज्रांग आफळे, गणेश सोडमिसे, मल्हार विचारे, प्रणव शहा यांनी सांभाळली आहे.

The offline exam will be conducted on 5^th and 12^th October2025, at over 415 Aakash centres located in 26 states and union territories.

The examination fee is ₹300 for both online and offline modes. A flat 50% discount is available for those who apply early. The last date to submit the application form is three days prior to the chosen online exam date and seven days before the selected offline exam date. Admit cards will be issued five days before the respective exam dates.

The results of ANTHE 2025 will be announced in phases. Results for Class X students will be declared on October 24, 2025, while results for Classes VII to IX will be declared on October 29, 2025. Result of Class V & VI will be declared on November 1^st 2025. Results for Classes XI and XII will be announced on November 4, 2025. All results will be available on the official ANTHE website.

ANTHE will be a one-hour test comprising 40 multiple-choice questions based on the grade and stream aspirations of students. For Class V-IX students, the questions will cover subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and Mental Ability. For Class X students aspiring for medical education, the questions will cover Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mental Ability, while for engineering aspirants of the same class, the questions will cover Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Mental Ability. Similarly, for Class XI-XII students who aim for NEET, questions will cover Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology, while for engineering aspirants they will cover Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

This Issue is being made through the Book Building Process, in terms of Rule 19(2)(b) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, as amended (“SCRR”) read with Regulation 229 (2) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations and in compliance with Regulation 253 of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, wherein not more than 50 % of the Net Issue shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Qualified Institutional Buyers (“QIBs”) (the “QIB Portion”), provided that our Company may, in consultation with the Book Running Lead Manager, may allocate up to 60% of the QIB Portion to Anchor Investors on a discretionary basis in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations (“Anchor Investor Portion”), of which one-third shall be reserved for domestic Mutual Funds, subject to valid Bids being received from domestic Mutual Funds at or above the Anchor Investor Allocation Price. In the event of under-subscription, or non-allocation in the Anchor Investor Portion, the balance Equity Shares shall be added to the Net QIB Portion. Further, 5% of the Net QIB Portion shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Mutual Funds only, and the remainder of the Net QIB Portion shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to all QIB Bidders, including Mutual Funds, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Issue Price. However, if the aggregate demand from Mutual Funds is less than 5% of the Net QIB Portion, the balance Equity Shares available for allocation in the Mutual Fund Portion will be added to the remaining Net QIB Portion for proportionate allocation to QIBs. Further, (i) not less than 15% of the Net Issue shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Non-Institutional Investors out of which (a) one third of such portion shall be reserved for applicants with application size of more than two lots and up to such lots equivalent to not more than ₹ 10 lakhs; and (b) two-third of such portion shall be reserved for applicants with application size of more than ₹ 10 lakhs; provided that the unsubscribed portion in either of the sub-categories specified in clauses (a) or (b), investors may be allocated to applicants in the other sub-category of Non-Institutional Investors; and (ii) not less than 35% of the Net Issue shall be available for allocation to Individual Investors who applies for minimum application size in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations; in each case subject to valid Bids being received from them at or above the Issue Price. Further, Equity Shares capital will be allocated on a proportionate basis to Eligible Employees applying under the Employee Reservation Portion, subject to valid Bids being received from them. All Bidders are required to participate in the Issue by mandatorily utilizing the Application Supported by Blocked Amount (“ASBA”) process by providing details of their respective ASBA Account (as defined hereinafter) in which the corresponding Bid Amounts will be blocked by the Self Certified Syndicate Banks (“SCSBs”) or under the UPI Mechanism, as the case may be, to the extent of respective Bid Amounts. Anchor Investors are not permitted to participate in the Issue through the ASBA process. For details, see “Issue Procedure” on page 287 of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus. 

All Bidders (other than Anchor Investors) shall mandatorily participate in this Offer through the Application Supported by Block Amount (“ASBA”) process, and shall provide details of their respective bank account in which the Bid Amount will be blocked by the SCSBs. Anchor Investors are not permitted to participate in this Offer through the ASBA process.

अमेरिकेतील ‘द कॅलिफोर्निया थिएटर’ मराठी कलाकारांच्या रेड कार्पेट एन्ट्रीसाठी सज्ज!

'नॉर्थ अमेरिकन मराठी फिल्म असोसिएशन' (नाफा)च्या मराठी चित्रपट महोत्सवाच्या उद्घाटनासाठी अवघे काही तास उरले असून, महाराष्ट्रातून दाखल झालेल्या निमंत्रित कलाकारांचे 'नाफा' परिवाराने जल्लोषात स्वागत केले आहे. आज, २४ जुलैच्या रात्री 'नाफा'चे संस्थापक - अध्यक्ष अभिजीत घोलप यांच्या सिलिकॉन व्हॅली येथील निवासस्थानी सर्व कलाकारांचा जंगी सत्कार करण्यात आला. या पूर्व-सांस्कृतिक संध्येला कलाकारांच्या उपस्थितीने रंगत आली असून, उत्सवाची बहारदार सुरुवात झाली आहे.

उत्तर अमेरिकेत मराठी चित्रपट लोकप्रिय व्हावेत आणि समृद्ध मराठी संस्कृतीचे दर्शन संपूर्ण अमेरिकेतील प्रेक्षकांना घडावे, या हेतूने 'देऊळ' आणि 'भारतीय' या चित्रपटांची यशस्वी निर्मिती करणारे राष्ट्रीय सुवर्णकमळ पुरस्कार प्राप्त निर्माते व यशस्वी उद्योजक अभिजीत घोलप यांनी ‘नाफा’ची स्थापना मागील वर्षी केली.त्यांनी सुरू केलेला हा उपक्रम आज एक मोठा सांस्कृतिक सोहळा ठरतो आहे. अभिजीत घोलप यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली या भव्य महोत्सवाच्या यशस्वी आयोजनासाठी 'नाफा'चे सुमारे 100 - 150 स्वयंसेवक गेले काही महिने अथक परिश्रम घेत आहेत. 

आज, २५ जुलैपासून 'नाफा मराठी चित्रपट महोत्सव २०२५' ला सुरुवात होत असून, सलग तीन दिवस 'फिल्म एक्स्पो'चे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. पहिल्या दिवसाची सुरुवात भव्य आणि ग्लॅमरस ‘फिल्म अवॉर्ड नाईट’ने होणार आहे. या पुरस्कारांमध्ये 'नाफा जीवन गौरव  पुरस्कार' नेमका कोणत्या कलावंताला दिला जाणार? या विषयी विशेष औत्सुक्य निर्माण झाले आहे. 

हॉलिवूडमधील प्रतिष्ठित ‘द कॅलिफोर्निया थिएटर’मध्ये अंथरले गेलेले 'रेड कार्पेट', झगमगते कॅमेरे आणि प्रकाशझोतात आलेले मराठी कलाकार – या अविस्मरणीय दृश्यातून मराठी चित्रपटांची अमेरिका वारी किती प्रभावी ठरत आहे, हे स्पष्ट होते. 'नाफा'च्या या तेजस्वी 'फिल्म अवॉर्ड नाईट'मुळे संपूर्ण सॅ'न होजे' शहर उत्सवमय वातावरणात न्हालं आहे. हॉलिवूड नगरीने मराठी तारे-तारकांसाठी रेड कार्पेट अंथरून आपले स्वागताचे दार खुले केले आहे.

यंदाच्या महोत्सवात महाराष्ट्राचे सांस्कृतिक मंत्री ॲड. आशिष शेलार यांच्यासह डॉ. मोहन आगाशे, अमोल पालेकर, सचिन खेडेकर, महेश कोठारे, गजेंद्र अहिरे, अश्विनी भावे, सोनाली कुलकर्णी, संध्या गोखले, स्वप्नील जोशी, अवधूत गुप्ते, आदिनाथ कोठारे, वैदेही परशुरामी आणि मधुर भांडारकर यांसारख्या अनेक मान्यवरांची उपस्थिती राहणार आहे. या कलाकारांच्या स्वागतासाठी नाफा टीमचे पदाधिकारी आणि सदस्य - रिया ठोसर, अरुंधती दात्ये, अर्चना सराफ, डॉ. गौरी घोलप, अनूप निमकर, विनायक फडणवीस, वृषाली मालपेकर, योगी पाटील, लक्ष्मण आपटे, गौरी कुलकर्णी, निरंजन पागे, हर्षा, पूजा, निमा, मनीष आणि मानसी देवळेकर - यांच्यासह अमेरिकेतील शेकडो स्वयंसेवक, कलाकार आणि तंत्रज्ञ सज्ज झाले आहेत.

गेल्यावर्षी  पासून 'नाफा मराठी चित्रपट महोत्सव' कॅलिफोर्नियातील सॅन होजे शहरात मोठ्या उत्साहात साजरा होतो आहे. यंदा या महोत्सवाची दखल थेट अमेरिकेच्या संसद भवनाने घेतली आहे. अमेरिकेतील मराठी वंशाचे खासदार श्री. ठाणेदार यांनी नुकतेच संसदेच्या सभागृहात या महोत्सवाबद्दल गौरवपूर्वक माहिती दिली.

श्री. ठाणेदार संसदेत नाफा महोत्सवाबद्दल भाषण करताना पुढे म्हणाले, "मॅडम स्पीकर, 'नाफा' या संस्थेचा उगम मराठी चित्रपटांसाठी झाला आहे. नॉर्थ अमेरिकेत या संस्थेच्या कार्यातून मराठी चित्रपट, कला आणि महाराष्ट्रातील समृद्ध आणि विविधतेने नटलेल्या मराठी संस्कृती, परंपरांचे जतन आणि संवर्धन करण्याचे महान काम होत आहे. 'नाफा'च्या माध्यमातून अभिजित घोलप 'महाराष्ट्र' आणि 'नॉर्थ अमेरिके'साठी सांस्कृतिक दुवा ठरत आहेत, 'नाफा'साठी या मराठी खासदाराकडून खूप खूप शुभेच्छा."

हॉलिवूडच्या धर्तीवर मराठी चित्रपटसृष्टीला जागतिक वैभव मिळवून देण्यासाठी अभिजित घोलप यांच्या दूरदर्शी संकल्पनेतून उदयास आलेल्या 'नॉर्थ अमेरिकन फिल्म असोसिएशन' अर्थात 'नाफा'द्वारे मराठी चित्रपटांना अमेरिका-कॅनडामध्ये भव्य कॅनव्हास प्राप्त झाला आहे. हॉलिवूडच्या बेव्हर्ली हिल्सपासून अवघ्या काही मैलांवर असलेल्या ‘सॅन होजे’ येथे 'नाफा'चा यावर्षी तीन दिवसांचा अनोखा दैदिप्यमान सोहळा संपन्न होणार आहे. मराठी तारे-तारकांसोबत हॉलिवूडमधील दिग्गजांचीही उपस्थिती या महोत्सवात असणार आहे. 'स्नोफ्लॉवर', 'मुक्ताई', 'छबीला' प्रेमाची गोष्ट २ आणि 'रावसाहेब' या चित्रपटांचे नाफा महोत्सवात वर्ल्ड प्रीमियर होणार आहेत.

"नाफा फिल्म फेस्टिवल २०२५" च्या निमित्ताने येथील मराठी खासदार श्री ठाणेदार यांनी आमचे कार्य अमेरिकन संसदेच्या मार्फत प्रकाशमान केले आहे. आम्ही त्यांचे विशेष आभारी असून, त्यामुळे आमचा हुरूप अधिक वाढला आहे. कॅलिफोर्निया राज्यातील सॅन होजेचे महापौर मॅट महन, महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे सांस्कृतिक मंत्री ऍड. आशिष शेलार, अमेरिकेतील मराठी खासदार श्री. ठाणेदार आणि महाराष्ट्रातून या सोहळ्यासाठी खास येणाऱ्या सर्व कलावंतांच्या उपस्थितीमुळे हा सोहळा विशेष ठरेल." असे नाफाचे संस्थापक अध्यक्ष अभिजित घोलप म्हणाले. 

'नाफा'मध्ये यावर्षी २५ ते २७ जुलै रोजी सॅन होजे येथील 'द कॅलिफोर्निया थिएटर'मध्ये या भव्य मराठी चित्रपट महोत्सवाची सुरुवात होईल. २५ जुलैला 'फिल्म अ‍ॅवॉर्ड्स नाईट' रंगणार असून २६ व २७ जुलैला महोत्सवासाठी निवडलेल्या पाच  मराठी चित्रपटांचे 'वर्ल्ड प्रीमियर शोज', त्यासोबत १६ शॉर्ट फिल्म्सचे प्रीमियर, 'स्टुडंट्स सेक्शन', 'मास्टर क्लासेस', 'मीट अ‍ॅण्ड ग्रीट', 'लाईव्ह परफॉर्मन्सेस' आणि बरंच काही या महोत्सवात असणार आहे. सुप्रसिद्ध अभिनेते डॉ. मोहन आगाशे, अमोल पालेकर, सचिन खेडेकर, महेश कोठारे, अश्विनी भावे, संध्या गोखले, सोनाली कुलकर्णी, गजेंद्र अहिरे, स्वप्नील जोशी, अवधूत गुप्ते, आदिनाथ कोठारे, वैदेही परशुरामी आणि मधुर भांडारकर या प्रमुख सेलिब्रिटींची उपस्थिती असणार आहे.
