मराठी चित्रपटसृष्टीत संत साहित्याशी निगडीत कथा प्रेक्षकांना नेहमीच भावतात. संत तुकाराम महाराजांचे जीवनचरित्र वारंवार रंगमंचावर आणि पडद्यावर साकारले गेले आहे. पण त्यांच्या आयुष्यातील एक महत्त्वपूर्ण व्यक्तिरेखा – आवली  प्रेक्षकांसमोर फारशी उलगडली नाही. आगामी ‘अभंग तुकाराम’ या चित्रपटात प्रथमच आवलीचे वास्तवाशी घट्ट जोडलेले चित्रण पाहायला मिळणार आहे. ही भूमिका साकारत आहे ताकदीची कलाकार स्मिता शेवाळे, तर पटकथा लेखन आणि दिग्दर्शनाची धुरा सांभाळत आहेत ऐतिहासिक व सांस्कृतिक विषयांना पडद्यावर जिवंत करणारे दिग्दर्शक दिग्पाल लांजेकर. ‘अभंग तुकाराम’ चित्रपट ७ नोव्हेंबरला आपल्या भेटीला येणार आहे. पॅनोरमा स्टुडिओज ही नामांकित निर्मिती संस्था या चित्रपटाचे प्रस्तुतकर्ते आहेत. चित्रपटाचे निर्माते कुमार मंगत पाठक, अभिषेक पाठक असून सहनिर्माते मुरलीधर छतवानी, रवींद्र औटी आहेत.

तुकाराम महाराज जसे अध्यात्मिक व्यक्तिरेखा आहेत, तसेच आवली ही प्रपंचातील अध्यात्मिक पात्र आहे. संसारातील ओझी, दैनंदिन संघर्ष, जबाबदाऱ्यांची तोलामोल सांभाळत तिने पतीच्या आध्यात्मिक प्रवासाला दिशा दिली. तिच्या शब्दांत राग असला तरी तो वास्तवाची जाणीव करून देणारा आहे; तिच्या तक्रारीत कधी कटूता असली तरी त्यामागे पतीवरचे प्रेम आणि कुटुंबाविषयीची काळजी दडलेली आहे. त्यामुळेच आवली ही फक्त पत्नी नाही, तर तुकारामांच्या अध्यात्माला वास्तवाच्या जमिनीवर घट्ट उभी करणारी शक्ती आहे.

 *क्या 2018 के प्रसिद्ध अनंत पद्मनाभस्वामी मंदिर केस से प्रेरित है फिल्म 'जटाधारा' की कहानी ?*

सोनाक्षी सिन्हा और सुधीर बाबू स्टारर 'जटाधारा' अपने पहले लुक और भव्य टीज़र रिलीज़ के बाद से ही सुर्खियों में है। इस फिल्म को एक पौराणिक, रहस्यमयी और बड़े पैमाने पर बनी सुपरनैचुरल-एक्शन थ्रिलर बताया जा रहा है, जो आस्था, लालच और पवित्र स्थलों में छिपे रहस्यों की गहराइयों में उतरती है।

फिल्म की पृष्ठभूमि मंदिर से जुड़े सदियों पुराने रहस्यों और कथाओं से प्रेरित मानी जा रही है। पद्मनाभस्वामी मंदिर अपनी गुप्त तहखानों, अकूत खज़ाने और प्रशासन को लेकर हुए कानूनी विवादों की वजह से लंबे समय से रहस्य और आकर्षण का केंद्र रहा है। माना जा रहा है कि मेकर्स ने इन्हीं वास्तविक घटनाओं और दंतकथाओं को आधार बनाकर एक पौराणिक और लोककथाओं से भरी काल्पनिक कहानी गढ़ी है, जिसमें अच्छाई और बुराई का टकराव दिखाया गया है।

मंदिर की गाथा में सबसे रहस्यमय किस्सा है छठे द्वार का, जिसे खोलने की कोशिश के बाद कई अनहोनी घटनाएँ घटित होने की बात कही जाती है। कहा जाता है कि प्रयास करने वाले की मौत हुई थी और इसके बाद केरल में प्राकृतिक आपदाएँ आई थीं।

निर्देशक वेण्कट कल्याण और अभिषेक जायसवाल ने फिल्म को लोककथाओं और वास्तविक घटनाओं से जोड़ने के लिए गहन रिसर्च की है, ताकि दर्शकों को प्रामाणिकता का एहसास हो। हालांकि, 'जटाधारा' किसी डॉक्यूमेंट्री की तरह सच्ची घटनाओं का सीधा चित्रण नहीं है, बल्कि यह कल्पना, पौराणिकता और रहस्य का मेल है, जिसे वैश्विक दर्शकों को ध्यान में रखकर बनाया गया है।

Womens entrepreneurship is a powerful economic driver both at the individual level, and at the community level. Supporting women entrepreneurs in India leads to greater economic growth, job creation, and social equity, as women are more likely to reinvest earnings into their families and communities. 

India can unlock significant untapped potential in its economy if more women entrepreneurs were able to gain access to and participate in the formal economy. In fact, according to Bain & Co., if womens entrepreneurship is properly facilitated in India, it can create over 150-170 million jobs by 2030. One of the most potent catalysts that can enable the growth of women entrepreneurs is access to formal capital. However, women entrepreneurs often find it difficult to get capital for their businesses. According to IFC, about 90% of women entrepreneurs in India have not accessed formal financing from financial institutions, thus indicating a significant gap. 

Interest in entrepreneurship has been on the rise, and weve seen the rise of platforms like Shark Tank, which have mainstreamed the concept of taking a risk and commercializing innovative ideas in various ways. For the millions of women entrepreneurs in the country who have the determination to take their businesses to the next level, but lack access to adequate capital, there are some great options available. 

Here are a few programs that support women entrepreneurs with access to formal capital.

Stand-Up India Scheme

Launched by the Ministry of Finance, Standup India is one of the leading schemes focused on encouraging entrepreneurship among women by facilitating access to formal capital. The scheme offers composite loans (inclusive of term loan and working capital) in the range of Rs. 10 lakhs and Rs. 1 crore for setting up greenfield ventures (first-time ventures) across manufacturing, services, agri-allied activities, and trading. To be eligible for the scheme, the applicants should be at least 18 years of age, should not be in default to any bank or financial institution, and the enterprise should be the applicant's first venture. The scheme also promotes entrepreneurship among Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST). The loan is repayable over seven years, with a maximum moratorium period of 18 months. The scheme has been instrumental in supporting many women entrepreneurs. The number of loan accounts held by women entrepreneurs under the scheme has increased from 55,644 in November 2018 to around 2 lakh reflecting the significant impact of the scheme.

HerVikas MSME Program 

Kinara Capial has been at the forefront of driving financial inclusion of MSME entrepreneurs. HerVikas is an exclusive discount business loan program from Kinara Capital aimed at accelerating the advancement of women MSME entrepreneurs. HerVikas offers discounts on business loans in the range of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 30 lakhs to women-owned MSMEs. The key highlights of the HerVikas program are a 60-day repayment holiday, up to 1% interest rate discount, and a 50% reduction in processing fees. 

The loans are available to women MSME entrepreneurs across 300 MSMEs sub-sectors in manufacturing, trading and services, in more than 100 cities. Powered by AI/ML-based credit decisioning, the program assesses creditworthiness based on the overall health of the business, instead of just the credit score. The fully automated process ensures fast and unbiased access to business loans for women entrepreneurs. New MSMEs can apply for the HerVikas Startup Loan within 1 month of their Udyam Registration and can avail loans in the range of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 5 lakhs with the same benefits. Kinara Capital has disbursed more than Rs. 1,000 crores through HerVikas business loans, which has enabled women entrepreneurs to achieve a 13% increase in the monthly net income of their businesses and to sustain over 46,000 jobs in local economies. 

Cent Kalyani from Central Bank of India 

Cent Kalyani is a special scheme from the Central Bank of India to cater to the business needs of women entrepreneurs, enabling them to generate continuous and sustainable employment opportunities. The scheme offers loans or credit facilities of a maximum of Rs. 1 crore to women entrepreneurs, working capital loans, term loans, and non-fund-based credit to meet various needs, including business expansion, working capital requirements, purchase of machinery, and development of business-related infrastructure. The scheme offers loans or credit facilities of a maximum of Rs. 1 crore. Women entrepreneurs who are planning to start a business or looking to expand their existing MSME unit can apply, provided the business unit complies with the MSME Act, 2006. Under the scheme, 20% of the project funding must be contributed by the entrepreneur. A key feature of the scheme is that it offers a maximum tenure of 84 months, including a moratorium of 6 months. Further, no collateral or third-party guarantee is required as advances are covered under the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE).

She Capital Fund

She Capital is an early-stage venture capital fund dedicated to investing in high-growth women entrepreneurs at the Seed, Pre-Series A, and Series A stages. The funds mission is to close the gender gap in entrepreneurship by providing women founders with capital, mentorship, and a supportive community. Apart from funding, She Capital also fosters a community of over 10,000 female founders in India. It provides a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and support. Currently, the community has 10,000+ members. Some of the notable women-led startups that She Capital has backed are BrainSightAI (science‑tech) and the sports‑tech venture Yuva Kabaddi.

Mahila Udyam Nidhi Scheme 

The Mahila Udyam Nidhi Scheme by Punjab National Bank, launched under SIDBIs guidance, empowers and encourages women to generate income through activities in manufacturing, services, trading, small businesses, and more. It offers loans of up to Rs. 10 lakhs for setting up new projects in the tiny or small-scale sector and for rehabilitating viable sick SSI units. The scheme also supports existing tiny and small-scale industrial units and service industries undertaking expansion, modernization, technology upgradation, or diversification, enabling women entrepreneurs to grow and strengthen their businesses. The scheme is open to women or enterprises wherein women hold at least 50% financial stake. To apply for a loan under the scheme, the applicant must not be a defaulter to any bank or financial institution and must not have availed of loan facilities under government-sponsored schemes. One of the unique features is that for term loans, the scheme offers a repayment period of 3 to 5 years with a maximum moratorium of 3 to 6 months, depending on the type of activity and income generation. For overdrafts, the limit is sanctioned for three years, with annual reviews and renewal every three years.  

While these programs are a great boon for women entrepreneurs, a significant gap in access to formal capital still exists. According to the IFC, women-led MSMEs in India face a credit gap estimated at USD 158 billion. The criticality of bridging this gap cant be overstated. Data from Bain & Co. shows that India needs to add approximately 145 million women to its workforce by 2047 to achieve its goal of a $30 trillion GDP. Given the right resources, women entrepreneurs have the potential to significantly accelerate the progress of the economy. When women entrepreneurs thrive, they also create jobs and reinvest in their families and communities, transforming the socio-economic fabric of the nation.

आज से ठीक 9 साल पहले हमारी मुलाकात हुई थी। तुमने मुझे हंसाया, रुलाया, मेहनत करवाई और आगे बढ़ना सिखाया। तुमने मुझे ऐसी यादें दी हैं जो जीवन भर साथ रहेंगी। हमारे इस जटिल और खूबसूरत रिश्तों के नाम है,  बॉलीवुड डेब्यू, सर्वाइवल, डांस नंबर, आंसू, नखरे, जीत, हीरोइन फील्स।

Mumbai, September 16, 2025: DSM Fresh Food Limited (“Company”), established in 2015, operates under the brand name Zappfresh and is one of the leading omnichannel retailer (Online B2C and offline B2B) of fresh meat and ready to cook/eat products.(chicken, mutton and seafood).

Zappfresh was founded with a vision to transform India’s highly fragmented meat retail sector and operates on an integrated supply chain model encompassing sourcing, processing, cold storage, and distribution. This ensures high-quality, hygienic, and fresh meat delivery to both retail consumers and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) partners. 

The Company proposes to launch its Initial Public Offering (“IPO” or the “Offer”), scheduled to open on Friday, September 26, 2025, and close on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, with a price band of Rs. 96 – Rs. 101 per equity share of face value Rs. 10 each (“Equity Shares”). The Anchor Investor Bid/Issue Period will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, one working day prior to the Issue opening date.

Initial Public Offering up to 59,06,400 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (“Equity Shares”) DSM Fresh Foods Limited (“DSM” or the “Company”) at issue price band of Rs. 96- Rs. 101/- per equity share (“The Issue”). Out of the issue, 3,31,200 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs. 334.51 Lakhs will be reserved for subscription by Market Maker (“Market Maker Reservation Portion”). The Issue less the Market Maker Reservation Portion i.e Issue of 55,75,200 Equity shares of Face Value of Rs. 10 each at an Issue price band of Rs. 96 – Rs. 101/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 5630.95 Lakhs is hereinafter referred to as the “Net Issue”, respectively of the Post Issue Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company.

This Issue is being made through the Book Building Process, in terms of Rule 19(2)(b) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, as amended (“SCRR”) read with Regulation 229 (2) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations and in compliance with Regulation 253 of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, wherein not more than 50.00% of the Net Issue shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Qualified Institutional Buyers (“QIBs”) (the “QIB Portion”), provided that our Company may, in consultation with the BRLM Book Running Lead Manager, may allocate up to 60.00% of the QIB Portion to Anchor Investors on a discretionary basis in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations (“Anchor Investor Portion”). One-third”), of the Anchor Investor which one-third Portion shall be reserved for domestic Mutual Funds, subject to valid Bids being received from the domestic Mutual Funds at or above the Anchor Investor Allocation Price in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations. In the event of under-subscription, or non-allocation in the Anchor Investor Portion, the balance Equity Shares shall be added to the QIB Portion (other than the Anchor Investor Portion) (“Net QIB Portion”).  Further, 5.00% of the Net QIB Portion shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Mutual Funds only, and the remainder of the Net QIB Portion shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to all QIB Bidders, including Mutual Funds, subject to valid Bids being received at or above the Issue Price. However, if the aggregate demand from Mutual Funds is less than 5.00% of the Net QIB Portion, the balance Equity Shares available for allocation in the Mutual Fund Portion will be added to the remaining Net QIB Portion for proportionate allocation to QIBs. Further, not less than 15.00% of the Net Offer Issue shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Non-Institutional Investors, wherein (a) one third of the portion available to Non-Institutional Investors shall be reserved for Applicants with Application size of more than two lots and up to such lots equivalent to not more than ₹10 lakhs; (b) two third of the portion available to Non-Institutional Investors shall be reserved for Applicants with Application size of more than ₹10 lakhs; and (c) any unsubscribed portion in either of the sub-categories specified in clauses (a) or (b), may be allocated to Applicants in the other sub-category of Non-Institutional Investors; and not less than 35.00% of the Net Offer Issue shall be available for allocation to Retail Individual Investors who applies for minimum application size in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations, subject to valid Bids being received from them at or above the Issue Price. Further, Equity Shares will be allocated on a proportionate basis to Eligible Employees applying under the Employee Reservation Portion, subject to valid Bids received from them at or above the Issue Price. All Bidders, other than Anchor Investors, are required to participate in the Offer Issue by mandatorily utilising the Application Supported by Blocked Amount (“ASBA”) process by providing details of their respective ASBA Account (as defined hereinafter) in which the corresponding Bid Amounts will be blocked by the Self Certified Syndicate Banks (“SCSBs”) or under the UPI Mechanism, as the case may be, to the extent of respective Bid Amounts. Anchor Investors are not permitted to participate in the Offer Issue through the ASBA process. For details, see “Issue Procedure” on page no. 264 of this Red Herring Prospectus. 

All Bidders (other than Anchor Investors) shall mandatorily participate in this Offer through the Application Supported by Block Amount (“ASBA”) process, and shall provide details of their respective bank account in which the Bid Amount will be blocked by the SCSBs. Anchor Investors are not permitted to participate in this Offer through the ASBA process.

The net proceeds from the Issue are proposed to be utilized towards funding the Company’s strategic growth initiatives, including working capital requirements of ₹ 25 crore, marketing expenditure of ₹15 crore, capital expenditure requirements of ₹11 crore and, and ₹3 crore towards inorganic growth opportunities through acquisitions and other strategic initiatives, as well as for general corporate purposes.

क्रांति की दहलीज़ पर खड़े भारतीय सिनेमा के साथ दूरदर्शी निर्देशक एटली ग्लोबल सुपरस्टार अल्लू अर्जुन के साथ आ रहे हैं अपनी बहुप्रतीक्षित बड़ी फिल्म AA22xA6 को लेकर। माना जा रहा है कि यह फिल्म भारतीय सिनेमा की अब तक की सबसे बड़ी वैश्विक इवेंट फिल्म बननेवाली है, क्योंकि अपनी प्रतिभा का लोहा मनवा चुके जानेमाने निर्देशक इसे ख़ास बनाने का कोई भी मौक़ा छोड़ना नहीं चाहते, फिर चाहे उन्हें शूटिंग के लिए किसी रेगिस्तानी जगह पर ही क्यों न जाना पड़े।

“प्रेमात पडायचं तर कडकडीतच आणि प्रेमात पाडायचं तर झणझणीतच… वडापावसारखंच!”, या भन्नाट ओळींसह ‘वडापाव’ चित्रपटाचं टायटल ट्रॅक प्रदर्शित झालं असून प्रेक्षकांच्या मनाला झणझणीत चव देत आहे. मुंबईचा जीव असलेला वडापाव जसा सर्वांचा लाडका आहे, तसाच हे गाणंही प्रेक्षकांना तुफान आवडत आहे.

गाण्याचं आकर्षण म्हणजे कुणाल–करण यांचे भन्नाट शब्द आणि मस्त बिट्स, नकाश अझीझ यांचा दमदार आवाज. यामुळे या गाण्याची रंगतदार रेसिपी तयार झाली असून ती प्रेक्षकांना चविष्ट अनुभव देते. 

दिग्दर्शक प्रसाद ओक म्हणाले, “आमचं लक्ष्य फक्त गाणं बनवणं नव्हतं, तर मुंबईचा आत्मा टिपायचा होता. हे टायटल ट्रॅक प्रत्येकाला नाचवणार, यात अजिबात शंका नाही.”

संगीतकार, गीतकार कुणाल - करण म्हणाले, ''हे गाणं लिहिताना आणि संगीत ठरवताना आमच्या डोक्यात एकच विचार होता, वडापाव जसा साधा असूनही झणझणीत आहे, तसंच हे गाणं असावं. शब्द साधे, तरीही थेट मनाला भिडणारे आणि संगीत असं की, ऐकताच पाय आपोआप थिरकायला लागतील. हे टायटल ट्रॅक म्हणजे फक्त गाणं नाही, तर मुंबईतील प्रत्येकाचा जिव्हाळ्याचा विषय आहे.”

स्टुडिओ लक्स आणि फिफ्टी टू फ्रायडे निर्मित या चित्रपटाचे मेहुल शाह आणि अमित भानुशाली निर्माते असून, निर्मितीमूल्यांच्या बाबतीतही ‘थप्पा’ हा मराठीतील मोठा आणि समृद्ध सिनेमा ठरणार आहे. यापूर्वी फिफ्टी टू फ्रायडेच्या सहयोगाने ‘मुंबई पुणे मुंबई’, ‘मुंबई पुणे मुंबई २’, ‘मुंबई पुणे मुंबई ३’, ‘गर्ल्स’, ‘प्रेमाची गोष्ट’, ‘स्माईल प्लीज’ असे अनेक सुपरहिट चित्रपट प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीला आले आहेत. तर ‘फोटो प्रेम’ या मराठी चित्रपटाचे आणि ‘शिकायतें’ या हिंदी वेब सीरिजचे मेहुल शाह निर्माते आहेत. 

हा चित्रपट मैत्रीवर आधारित आहे का, एखादी प्रेमकथा मांडणार का की, फसवणूक, सूड किंवा काहीतरी वेगळं रहस्य उलगडणार, हे अजून गुलदस्त्यातच आहे. त्यामुळेच प्रेक्षकांच्या कुतूहलात अधिक भर पडली असून, नेमकं काय पाहायला मिळणार आहे यासाठी सर्वांना प्रतीक्षा करावी लागणार आहे.

’दशावतार’ मधील हृदयस्पर्शी  ‘रंगपूजा’ ही भैरवी रसिकांना अर्पण

गुरु ठाकूर, अजय गोगावले आणि ए. व्ही. प्रफुल्लचंद्र हे भन्नाट त्रिकूट एकत्र ! 

मराठी सिनेसृष्टीतील सर्वाधिक चर्चेत असलेला झी स्टुडिओज प्रस्तुत ‘दशावतार’ या बहुप्रतीक्षित चित्रपटाचे वेध प्रेक्षकांना लागले आहेत. महाराष्ट्राच्या सांस्कृतिक वारशातील अनमोल ठेवा असलेल्या दशावतार परंपरेला मोठ्या पडद्यावर भव्यतेने मांडणाऱ्या या चित्रपटातील हृदयस्पर्शी ‘रंगपूजा’ ही भैरवी नुकतीच रसिकांच्या भेटीस आली आहे.

या गाण्यातून एका निस्सीम कलावंताची कलेवरील नितांत श्रद्धा, भक्ती आणि समर्पणाची भावना मांडली गेली आहे. हे गीत म्हणजे कलावंताच्या रंगभूमीवरील कलाप्रवासाला भावपूर्ण अभिवादन आहे. विशेष म्हणजे गीतकार गुरु ठाकूर, गायक अजय गोगावले आणि संगीतकार ए. व्ही. प्रफुल्लचंद्र हे  त्रिकुट प्रथमच या गाण्यात एकत्र आलं असून हे गाणं या चित्रपटाचं, नायक बाबुली मेस्त्रीच्या आयुष्याचं मर्म मांडतं.

गुरु ठाकूर यांची अर्थपूर्ण शब्दरचना , त्याला अजय गोगावले यांचे आर्त स्वर यामुळे गाण्याला अनोखा आयाम मिळाला आहे. तर ए. व्ही. प्रफुल्लचंद्र यांच्या सुमधुर सुरावटींनी गाण्यात खास रंगत आणली आहे. 

गायक अजय गोगावले म्हणाले, ‘’दशावतार नाटकांमध्ये जितके नांदीला महत्व आहे तितकेच ‘रंगपूजा’ ह्या भैरवी भैरवीला! भैरवी झाल्याशिवाय नाटकातील कुठलाही कलावंत आपल्या चेहऱ्यावरील रंग उतरवत नाही. म्हणूनच ‘दशावतार‘ चित्रपटातील ही ‘रंगपूजा’ ही भैरवीसुद्धा तितकीच महत्त्वपूर्ण आहे. गुरु ठाकूरच्या सिद्धहस्त लेखणीतून उतरलेली ही भैरवी प्रत्येक कलाकाराचं मर्म आहे. ही भैरवी मलाही खूप रीलेट करुन गेली. गुरु ठाकूरचे शब्द नेहमीच भावोत्कटता आणतात. आणि ए. व्ही. प्रफुल्लचंद्रने त्याला संगीताचं उत्तम कोंदण केलंय. त्यामुळे ती गाताना वेगळं समाधान मला मिळालं. या भैरवी मुळे मीसुद्धा या चित्रपटाचा भाग होऊ शकलो, याचा मला खरोखर आनंद आहे.”

संगीतकार ए. व्ही. प्रफुल्लचंद्र म्हणाले, “अजय गोगावले यांच्यासोबत काम करायची माझी खूप आंतरिक इच्छा होती आणि ‘दशावतार’मुळे ती पूर्ण झाली. हा माझ्या संगीतप्रवासातील सर्वात आनंदाचा क्षण आहे.”

गीतकार गुरु ठाकूर म्हणाले, “कलावंताच्या आयुष्यावरचा हा सिनेमा आहे. कुठलीही कलाकृती तुम्ही करता, असं म्हणण्यापेक्षा, त्यासाठी तुमची निवड होणे, हे तुमच्या भाग्योदयात लिहिलेलं असतं, असं मी मानतो. या चित्रपटाचे संवाद, गाणी दिग्दर्शक सुबोध खानोलकरने माझ्याकडून लिहून घेतली आणि एकेक योग जुळत गेले. गीतकाराने फक्त शब्द लिहिणे पुरेसे नसते, तर ते शब्द आणि त्यातील भावना रसिकांपर्यंत पोहोचवणारा आवाज महत्त्वाचा असतो. आणि माझ्या गाण्यांना अजयचा आवाज लाभतो तेव्हा मी आश्वस्त होतो. अजय गोगावलेने आजवर मी लिहिलेली कित्येक गाणी अजरामर केली आहेत. रेकॉर्डिंग स्टुडिओत अजय ही भैरवी गात होता तेव्हा मी आणि सुबोध अक्षरशः हळवे झालो होतो. 

झी स्टुडिओज प्रस्तुत, ओशन फिल्म कंपनी आणि ओशन आर्ट हाऊस निर्मित ‘दशावतार’चे लेखन, दिग्दर्शन सुबोध खानोलकर यांनी केले आहे. दिलीप प्रभावळकर, महेश मांजरेकर, भरत जाधव, सिद्धार्थ मेनन, अभिनय बेर्डे, प्रियदर्शिनी इंदलकर, विजय केंकरे, रवी काळे यांसारखे दिग्गज कलाकार यात भूमिका साकारत आहेत. येत्या १२ सप्टेंबरला ‘दशावतार’ जगभर मोठ्या दिमाखात प्रदर्शित होणार असून, अजय गोगावलेंच्या आवाजातील ‘रंगपूजा’ ही भैरवी  हा या चित्रपटाचा कळसाध्याय आहे!
