राजकन्या म्हटंलं की डोळ्यासमोर उभी राहते ती परीकथा आणि परिकथेतील 'ती' राजकन्या. मात्र सोनी मराठीवर नुकताच लाँचझालेल्या प्रोमोमधून तुमच्या-आमच्या सारखीच साधी, मध्यमवर्गीय मुलगी राजकुमारी म्हणून डोळ्यासमोर येते. तिचं विश्वकसं असेल याच वर्णन करताना तिच्या बाबांनी म्हटलेली कविता, त्यांच्या साठी ती राजकन्याच आहे, हे स्पष्ट दिसून येतं. असंअसलं तरी बाबांच्या या राजकन्येच्या वाटेत कितीतरी अडथळे आहेत. डोळ्यात डॉक्टर होऊन समाजसेवा करण्याचं स्वप्नबाळगणाऱ्या या राजकन्येच्या हाती सफेद डॉक्टरी कोटाऐवजी पोलिसांची खाकी वर्दी आली आहे. खाकी वर्दीतल्या या राजकन्येचंआयुष्य 11 मार्चपासून प्रेक्षकांसमोर उलगडणार आहे. याची पत्रकार परिषद नुकतीच मुंबईत पार पडली. यावेळी बाबांचीराजकन्या अवनी म्हणजेच किरण ढाणे, बाबांच्या भूमिकेत दिसणारे किशोर कदम ही प्रमुख पात्रं, सोनी मराठीचे बिझनेस हेडअजय भाळवणकर, मालिकेचे निर्माते - कोठारे व्हिजन चे महेश कोठारे, आदिनाथ कोठारे आणि या मालिकेच्या टायटल ट्रॅक चीउत्तम सांगड घालणारे अशोक पत्की त्याबरोबरच याचं शीर्षकगीत लिहिणाऱ्या अश्विनी शेंडे उपस्थित होते. या सगळ्यांच्याउपस्थितीत ही पत्रकार परिषद पार पडली.

21 व्या शतकातल्या त्या प्रत्येक स्त्री चं प्रतिनिधीत्त्व करणाऱ्या अवनीने बाबांचं छत्र डोक्यावरून निसटल्यानंतर घराची संपूर्णजबाबदारी स्वीकारली आहे. आई आणि भावाची काळजी घेताना ती कुठेही अपुरी पडत नाही. बाबांच्या या राजकन्येचा खडतरप्रवास कधी संपणार आणि तिच्या बाबांनी कवितेत म्हटल्याप्रमाणे तिला लाखो सलाम कधी आणि कसे छळणार हे हळूहळूमालिकेतून उलगडत जाणार आहे. या मालिकेचं कथानक आणि विषयाबरोबरच शीर्षकगीत हे या मालिकेचं अजून एक वैशिष्ट्यआहे. हे शीर्षकगीत अश्विनी शेंडे यांनी लिहिलं असून त्याला देवकी पंडित आणि अजय पुरकर यांनी आवाज दिला आहे तरएकापेक्षा एक सुरेल गीतांनी मालिकाविश्व समृध्द करणाऱ्या अशोक पत्की यांचं संगीत याला लाभलं आहे. या मालिकेच्याशीर्षकगीताच्या निमित्ताने बऱ्याच दिवसांनी जमलेली देवकी पंडित आणि अशोक पत्की यांच्या संगीताची मैफल प्रेक्षकांनासुखावणारी ठरणार आहे.

Dakshata Patel shares her life story in her forth coming debut film "Tennis Buddies". Supported the world record holder & Tennis star Leander Paes, the film is gaining momentum for its unique story line, cast & subject. "Tennis Buddies" happens to be the first film ever being made on Tennis.
