Sterling Reserve Music Project launches “You for Sure”, a debut track composed and by electronic producer and songwriter, VADE and singer and songwriter, AWEDI.

The melodic, playful track marks the first lyrical collaboration between Vade and Awedi. The song, “You For Sure,” is reminiscent of the first love in one’s life and the moments shared between the couple.

In the initial stage of its making, the track was an instrumental melody arranged by Vade.  Vade and Awedi exchanged ideas regarding the theme of the song and a few studio sessions later, they had completed the lyrics together and recorded the track. Vade evolved the initial drop to a more dance oriented one resulting in the definitive sound of the track.

The music video, in sync with the song’s theme, revolves around looking back at your first love and the first moments experienced with them. Creatively led by Harman Singh Singha, this is his debut music video production and features contemporary dance artists Eden Pereira and Sonakshi Amitabh, with choreography led by Kush Gupta. The video has been directed by Sahir Raza and Medium Rare Productions.

Speaking about the song, Vade said, “I'm glad my debut release, “You For Sure,” found a home at the Sterling Reserve Music Project. It's a special song for Awedi and I and we are happy to work with a platform like Sterling Reserve Music Project to put it out.”

La Pelicula Motion Pictures with their venture, a 14- minute long murder mystery titled ‘Blue Lies’, wants to give the audience an ideal taste of mystery through their unique storytelling.  

When asked Ranadeep Sarker, Director of the short film about the the increasing change from films to short film , he said "The culture of cinema is fast-changing making way for the evolution of short films. The increasing accessibility of internet on smartphones is, many believe, one of the significant factors behind such a paradigm shift. They are a top favourite amongst new-age storytellers who are keen to engage their audience in a novel way" 

The story is about a young guy who comes from a rural area to a metropolitan city after getting job as a "Meter-Reader" on contractual basis. On the first day of his job, he enters into a house for meter checking where he finds an  old man sitting on his wheelchair. After the old man's several requests, the guy decides to gossip with him to pass his few minutes of loneliness. Soon during their conversation the guy realizes that he has unfortunately landed on a murder spot....

स्मिता तांबे म्हणते, “मी मढला राहते. आणि मढ बीचला मॉर्निंग वॉकला येताना इथे असलेलं प्लॅस्टिकचं साम्राज्य आणि अस्वच्छ होत चाललेला समुद्रकिनारा याने धड चालताही येत नसल्याची जाणीव होत होती. जरी पालिकेचे कर्मचारी तो कचरा उचलण्यासाठी येत असले, तरीही हा कचरा इतक्या महिन्यांचा किंवा वर्षाचा आहे, की ह्याला जास्त हातांची गरज आहे, हे लक्षात आलं. आणि मग बीच क्लिनिंगमध्ये मी सहभाग घेतला.”

स्मिता पूढे म्हणाली, “सण-वार आले की आपण आपलं घर स्वच्छ ठेवतो. पण आपल्या घराच्या आजूबाजूचा परिसर स्वच्छ ठेवण्यासाठीही आपले हात पूढे सरसावण्याची गरज आहे. ब-याचदा गणपती विसर्जनानंतर अनेकजण समुद्रकिनारा स्वच्छ ठेवण्यासाठी सरसावतात. पण मुंबईच्या समुद्रकिना-यावर असलेलं प्लॅस्टिकचं साम्राज्य पाहता, समुद्रकिनारा अधुमधून स्वच्छ होण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करणं गरजेचं आहे.”

The 4th International Film Festival & Awards‧Macao (referred to as “IFFAM” or the “Film Festival”) will be staged from 5th to 10th December this year. As an annual international event in Macao, the Film Festival will continue to push forward the development of Macao’s film, cultural and creative industries, enhance exchange opportunities with international movies as well as unveil a wider landscape for the development of cultural and artistic platforms, tourism and other fields. Following the announcement of featuring best actress in Chinese cinema, Carina Lau, as the first Talent Ambassador of this year’s IFFAM earlier, the IFFAM Organizing Committee announced yesterday (30th September) the appointment of Karan Johar (KJo), an Indian film director, producer, screenwriter, costume designer, actor and television personality, as Festival Ambassador along with Kim Jun-myeon (Suho), leader of the popular Korean boy band EXO, as Talent Ambassador.

The International Film Festival & Awards‧Macao celebrates the extraordinary contributions of filmmakers to the Asian film world and pays special tribute to classic film works while enhancing the experience Macao has to offer as an international city and showing to the world the city’s diverse new dynamic of cultural and creative development.

In this edition of IFFAM, famous Hong Kong director Peter Chan will be Jury President of the Competition; acclaimed best actress of Chinese films, Carina Lau, and famous Korean star Suho will be Talent Ambassadors; Wang Xiaoshuai (China), Kim Yong-Hwa (Korea) and Karan Johar (India) will be Festival Ambassadors.

In addition, the Film Festival will feature a new competition “Shorts” this year, whereas five new accolades including Best Film, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Actor and Best Actress will be conferred to commend prominent filmmakers of Chinese films in “New Chinese Cinema”.

Organized by Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) and the Macau Films & Television Productions and Culture Association (MFTPA), the Film Festival is committed to becoming a major gathering for international filmmakers to enhance cultural exchange, while putting forward Asian film talent and film works onto the global stage. Many eminent film stars were invited to join IFFAM as Talent Ambassadors in the past editions, including (in chronological order) Jang Keun-Suk, Rhydian Vaughan, Jeremy Renner, Donnie Yen, Miriam Yeung, Doh Kyung-Soo (D.O.), Nicolas Cage, Aaron Kwok, and Lim Yoon A.

On 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Ajay Jaswal & Apeksha Jaswal of Apeksha Music,  Padma Shri Anuradha Paudwal & Legendary DJ & Composer DJ Sheizwood launched a rousing song loved by Mahatma Gandhi "Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram"

The launch saw the presence of Anuradha Paudwal, Ajay Jaswal, Apeksha Jaswal, DJ Sheizwood, Rakesh Paul, Hansa Singh, Rajesh Khera, Shanthipriya, Paras Nath Flute and Sabir Khan Sarangi.

Known to everyone in India & Abroad, "Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram" is a popular bhajan in Hindu Mythology, it is also known as Ram Dhun.

The symphony Dj Sheizwood has created the innovation of flute, santoor, guitar and drums amalgamated to bring the new sound to connect with the youth to enhance the art of chanting. The inspiring, meditative song will surely strike the chord with all and will create history yet again.

The song is rendered by the melody queen Anuradha Paudwal.

On his birthday lets not only revisit his bhajan but also follow his preaching" further adding "This is one of my favorite compositions so far. There was pressure to justify the essence of the song, I hope the audience likes it"
