Shivashrit Foods Limited (Shivashrit, The Company) is manufacturer, supplier and exporter of potato flakes, proposes to open its Initial Public Offering on Friday, August 22, 2025 aiming to raise ₹ 70.03 Crore (At Upper Price Band), with shares to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.

The issue size is 49,32,000 equity shares at a face value of ₹ 10 each with a price band of ₹ 135 - ₹ 142 Per Share.

The net proceeds from the IPO will be used to partly finance the capital expenditure for the construction of the building, installation of plant and machinery (Potato Flakes Line Machine), utilities (boiler, ETP plant, power generator, solar panel), and other miscellaneous assets (“Expansion Project”), partly finance the working capital requirements for the Expansion Project, and for general corporate purposes. The anchor portion will open on August 21, 2025 and issue will close on August 26, 2025.

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan made a surprise appearance at the launch of Season 3 of the World Padel League, held in Mumbai. The actor turned up in support of his younger brother, Sohail Khan, who is the team owner of the Khan Tigers in the tournament. The high-energy sporting event, co-founded by Indian tennis legend Mahesh Bhupathi, will take place at the NESCO Centre, Goregaon, from August 12 to 16. Salman’s presence added a touch of star power to the kick-off press conference, creating a buzz both in the sporting and entertainment circles.

 

When asked about the difference between Padel, Tennis and Pickleball, Sohail Khan jokingly said “The difference between Padel, Tennis and Pickle is Salman, Arbaaz, Sohail.” He continued to speak about the future of the sport: “Children should start playing Padel, and it should reach the level where Spanish or Argentinian kids play. If our kids start playing this game today, I won't be surprised if, in the next 5 to 6 years, we will be at international standards.”

 

On the team’s name ‘Khan Tigers’, Sohail Khan said: “We genuinely, as a family, think of ourselves as tigers for no absolute reason. If you see, all the teams at WPL have symbols of big cats, and for me, the most fascinating big cat is a tiger. So, when I got the opportunity to name my own team, I named it Khan Tigers.”

 

Salman Khan, who was there to support his brother Sohail and the sport, shared his thoughts on the sport and said “This sport can be played anywhere, so I think it is going to really pick up in the country. Sohail told me to come so that awareness of the sport & the league will grow. I don’t think that my coming here will increase the awareness of the sport. If Sohail can take a team in this league & is aware about the sport, every one of us knows about Padel. Even Aayat & Ahil have already come dressed up to play the sport. So, this sport is already popular.”

 

Season 3 of the World Padel League will see six powerhouse teams - Khan Tigers (owned by Sohail Khan), Hubtown Panorama Panthers (owned by Panorama Pictures), Vedanta Leopards (owned by Vedanta Group), SG Pipers Cheetahs (owned by SG Sports and Entertainment), Game Changers Lions (owned by Game Changers FZCO), and Vernost Jaguars (owned by Vernost) - battle it out for top honours. The opening day on August 12 will feature a thrilling face-off between Vernost Jaguars and Game Changers Lions, followed by SG Pipers Cheetahs and Hubtown Panorama Panthers at the NESCO Centre, Goregaon.

सध्या सर्वत्र चर्चेत असलेला आणि प्रेक्षकांच्या प्रचंड उत्सुकतेचा विषय ठरलेला ‘दशावतार’ हा मराठी चित्रपट लवकरच म्हणजेच १२ सप्टेंबरला प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीला येतोय. झी स्टुडिओज प्रस्तुत, ओशन फिल्म कंपनी आणि ओशन आर्ट हाऊस निर्मित या भव्य चित्रपटात अनेक दिग्गज कलाकारांची मांदियाळी आहे. दिलीप प्रभावळकर, महेश मांजरेकर, भरत जाधव, विजय केंकरे, सुनील तावडे, रवी काळे, सिद्धार्थ मेनन, प्रियदर्शिनी इंदलकर आणि अभिनय बेर्डे यांचा अप्रतिम अभिनय या चित्रपटात पाहायला मिळणार आहे. पोस्टर आणि टीझरने प्रेक्षकांमध्ये आधीच प्रचंड उत्सुकता निर्माण केली असतानाच, आता या चित्रपटातील पहिलं गाणं ‘आवशीचो घो’ नुकतंच प्रदर्शित झालं असून या आगळ्यावेगळ्या गाण्याने कोकणच्या मातीचा गंध सोबत आणला आहे. अनेकांना शिवी वाटणारा हा शब्द खरंतर लाडाने वापरला जाणारा शब्द आहे. मालवणी भाषेत आईला प्रेमाने आवशी आणि नवऱ्याला घो  असं म्हणतात. म्हणूनच आईच्या नवऱ्याला म्हणजेच वडीलांना प्रेमाने ‘आवशीचो घो’ म्हणायची पद्धत आहे. दशावतार चित्रपटातलं हे गाणं सुद्धा बाप आणि मुलाच्या अनोख्या नात्याबद्दल आहे.

दिलीप प्रभावळकर आणि सिद्धार्थ मेनन यांच्यावर चित्रित करण्यात आलेलं हे गाणं, वडील आणि मुलामधील नात्याचं एक अजब रसायन दाखवणारं आहे. हे गाणं वर वर पाहता मिश्किल किंवा गंमतीशीर वाटत असलं तरी ते गाणं बाप - मुलाच्या नात्याचं सारच मांडतं. विशेष म्हणजे यात कधी कधी मुलगा वडिलांची जबाबदारी घेणारा ‘वडील’ बनतो आणि वडील त्याचे ‘मूल‘ होतात. बाप मुलाच्या नात्याचं हळूवारपण उलगडणारं हे गाणं गुरु ठाकूरच्या समृद्ध लेखणीतून उतरलं असून, संगीत दिग्दर्शक ए व्ही प्रफुल्लचंद्र यांनी संगीतबद्ध केलं आहे. तर ओंकारस्वरुप याने ते गायलं आहे. या गीताबद्दल गीतकार गुरु ठाकूर म्हणतात की, ‘’बाप आणि मुलगा यांच्यातील मैत्रीचं नातं मिश्किल आणि खट्याळ अंदाजात सादर करणारं गाणं आजवर कधीच झालं नव्हतं. ‘आवशीचो घो’ या गाण्यामुळे ते लिहिण्याची संधी मला मिळाली. मालवणी बोलीतील शब्दांचा गोडवा, ए. व्ही. यांच्या संगीताची जादू आणि पडद्यावर दिलीपजी आणि सिद्धार्थ यांचा अफलातून परफॉर्मन्स यांनी या गाण्याला वेगळं परिमाण दिलं आहे.’’

चित्रपटाचे लेखक-दिग्दर्शक सुबोध खानोलकर म्हणतात, '' आवशीचो घो’ हे गाणं वडील-मुलामधील नात्याची वीण अत्यंत लोभसपणे अधोरेखित करतं. हे गाणं प्रत्येकाला आपल्या वडिलांच्या जवळ नेणारं, आणि हसताहसताही प्रत्येकाच्या मनाला भिडणारं असं हे गाणं आहे. वडील मुलाच्या नात्यातील प्रेम, ताण, समज-गैरसमज आणि काळानुसार बदलणारी जबाबदारी हे सगळं या एका गाण्यातून सहजतेने दाखवणं हे मोठं आव्हान होतं. परंतु गुरु ठाकूर, ए व्ही प्रफुल्लचंद्र आणि गायक ओंकार स्वरूप या सगळ्या टीमने ते उत्तमरित्या पार पाडलं. पडद्यावरही ते नातं सिद्धार्थ मेनन आणि दिलीप प्रभावळकर यांच्या केमिस्ट्रीतून कमाल उतरलंय!'' 

झी स्टुडिओजचे व्यवसाय प्रमुख बवेश जानवलेकर म्हणाले, '' 'दशावतार'मध्ये प्रेक्षकांना भावनिक आणि कलात्मक अशा विविध थरांवरचा अनुभव मिळणार आहे. ‘आवशीचो घो’ हे गाणं या प्रवासातील एक भावपूर्ण वळण आहे. संगीत, शब्द आणि अभिनयाचं कमाल सादरीकरण यामुळे हे गाणं सर्व वयोगटांसाठी रिलेटेबल ठरणारं आहे.'' 

निर्माते सुजय हांडे म्हणतात, ''जेव्हा आम्ही हे गाणं प्लॅन केलं, तेव्हा आमचा उद्देश फक्त धमाल गाणं देणं हा नव्हता तर नात्यांची गुंतागुंत आणि सहजता दाखवणं होता. दिलीपजी आणि सिद्धार्थ यांच्यासारख्या अनुभवी कलाकारांनी याला वेगळ्या उंचीवर नेलं आहे.”

'दशावतार'चा टीझर पाहूनच प्रेक्षकांची उत्सुकता वाढली आहे. आता ‘आवशीचो घो’ गाण्याने या चित्रपटातील भावनिक बाजूही उलगडायला सुरुवात झाली आहे. धमाल आणि हृदयस्पर्शी भावनांचं हे सुंदर मिश्रण प्रेक्षकांना नक्की भावेल, अशी आशा आहे.

एस एस स्टुडिओ निर्मित ‘अरण्य’ या चित्रपटाचे दमदार मोशन पोस्टर नुकतेच प्रदर्शित झाले आहे. निर्माते शरद पाटील आणि अंजली पाटील यांची निर्मिती असलेल्या या चित्रपटाचे लेखक व दिग्दर्शक अमोल दिगांबर करंबे आहेत. हार्दिक जोशी, वीणा जगताप, हिृतीका पाटील, विजय निकम, सुरेश विश्वकर्मा आणि चेतन चावडा यांच्या प्रमुख भूमिका असलेल्या या चित्रपटाचा भव्य प्रवास १९ सप्टेंबर २०२५ रोजी प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीला येणार आहे.

मोशन पोस्टरमध्ये जंगलाची दाट हिरवाई, धुक्याने व्यापलेले दृश्य आणि त्यात लपलेला गूढपणा अंगावर काटा आणणारा आहे. यातील हार्दिक जोशी चा लूक विशेष लक्ष वेधून घेतो. डोळ्यांमध्ये प्रखर राग आणि निर्धार, चेहरा कपड्याने झाकलेला आणि पार्श्वभूमीला जंगलातील गूढ वातावरण. त्याच्या नजरेतून एक भयंकर संघर्ष आणि दडलेली कहाणी जाणवते.

दिग्दर्शक अमोल दिगांबर करंबे म्हणतात, ‘अरण्य’ ही फक्त जंगलाची कथा नाही, तर ही मानवी अस्तित्व, निसर्गाशी असलेलं आपलं नातं आणि संघर्षाच्या काठावर उभ्या राहिलेल्या माणसाची कहाणी आहे. या अरण्यात फक्त झाडं, पाने किंवा वेली नाहीत, तर येथे श्वास घेणाऱ्या प्रत्येक गोष्टीच्या मागे एक इतिहास आहे. कधी शांत, कधी रक्तरंजित. मला हवं होतं की प्रेक्षकांनी या जंगलाचा गंध, त्यातील ओलसरपणा, आणि त्याच्या प्रत्येक सावलीतील रहस्य अनुभवावं. ‘अरण्य’ प्रेक्षकांना आतून जगायला लावेल.’’

निर्माते शरद पाटील म्हणतात, ‘’आजच्या सिनेमात तंत्रज्ञान, थरार आणि भावना यांचा सुंदर संगम दुर्मीळ झाला आहे. ‘अरण्य’करताना आम्ही ठरवलं होतं की, हा चित्रपट प्रेक्षकांच्या डोळ्यासमोर उभा राहावा. तो अनुभवावा. ‘अरण्य’ म्हणजे निसर्गाशी असलेल्या आपल्याच नात्याचं आरशातलं प्रतिबिंब आहे. प्रत्येक फ्रेम, प्रत्येक संवाद आणि प्रत्येक भावनेतून आम्ही एक सत्य सांगत आहोत, जे दडलेलं आहे परंतु दुर्लक्षित नाही. आम्हाला खात्री आहे की, ‘अरण्य’ प्रेक्षकांच्या मनात खोलवर ठसा उमटवेल.’’
