04 December 2024, Mumbai: Mahanagar Gas Limited, one of the largest City Gas Distribution companies in India, has relaunched its ‘MGL Sahayogi’ initiative which encourages residents of Mumbai and its adjoining areas to take an active role in protecting accidental damage to the gas pipelines, with a new exclusive helpline number, 1800 2100 2100. 

CID fame veteran actor, Shri Shivaji Satam, will be the face of the campaign. With him joining this campaign for a vigilant and safe city, MGL aims to boost awareness about safe excavation 

Digging activities are frequent due to various ongoing infrastructure development activities, however, unsafe or unplanned digging can cause serious accidents. Therefore, through ‘MGL Sahayogi’  initiative, MGL urges residents to report any unsafe or unplanned digging activities happening in their vicinity so as to prevent accidental damage to gas pipelines. This can help avoid potential gas leaks, fire hazards and will ensure uninterrupted gas supplies to homes and CNG stations and maintain public safety.

१४ डिसेंबरला सादर होणार पहिला प्रयोग 

जयवंत दळवी यांच्या लेखणीतून साकारलेल्या 'पुरुष' या नाटकाने एकेकाळी मराठी रंगभूमी गाजवली. स्त्री- पुरुष संबंध, सामाजिक विषमता आणि स्त्री च्या संघर्षाची कथा यात दाखवण्यात आली होती. नाटकातील संवेदनशील आणि सामाजिक संवादामुळे त्यावेळी हे नाटक मराठी रंगभूमीवर एक मैलाचा दगड ठरले होते. मराठी रंगभूमीवरील ही महत्वपूर्ण कलाकृती सुमारे चाळीस वर्षांनंतर नाट्यप्रेमींना पुन्हा एकदा अनुभवायला मिळणार आहे. मोरया प्रॉडक्शन्स, भूमिका थिएटर्स, अथर्व थिएटर्स निर्मित, जाई काजळ प्रस्तुत 'पुरुष' हे नाटक पुन्हा एकदा रंगभूमीवर येण्यासाठी सज्ज झाले असून येत्या १४ डिसेंबर रोजी या नाटकाचा पहिला प्रयोग सादर होणार आहे. राजन ताम्हाणे दिग्दर्शित, जयवंत दळवी लिखित या नाटकाचे शरद पोंक्षे, श्रीकांत तटकरे, समिता भरत काणेकर निर्माते आहेत. या नाटकात स्पृहा जोशी, अविनाश नारकर, अनुपमा ताकमोगे, निषाद भोईर, नेहा परांजपे आणि शरद पोंक्षे प्रमुख भूमिकेत दिसतील. या नाटकाला विजय गवंडे यांचे संगीत लाभले आहे. 

स्त्री पुरुष समानता, स्त्रीची अस्मिता, समाजातील पुरुषप्रधान मानसिकतेवर टीका, सामाजिक स्थितीवर भाष्य हे विषय या कथेच्या केंद्रस्थानी असून ते प्रेक्षकांना  विचार करण्यास भाग पाडणारे आहेत. 

'पुरुष' हे नाटक परत रंगभूमीवर आणण्याबद्दल निर्माते शरद पोंक्षे म्हणतात, '' आज मराठी भाषेला अभिजात भाषेचा दर्जा मिळाला. मराठी भाषा ज्या असंख्य साहित्यिकांनी समृद्ध केली. त्यातील एक अजरामर नाव म्हणजे नाटककार जयवंत दळवी. आजवर त्यांनी विविध विषयावर नाटकं, कथा कादंबऱ्या लिहिल्या. त्यापैकीच एक ८० च्या दशकातील अतिशय गाजलेलं नाटक 'पुरुष'. आज त्या नाटकाला ४० वर्षे उलटून गेली असून तेच नाटक जयवंत दळवी यांच्या जन्मशताब्दीच्या निमित्ताने आम्ही पुन्हा रंगमंचावर आणत आहोत. या नाटकाचे केवळ ५० प्रयोग होणार असून महाराष्ट्रातील प्रत्येक जिल्ह्यात याचे प्रयोग होणार आहेत. त्यामुळे ही सुंदर कलाकृती आम्ही नाट्यप्रेमींसमोर घेऊन येण्यासाठी प्रचंड आतुर आहोत. हे नाटक पुन्हा एकदा रंगभूमीवर आणण्याचे आणखी एक कारण म्हणजे आजही समाजात अनेक ठिकाणी अशी परिस्थिती आहे आणि ही स्थिती मला कायमच अस्वस्थ करते. हीच विचारसरणी बदलण्यासाठी आम्ही हे नाटक घेऊन आलो आहोत. 'पुरुष'मध्ये केवळ सामाजिक प्रश्न हाताळण्यात आला नसून यात त्याचे उत्तरही दडलेले आहे.''

‘हॅशटॅग तदेव लग्नम्’मधील 'नकारघंटा' हे गंमतीशीर गाणं प्रदर्शित 

शुभम फिल्म प्रोडक्शनच्या ‘हॅशटॅग तदेव लग्नम्’ या चित्रपटाची प्रेक्षक आतुरतेने वाट पाहात असतानाच आता या चित्रपटातील एक धमाल गाणं प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीला आलं आहे. क्षितिज पटवर्धन लिखित 'नकारघंटा...' असे बोल असलेलं हे गाणं सुबोध भावेवर चित्रित करण्यात आलं असून पंकज पडघन यांनी संगीतबद्ध केलेल्या या गाण्यात आदर्श शिंदे यांच्या दमदार आवाजानं अधिकच रंगत आणली आहे. 

'हळूच मनाचं दार उघडून, रोज नवी येते आणि जाते वाजवून घंटा...  नकारघंटा...' या ओळींमधूनच साधारण कल्पना प्रेक्षकांना आली असेलच. विवाहेच्छुक सुबोध भावे लग्नासाठी मुली बघताना दिसत असून अपेक्षांमध्ये न बसल्याने त्याला बहुतेक स्थळांकडून नकारच मिळत असल्याचं या गाण्यातून दिसतंय. सुबोधच्या आयुष्यातील ही नकारघंटा थांबून, तो बोहल्यावर चढणार का? हे उत्तर जाणून घेण्यासाठी प्रेक्षकांना २० डिसेंबरपर्यंत वाट पाहावी लागणार आहे.  आनंद दिलीप गोखले लिखित, दिग्दर्शित या चित्रपटात सुबोध भावे, तेजश्री प्रधान,  प्रदीप वेलणकर, मानसी मागिकर, संजय खापरे, शर्मिष्ठा राऊत यांच्या प्रमुख भूमिका आहेत. तर शेखर विठ्ठल मते या चित्रपटाचे निर्माते आहेत. 

गाण्याबद्दल दिग्दर्शक आनंद दिलीप गोखले म्हणतात, '' चित्रपटाची कथा पुढे नेणारं हे एक मजेदार गाणं आहे. वय वाढलं की लग्न जमवणं हे एक मोठं आव्हान असतं आणि अशातही एखादी मनासारखी मुलगी मिळालीच तर तिच्या अपेक्षांच्या यादीत बसणं, हे त्याहूनही मोठं आव्हान असतं. मग अशा वेळी पचवावा लागतो, तो नकार... हेच गंमतीशीररित्या या गाण्यातून दाखवण्याचा प्रयत्न आम्ही केला आहे. या गाण्याचे बोल, संगीत आणि आदर्श शिंदे यांचा जबरदस्त आवाज हे सगळंच खूप छान जुळून आलं आहे.''
