Leading light of Indian fashion landscape, Designer, Stylist & Managing Director of S.S. Productions- Mr. Saazish Sidhu along with Ski Midea’s CEO -Mr. Feroz Shaikh & Shilpa Shinde who was the guest of the event inaugurated their show ‘Style in the City’. The trio performed inauguration rituals like cake cutting & ribbon cutting along with a few contestants “The launch was a fun affair. We had the very talented Shilpa Shinde attend the launch; it was a delight to have her with us”

Mr. Saazish Sidhu, who has been designing for famous celebrities like Hema Malini and Amitabh Bachchan amongst others, has stepped in the television world and is set to produce his first reality based travel show “I am working on my reality based travel show as of now. It’s a fun, never-seen-before concept in India and I am pretty sure it will be liked and appreciated by the audience”

Actress Shilpa Shinde who was last in playing the character of Angoori Devi in Bhabhi  Ji Ghar Par Hai is back on television with the show, although she’s not allowed to do fiction but can definitely host and be a part of non-fiction.

Arbaaz Khan took time for photo shoot of his new film YEH TOH TWO MUCH HO GAYAA at a studio in Mumbai. The film is directed by Anwer Khan .The film is made under the banner of M A Entertainment and Trinity  Films. The film is presented by Badshah Khan and produced by Mudar Unwala and Ali Unwala, Co-Produced by T. I have done a lot of films in Bollywood, Bengali and other regional cinema which has broadened my horizon and gave me opportunities to explore other aspects of cinema?”

When quizzed her about her role in the film, she said “This film was offered to me as an actor first but due to certain reasons I couldn’t play the character. The film is about sports and I have been a national level badminton player so the makers thought of me to be perfect to play the role”

In an industry where actors are always aiming for six pack abs and size zero body, actress Jyoti Saxena has a different take on it. “I have a simple mantra -One must be comfortable with their body and should be fit”. The actress says the secret behind her perfect body is not any crash diet but a combination of regular workouts and healthy eating “I think ideally one should not reach a stage where you have to go on crash diets. Crash Diets are worst for your body. You need to be conscious on daily basis. I feel workouts and healthy eating should be a part of everyone’s lifestyle”

I know people who eat in a crazy way and then suddenly they want a perfect body, and to achieve that they go on crash diets which takes a heavy toll on their body in the long term” says Jyoti Saxena. 

Jyoti Saxena who was last seen in a music video with Babul Supriyo was praised not just for her screen presence but also for her physique. Jyoti believes that each person should spare an hour and dedicate that time to fitness “Everyone needs to enjoy their “me” time and working out is the best form of “me” time. You should workout depending on your likes. You must enjoy working out. Sports, Yoga, Gym all provide the same result if done regularly. I believe that you must never pressurize yourself in order to be a certain size, in fact take things slow and steady. That provides the best results long term. It is not necessary that you need to splurge on expensive gyms or different form of workouts. A simple one hour walk and basic exercises along with healthy eating should be practiced regularly in order to see the desired results”
