RSS Leader Indresh Ji, Laxmi Narayan Tripathi, Dr Y Srinivas Rao, Rakesh Upadhyay attended Parashakti Redefining Space meet at Andheri West.

Parashakti is an initiative by Mrs Reshma H Singh that is determined to bring the change we all seek. If you are in some pain, if you have been victimized, if you feel weak and abandoned or discriminated– then Parashakti is going to be that platform where your voices will be heard, justice would be done and your dignity restored.
But please remember all form of injustice must first be confronted by you – your own self…because you have that power inside you…you know it or not. Through a woman flows creation and all form of life energy. You are that Shakti that fills this universe.
Mission Shakti was not just aimed at testing our capabilities to bring down anything that intrudes our space but also a subtle warning to those who might even consider doing that. If we can destroy a possible threat 300 km away, we can surely deal with anything closer.
There is comfort in the knowledge that we can fight. Defining spaces and maintaining boundaries has always been an issue with women. It has become easy for predators to cross the boundaries because these boundaries have not been firmly defined and our reactions are more of self-pity and frustration than of retaliation and that of a warrior.
Most of us don't even know if we can fight ...or we must fight. The truth is there comes a time in everyone's life when they must learn how to fight-.for the dignity, respect, opportunities or recognition that we deserve.
The film and television industry is full of artists, technicians and performers with tender hearts and vulnerable souls. The heart that creates art becomes even easier to be crushed. But it is because we let that happen.
The real power lies with in us and we can become stronger by coming together- by holding each other's hand, by sharing our experiences and strengthening each other.

Indresh Kumar who is Nationalist Leader said - Drugs break the body but we also need to address the drug of casteism and objectification of women which intoxicates the mind .

Reshma Singh who organised this forum said -we need to identify the contours of the physical and psychological space that gets tested if not transgressed when it comes to women . The nagging feeling of what could happen is itself a burden we as a society need to rid our women of . And it’s also upto the fathers to give their daughters the confidence to stand up for themselves !

Prof Rakesh Upadhyay from BHU said - The female form is the mother of all creation . The creator is always supreme . I urge all my mothers and sisters to take maa durgas form if anyone tries to transgress their space .
Dr. Y Srinivas Rao from DRDO said- We have always been a scientific civilisation and today we are again on the path to regaining that place in the world . Mission Shakti is only the beginning . It is like the awakened female spirit of India .

Abhinav Kashyap who is a well known writer director said -Toxic masculinity is a curse . Men think it’s their right to make an advance rather than making an attempt to woo a woman respectfully
Ace photographer Pravin Talan was felicitated by Dr Y Srinivas Rao, Project Director Mission Shakti, DRDO, for his exceptional work on National Security and Women Empowerment over the years.

Porsche World Road Show takes place at India’s Buddh International Circuit

Delhi. Porsche enthusiasts and owners from across India were given the opportunity to take part in the ultimate driving experience, as the Porsche World Road Show (PWRS) took place at the Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida. With more than 300 participants in attendance, across eight days, the track performance and off-road capabilities of Porsche’s most diverse model line-up to-date was showcased in a range of scenarios. Included in the fleet of 26 vehicles utilised throughout the event, was the recently launched eighth generation of the brand’s iconic 911, as well as the 718, Macan, Cayenne and Panamera.

Guests invited to the Buddh International Circuit enjoyed an entire day with the Porsche models, taking part in exhilarating track exercises that included handling, slalom, braking, and of course high-speed laps of the 5.14 km track.. They also participated in off-road driving sessions that featured disciplines such as hill ascents and descents.

Commenting on PWRS, Pavan Shetty, Director of Porsche India, said: “Driving a Porsche is a unique feeling that has to be experienced first-hand to be believed. As such, our main objective with bringing experiential events such as Porsche World Road Show to India is to offer enthusiasts the perfect platform to experience the cars of their dreams. Buddh International Circuit is the ideal location for us to highlight that at the beating heart of all our models is a true sports car. With this showcase we have also been able to get individuals behind the wheel of the new Macan and 911 models, that arrive in India later this year.”

“Porsche India will be bringing more of these experiential events to the country, especially in a year of such exciting model launches. These experience focused days are also an opportunity for guests to amplify driving skills in terms of safety as the Porsche World Road Show allows participants to get more familiar with sports cars, under the watchful eye of official instructors.”

Throughout the 8 days, a selection of two-door and four-door sports cars from the full Porsche roster were made available for roadshow attendees to drive. This included the all-new 911, which has been redesigned with a more muscular look that pays tribute to its past and re-engineered to embrace the future. The latest model, which comes to the Indian market in two variants, the rear-wheel drive 911 Carrera S and 911 Carrera S Cabriolet features a turbocharged flat-six engine.

The models now produce 450 hp, corresponding to an increase of 30 hp compared with the previous generation. Both 911 models beat the four-second mark for acceleration from zero to 100 km/h: the rear-wheel drive 911 Carrera S needs 3.7 seconds and the Carrera S Cabriolet just 3.9 seconds. This makes both cars 0.4 seconds faster than their predecessors. The optional Sport Chrono Package reduces the sprint by a further 0.2 seconds. The top speed has been measured at 308 km/h for the 911 Carrera S and 306 km/h for the soft-top version.

The Porsche World Road Show tours countries across the globe, deepening the brand’s relationship with its enthusiasts. In recent years, more than 47,000 participants in over 55 locations have had the opportunity to participate in a PWRS event.
