ओवीवर ‘ट्रान्सकॅथेटर डिव्हाइस क्लोजर’ ही प्रक्रिया यशस्वीपणे करण्यात आली

नवी मुंबईतील अपोलो हॉस्पिटल्स येथे १६ महिन्यांच्या चिमुरडीच्या सेकंडम एट्रियल सेप्टल डिफेक्ट (एएसडी) किंवा हृदयाच्या वरच्या चेंबर्समधील (कक्षातील) भितींच्या मध्यभागी असलेल्या छिद्राचे ट्रान्स-कॅथेटर डिव्हाइस क्लोजर यशस्वीरित्या पार पाडण्यात आले. या नाविन्यपूर्ण प्रक्रियेमध्ये उजव्या ऊरु-शिरांच्या माध्यमातून इन्फेरिअर वेना कावा (आयव्हीसी) च्या फुग्याच्या विस्तारासह (बलून डिलेटेशनसह) १८ मिमी ऍम्प्लॅटझर™ सेप्टल ऑक्ल्युडर उपकरणाचा वापर केला जातो.

डॉ. भूषण चव्हाण, बाल हृदयरोगतज्ञ, अपोलो हॉस्पिटल्स नवी मुंबईतील यांनी मत व्यक्त केले,"ओवीची वाढ अपुरी असल्यामुळे इकोकार्डिओग्राफी करण्यात आली ज्यामध्ये मोठ्या प्रमाणात एएसडी दिसून आले. सेकंडम ऍट्रियल सेप्टल डिफेक्ट हा एक हृदयविकाराचा प्रकार आहे ज्यामध्ये व्यक्तीला जन्मतःच 'हृदयात छिद्रे' असतात. या विकारात हृदयाच्या दोन भागांतून, प्रणालीगत आणि फुफ्फुसीय अभिसरणातून रक्त मिसळले जाते, मुळात असे घडू नये. यामुळे हृदयाच्या कार्यावर आणि प्राणवायूच्या पुरवठ्यावर परिणाम होऊ शकतो. सामान्यतः सेकंडम एएसडी असलेल्या लोकांमध्ये बालपणात आणि पौगंडावस्थेत लक्षणे दिसत नाहीत. तथापि उपचार न केल्यास गुंतागुंत निर्माण होऊ शकते, ही गुंतागुंत वयानुसार वाढू शकते आणि आयुर्मान कमी करु शकते. ओवीच्या बाबतीत गुदद्वाराच्या विकृतीवर उपचार केल्यानंतरही तिची वाढ होण्यास लक्षणीयरित्या अपशय आले. याचे कारण श्वसनमार्गामध्ये वारंवार होणारे संक्रमण लवकरात लवकर एएसडी बंद करणे आवश्यक होते. हृदयातील छिद्र बंद करण्यासाठी शस्त्रक्रियेपेक्षा ट्रान्सकॅथेटर तंत्र अधिक योग्य आहे आणि तिचे लहान वय आणि कमी वजन लक्षात घेता एएसडी चे ट्रान्स-कॅथेटर डिव्हाइस क्लोजर हा सर्वोत्तम उपाय असल्याचे निश्चित करण्यात आले. अखेर ही प्रक्रिया यशस्वीपणे पार पडली आणि यामध्ये लहान मुलीने चांगली साथ दिली."

A big feat for Zara Hatke Zara Bachke as it heads to become a surprise hit! Trade experts and exhibitors both rejoice.

It’s been only a weekend since Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films and Jio Studios released Zara Hatke Zara Bachke in theatres, but the movie is already surprising everyone! This family entertainer which marks Laxman Utekar’s third successful film with Maddock Films production after Luka Chupi and Mimi, has been filling up theatres to a house-full limit and is being relished by all, especially the family audiences. With the first-time pairing of Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan, the movie reels around the ambit of romance and drama, involving a comedy of errors that unfolds. A divorce plan does not pan out as per arrangement and thus begins a journey of drama filled with elements of humor. 

This movie has been touching the right chord with audiences where the opening weekend saw a net box office collection totaling up to 22.59 cr with a 31.15% jump on the first day, followed by a 37.50% jump on the next. Monday also witnessed an excellent hold with the day’s collections summing up to 4.14 cr, pushing the overall collections to 26.73 cr. Tuesday morning is also seeing rapid bookings, filling theatre halls. Exhibitors are also enjoying this marvelous response and are hoping for the movie to reach every family. 

Commenting on this extraordinary response, trade expert Taran Adarsh says, “Zara Hatke Zara Bachke brings in much-needed respite to exhibitors with its weekend collections totaling up to 22.59 cr. While the movie dint has many expectations, the collections definitely silenced everyone. After teasing with a pre-look poster, the makers of Nikhil’s 20th movie unveiled the first look of Swayambhu on the actor’s birthday. Directed by Bharat Krishnamachari and produced by Bhuvan and Sreekar under Pixel Studios with Tagore Madhu presenting it, #Nikhil20 is titled majestically as Swayambhu.

Swayambhu means self-born or ‘that is created by its own accord.’ The first-look poster presents Nikhil as a ferocious warrior on the battlefield. Sporting long hair like a typical combatant, Nikhil is seen riding a horse with a weapon (spear) in one hand and a shield in another hand. His getup and makeover are truly remarkable.

The first look creates curiosity about the project that will start rolling from August, this year.

Swayambhu is going to be the most expensive movie in Nikhil’s career. It will be mounted with top technical standards. Manoj Paramahamsa helms the cinematography, while Ravi Basrur scores the music. M Prabhakaran is the production designer and the dialogues for the movie are provided by Vasudev Muneppagari.

On World Environment Day, &TV artists embrace and urge everyone to be guardians of our nature and advocate for environmental protection, revealing their diverse initiatives towards nurturing mother nature. These include Mohit Dagga (Ashok, Doosri Maa), Himani Shivpuri (Katori Amma, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and Rohitashv Gour (Manmohan Tiwari, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai). Mohit Dagga, essaying Ashok in &TV’s show Doosri Maa, shares, “Preserving the environment and its precious resources is our paramount responsibility. I have embraced alterations to my daily routine, actively conserving resources. Opting for walking over vehicles for shorter distances, at home, my wife, daughter, and I have implemented house rules to save water, such as hand washing clothes, opting for showers, and employing a dishpan for washing dishes. Additionally, we repurpose water for washing vegetables and fruits to nourish our indoor plants. I firmly believe that altering energy consumption habits and adjusting daily practices can transform us into environmentally conscious citizen

Himani Shivpuri, aka Katori Amma from Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares, “Embracing eco-friendly practices is our strongest ally in safeguarding our planet. In my commitment to this cause, I have made conscious choices to reduce single-use plastic, opting for plastic-free alternatives during grocery shopping and daily needs. Carrying cotton or jute bags has become a habit. Moreover, I prioritize energy conservation by utilizing LED or CFL bulbs instead of incandescent lighting, benefiting from their longer lifespan and energy efficiency. Natural lighting is also preferred, enabling energy preservation and the joy of basking in the sunlight. Recognizing the impact of our daily habits and making small improvements can heighten our environmental awareness and pave the way for transformative changes.” Rohitashv Gour, aka Manmohan Tiwari from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, shares, “Recycling is an effective way of conserving resources. Rather than discarding everything into the trash, my family and I segregate plastic, paper, and metal waste and deposit them into designated recycling bins—a practice I faithfully uphold. Additionally, I actively engage in tree planting, recognizing its vital role in preserving clean air. Above all, my family's commitment to using reusable containers and water bottles is our most impactful waste reduction endeavor. Together, these actions contribute to a sustainable future for our planet
