Amanta Healthcare Limited, a pharmaceutical company engaged in development, manufacturing, and marketing of sterile liquid products, including both large and small volume parenterals (LVPs and SVPs), proposes to open its Initial Public Offering on September 01, 2025, aiming to raise ₹ 12,600.00 Lakhs (at upper price band) with shares to be listed on the NSE and BSE Platform.

The issue size is up to 1,00,00,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹ 10 each with a price band of ₹ 120 - ₹ 126 Per Equity Share.

• Non-Institutional Investors - Not less than 15,00,000 Equity Shares

The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized for funding capital expenditure requirements for civil construction work and towards purchase of equipment, plant and machinery for setting up new manufacturing line of SteriPort at Hariyala, Kheda, Gujarat, funding capital expenditure requirements towards civil construction work, purchase of equipment, plant and machinery for setting up new manufacturing line for SVP at Hariyala, Kheda, Gujarat, and general corporate purposes. The anchor portion will open on Friday, August 29, 2025 and issue will close on Wednesday, September 03, 2025.

नात्यांचा गुंता, प्रेमाची गोडी आणि थोडीशी नोकझोक… हे सगळं सांगणारी ‘बिन लग्नाची गोष्ट’ ही गोड कथा आता प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीला येणार आहे. नुकताच या चित्रपटाचा ट्रेलर प्रदर्शित झाला असून प्रेक्षकांच्या उत्सुकतेला अधिकच उधाण आले आहे. या चित्रपटात रिअल लाईफ कपल प्रिया बापट आणि उमेश कामत परत एकदा रील लाईफमधून प्रेक्षकांना मोहवणार आहेत. दोघांची पडद्यावरची केमिस्ट्री यापूर्वीही प्रेक्षकांना भावली होती आणि त्यामुळेच आता या चित्रपटाबद्दलचीही उत्कंठा आधीपासूनच वाढलेली आहे.

लवकरच श्री गणेशाचे आगमन होणार आहे. सध्या सर्वत्र चैतन्यमय वातावरण असताना, याच उत्साहात आणि भक्तीभावात वैशाली माडे प्रस्तुत, पीसफुल बिट्स प्रॉडक्शन्स निर्मित ‘शंकराचा बाळ आला’ हे श्रीगणेश गीत रसिकांच्या भेटीला आलं आहे. वैशाली माडे यांच्या भावपूर्ण आणि सुरेल आवाजातील या गीताला मंदार चोळकर यांनी काव्याची ओजस्वी शब्दरचना दिली असून, वरुण लिखाते यांचे सुंदर संगीत याला लाभले आहे. या गाण्यातील कलाकारांनीही आपल्या अभिनयाने गीताला चारचाँद लावले आहेत.

या गाण्यात निसर्गरम्य कोकणात उत्साहाने साजरा होणारा गणेशोत्सव उलगडतो. मात्र हे केवळ एक गाणं नसून त्यातून एक हृदयस्पर्शी कथा सांगितली जाते – एका आईची, जी सैनिक आहे. गणेशोत्सवासाठी घरी आलेली ही आई बाप्पाची सेवा करून, नंतर पुन्हा देशसेवेसाठी निघते. भक्ती, कुटुंब आणि देशभक्ती यांचा अनोखा संगम या कथेतून आणि दृश्यातून प्रेक्षकांपर्यंत पोहोचतो.

गीतामधील योगिता चव्हाण यांचा भावपूर्ण चेहराभाव, अभिजीत केळकर यांची उत्सवी ऊर्जा आणि आरव आयेरचा निरागस आनंद  प्रत्येकाला आपल्या घरच्या गणेशोत्सवाची आठवण करून देणारा आहे. गणेशोत्सव हा फक्त सण नसून भावनांचा, परंपरेचा आणि भक्तीचा अविष्कार आहे. ढोल-ताशांच्या गजरात, फुलांच्या सजावटीत, आरत्या आणि प्रसादाच्या सुवासात दडलेले वातावरण हे प्रत्येकाच्या मनात आनंद आणि श्रद्धेची लहर निर्माण करते. ‘शंकराचा बाळ आला’ हे गाणं या उत्सवात चैतन्याची, भक्तीभावाची आणि देशभक्तीची आणखी एक सुंदर भर घालणार आहे.

दिग्दर्शक पराग सावंत म्हणाले, ‘’ ‘शंकराचा बाळ आला’ हे गाणे बनवताना आम्ही प्रत्येक फ्रेममध्ये तो आत्मा पकडण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. दृश्य, संगीत आणि भावना यांचा संगम प्रेक्षकांच्या मनात घर करून जाईल, अशी आम्हाला खात्री आहे.”

गायिका वैशाली माडे म्हणतात, “गणेशभक्तीचा स्वर हा माझ्या गायकीचा नेहमीच महत्त्वाचा भाग राहिला आहे. ‘शंकराचा बाळ आला’ हे गीत केवळ मनोरंजनासाठी नाही, तर भक्तीभाव जागवण्यासाठी आहे. यात शब्द, सूर आणि भावनांचा असा संगम आहे की, ऐकणाऱ्याला ते थेट गणेशोत्सवाच्या पवित्र वातावरणात आणि भक्तीच्या लहरीत घेऊन जातं. मला विश्वास आहे की हे गाणे गणेशभक्तांच्या हृदयात दीर्घकाळ गुंजत राहील.”

'दशावतार' चित्रपटाचं पोस्टर, त्याचा पहिला लूक आणि चित्रपटातील पहिलंच गाणं  “आवशीचो घो” यांनी आधीच रसिकांच्या मनात तुफान उत्सुकता निर्माण केलीय. प्रेक्षकांची ही उत्कंठा शिगेला पोहोचली असतानाच ‘दशावतार’ या चित्रपटाचा भव्य ट्रेलर एका शानदार समारंभात नुकताच प्रदर्शित करण्यात आला. झी स्टुडिओजची प्रस्तुती, ओशन फिल्म कंपनी आणि ओशन आर्ट हाऊसची निर्मिती असलेला ‘दशावतार’ चित्रपट मराठी चित्रसृष्टीत एक नवी झळाळी घेऊन अवतरत आहे. 

महाराष्ट्रात आणि विशेषतः कोकणात गणेशोत्सवाचं महत्त्व सर्वाधिक आहे. या गणेशोत्सवाप्रमाणेच कोकणात दशावतार ही कलापरंपरा तितकीच महत्त्वाची आहे. म्हणूनच येत्या गणेशोत्सवाच्या पाठोपाठ अवघ्या महाराष्ट्रात ‘दशावतार‘ चं मोठ्या दिमाखात आगमन होत आहे.

‘दशावतार ‘ मध्ये नेमकं आहे तरी काय, याची सर्वांनाच उत्कंठा आहे. कोकणातील इरसाल माणसांचे नमुने , तिथल्या प्रथा परंपरा, दशावतारी नाट्यकला यांचा सुरेख मिलाफ म्हणजे ‘दशावतार ‘! कोकणातील समृद्ध निसर्गवैभव, गर्द देवराया, देवरायांचे राखणदार यांची गूढरम्यता म्हणजे दशावतार! 

कलासक्त वृद्ध दशावतारी बाबुली मेस्त्री आणि त्याच्या आयुष्यातल्या वादळांची गोष्ट म्हणजे ‘दशावतार ‘ आहे!! अर्थपूर्ण कथा, दमदार अभिनय आणि कर्णमधूर संगीत यांचा अप्रतिम संगम म्हणजेच हा ‘दशावतार’ !!!

निर्माते, दिग्दर्शक सुबोध खानोलकर म्हणाले की, आपल्या मातीतल्या माणसांची, निसर्गाची, परंपरेची आणि इथल्या भावनांची ही गोष्ट आहे, जी भाषेच्या सीमा ओलांडून सगळ्या जगाला आपलीशी वाटू शकेल. कारण या कथेतला निसर्ग, रूढी परंपरा, माणसं आणि त्यांचे प्रश्न हे फक्त कोकण किंवा महाराष्ट्रापुरते नाहीत, ते जगभरात कमी अधिक फरकाने सारखेच आहेत.

झी स्टुडिओ मराठीचे व्यवसाय प्रमुख बवेश जानवलेकर म्हणाले की, ‘दशावतार’ चित्रपटाची मला भावलेली गोष्ट म्हणजे याच्या निर्मिती प्रक्रियेत असलेली पूर्ण टीम ही ताज्या दमाची आणि नव्या विचारांची आहे. एक अनोखा उत्साह या संपूर्ण टीममध्ये आहे. चित्रपट माध्यमाकडे बघण्याचा एक वेगळा दृष्टिकोन या सर्वांचा आहे आणि त्याची झलक ट्रेलरमधून बघायला मिळतेय. अशा नव्या फळीसोबत काम करणे, त्यांच्या पाठीशी भक्कमपणे उभे राहणे हे झी स्टुडिओजचं कर्तव्य आहे असं मी मानतो. याचवर्षी आम्ही केलेला ‘ आता थांबायचं नाय’ हा चित्रपट पण अशाच आजच्या पिढीने बनवलेला होता ज्याला तुम्ही प्रेक्षकांनी भरभरून प्रतिसाद दिला. अगदी तसाच प्रतिसाद आणि प्रेम ‘दशावतार’ या चित्रपटाला सुद्धा मिळेल अशी मला खात्री आहे.

‘दशावतार ‘ चित्रपटाची निर्मिती सुबोध खानोलकर बरोबरच सुजय हांडे, ओंकार काटे, अशोक हांडे, आदित्य जोशी, नितिन सहस्त्रबुद्धे, मृणाल सहस्त्रबुद्धे, संजय दुबे आणि विनायक जोशी यांनी केली आहे. अजित भुरे या चित्रपटाचे सृजनात्मक निर्माते आहेत.

या चित्रपटात विजय केंकरे, सुनील तावडे, रवी काळे, लोकेश मित्तल, आरती वडगबाळकर यांच्याही महत्त्वाच्या भूमिका आहेत.

 भवानी शंकर रोड, दादर येथील 'ब्राह्मण सेवा मंडळा'चे शतकमहोत्सवी वर्षे!

शतकमहोत्सवी वर्षानिमित्त विविध धार्मिक, सांस्कृतिक, सामाजिक आणि मनोरंजनात्मक कार्यक्रमांची रेलचेल! अभिनेत्री मुक्ता बर्वे, सृहा जोशी, संकर्षण कऱ्हाडे यांचे मनोरंजनाचे विशेष कार्यक्रम!

ब्राह्मण सेवा मंडळाची स्थापना दि. १० डिसेंबर १९१६ रोजी झाली. तथापि पहिला श्री गणेशोत्सव ११ ते २० सप्टेंबर १९२६ रोजी ‘मुकुंद मॅन्शन’ मध्ये संपन्न झाला. व्याख्याने – प्रवचने – कीर्तन – भजनी मंडळाचे कार्यक्रम, मंत्रपुष्प – मंत्रजागर – सहस्त्रावर्तन असे कार्यक्रम त्या काळात संपन्न झाले. १९५० हे वर्ष गणेशोत्सवाचे रौप्य महोत्सवी वर्ष होते. स्वयंसेवकांनी विशेष प्रयत्नांनी वर्गणी गोळा करून गणेशोत्सव दणक्यात साजरा केला होता. अनेक कार्यक्रम व स्पर्धांचे आयोजन केले गेले होते. सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमामध्ये  श्री. राम मराठे, श्रीमती. जयमाला शिलेदार इत्यादी मान्यवर सहभागी झाले. विसर्जनाच्या मिरवणुकीत पुढे भगवा ध्वज आणि त्याच्या मागे शिस्तबद्ध स्वयंसेवक अशी दादरकरांच्या डोळ्याचे पारणे फेडणारी मिरवणूक आयोजित केली होती.

त्यानंतर १९७५ साली तर्कतीर्थ श्री. लक्ष्मणशास्त्री जोशी यांच्या हस्ते सुवर्णमहोत्सवी गणेशोत्सवाचे उद्घाटन झाले. यावर्षी सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमांमध्ये डॉ. प्रभा अत्रे, प्रा. वसंत बापट, श्री. वि. दा. करंदीकर, श्री. मंगेश पाडगावकर इत्यादी मान्यवर सहभागी झाले. अमृतमहोत्सवी २००० साली गणेशोत्सवात शुभारंभ श्री. सच्चिदानंद शेवडे यांच्या प्रवचनाने झाली. श्री. रामदास कामत, श्रीमती. आशा खाडिलकर, श्री. चारुदत्त आफळे, श्री. दिलीप प्रभावळकर, श्री. प्रशांत दामले, श्री. राहुल देशपांडे, श्री. कौशल इनामदार इत्यादी अनेक कलाकारांनी आपल्या कलेचे सादरीकरण केले. तसेच विविध स्पर्धांचेही आयोजन केले होते.

यंदाचा शतकमहोत्सवी गणेशोत्सव असल्यामुळे तो संस्मरणीय राहावा अशा प्रकारे साजरा करण्याचे संस्थेने ठरविलेले आहे. गणेशोत्सवाच्या निमित्ताने धार्मिक, सांस्कृतिक, सामाजिक आणि मनोरंजनात्मक कार्यक्रम खालीलप्रमाणे आयोजित केले आहेत. श्रीं च्या आगमनाचा सोहळा, श्री गणेश याग, श्री गणेश अथर्वशीर्ष सहस्त्रावर्तन, महाप्रसाद व श्रींच्या विसर्जन सोहळ्याची पारंपारिक अशी भव्य मिरवणूक इत्यादी कार्यक्रम योजिले आहेत.

१) दि. २९ ऑगस्ट २०२५ रोजी रात्री ८ वा. ‘प्रिय भाई... एक कविता हवी आहे’, सादरकर्त्या : मुक्ता बर्वे आणि सहकलाकार.

२) दि. ३० ऑगस्ट २०२५ रोजी रात्री ८ वा. ‘ऑपरेशन सिंदूर – नव्या भारताचा सामर्थ्याविष्कार’. वक्ते : मा. ले. ज. विनायक पाटणकर (नि.) व मा. ले. ज. एस. एस. हसबनीस (नि.), मुलाखतकार : जेष्ठ पत्रकार उदय निरगुडकर.

३) दि. ३१ ऑगस्ट २०२५ रोजी रात्री ८ वा. ‘उकलुया हस्तरेखांचे गूढ’  - वक्ते : प्रद्योत पेंढारकर, मुलाखतकार : सर्वेश देशपांडे.

४) दि. १ सप्टेंबर २०२५ रोजी रात्री ८ वा. स्मृतीगंध निर्मित, गौरी थिएटर प्रस्तुत, प्रशांत दामले फॅन फाउंडेशन प्रकाशित ‘संकर्षण व्हाया स्पृहा’ सादरकर्ते : संकर्षण कऱ्हाडे व स्पृहा जोशी आणि सहकलाकार.

५) दि. ३ सप्टेंबर २०२५ रोजी रात्री ८ वा. पद्मश्री माणिक वर्मा जन्मशताब्दी निमित्ताने माणिक वर्मा यांच्या सुमधुर गीतांवर आधारित कार्यक्रम ‘हसले मनी चांदणे’.

६) दि. ५ सप्टेंबर २०२५ रोजी रात्री ८ वा. वारकरी कीर्तन – ह.भ.प. श्री. जगन्नाथ महाराज पाटील.
