Yuvraaj Parashar who has done substantial work in the past gears up for the launch of a new track "Sajda" which will release by the end of July, 2019.
Insisting that his foray into the world of performing arts was not a flash-in-the-pan decision, Yuvraaj Parashar says that it’s his passion & love for the craft of acting which is the prime factor that attracts him to be a part of Bollywood "You know what's the best part of acting , you become a different person, a different soul. Isn't it beautiful. Ever since I can remember, acting has not been a dream, it has been an obsession. I started with Pollywood, the amount of love I received was unreal. It was that love which encouraged me to take my passion forward"

Soon after Zee TV’s biggest talent-based reality show Dance India Dance: Battle of the Champions kicked off its new season and revealed its top 16 contestants in the grand premiere episode, the channel has roped in the charming, spirited and mischievous Karan Wahi to step in as the host of the show.



Karan Wahi made his television debut in 2004 and since then, there has been no looking back for him. In addition to his acting career, Wahi has hosted several awards and popular TV shows. The debonair actor has successfully hosted the second season of DID Super Moms and is now all set to return to the DID stage to be a part of this season’s Battle of the Champions.


Speaking on the occasion, Karan Wahi said, “Dance India Dance is the most prestigious platform for dancing talent in the country. I have previously hosted Zee TV’s DID Super Moms Season 2 which is also a Dance India Dance franchise. I am very excited to be hosting the new season as this show is back in a grand avatar while also marking the debut of Kareena Kapoor Khan on TV. It can’t get bigger than this!  I am looking forward to witnessing some of the finest performances in this show by a set of equally dynamic participants that India has to offer”

अभिनेता माधव देवचकेची ओळख मोस्ट बॅलेन्स्ड बिग बॉस कंटेस्टंट अशी आहे.  माधवची त्याच्या चांगल्या वागणूकीमूळे आणि परफेक्ट ड्रेसिंग सेन्समूळे सध्या सोशल मीडियावरून बरीच वाखाणणी होतेय. बिगबॉसच्या घरात राहायला जाऊन आता माधवला एक महिना झाल्यावर दर विकेन्डच्या वारच्या वेळी त्याने घातलेल्या एथनिक कपड्यांवरूनही माधवची ह्या अनोख्या खेळासाठीची पूर्वतयारी दिसून येतेय.


माधवची पत्नी बागेश्री ह्याविषयी सांगते, माझ्या मते, गेल्या एकमहिन्यातले सर्व पुरूष कंटेस्टंटचे कपडे पाहता, माधवचं सर्वाधिक पूर्वतयारीनिशी आणि आपल्या घरातल्या वास्तव्याविषयी क़ॉन्फिडंट असलेला एकमेव पुरूष खेळाडू आहे. माधवला एखादी भूमिका रंगवताना, त्या व्यक्तिरेखेची बोलण्या-चालण्याची ढब, संवादफेक, कपडेपट ह्यावर काम करून पूर्वतयारी करण्याची सवय आहे. जशी तो आपल्या एखाद्या मालिकेसाठी किंवा सिनेमातल्या भूमिकेसाठी तयारी करतो, तसाच बिग बॉसच्या घरात जातानाही तो पूर्वतयारीनिशी गेला होता.


बागेश्री सांगते, एक अभिनेता असल्याने माधवला स्क्रिनवर कसे कपडे घालावे, ह्याची उत्तम जाण आहे. कलर कॉम्बिनेशन कसे असावे, आपल्याला कसे कपडे शोभून दिसतील हे त्याला चांगले माहित आहे. त्यामूळे त्याने स्वत:साठी कपड्यांची निवडही तशीच केली. त्याने एवढे चांगले कपडे बिगबॉसमध्ये जाण्यासाठी निवडले की, मी त्याला एक फोटोशूटच करून घ्यायला सांगितले.



 
ब-याच कालावधीत माधवने स्वत:साठी फोटोशूट केल नव्हते. त्यामूळे त्यालासूध्दा ही कल्पना आवडली. आणि त्याने प्रोफेशनल फोटोग्राफरकडून स्वत:चे फोटोशूट करून घेतले. मला असं वाटतं, बिगबॉसच्या घरात एवढ्या पूर्वतयारीनिशी गेलेला तो एकमेव सदस्य असावा.

In an industry where actors are always aiming for six pack abs and size zero body, actress Mitaali Nag has opened up about shedding her post pregnancy weight, “I was bearing a child, obviously I would put on weight. Having said that, I enjoyed my pregnancy & loved every day of those 9 months. Although I had put on a lot of weight I would still wear short and hot clothes. I remember each time I would wear something body hugging people would come up to me & tell me its so tight and how I should wear loose clothes. Honestly, I didn't care. I did what i liked, I wore what i liked & I ate what i liked"  




In fact, the actress truly believes that new moms should always be proud of their bodies, even if it gets difficult to embrace the changes.  

The actress says the secret behind her perfect body is not any crash diet but a lifestyle change. “I think ideally one should not reach a stage where you have to go on crash diets. You need to be conscious on daily basis. Embracing ketogenic way of eating helped me get back in shape. I feel workouts and healthy eating should be a part of everyone’s lifestyle”



If you think that the starlet must be depriving herself from delicacies, it’s completely wrong "For me, yoga and eating healthy is a part of my lifestyle. In the ketogenic form of diet, I have to be careful about how much carbs I eat. My aim was to lose inches which I achieved in a short span owing to my body type, and honestly speaking now that I have adapted Keto as a lifestyle I feel much more energetic and fit. I am not too hard on myself and so I make sure that I don’t ignore my cravings. Once in 15 days I indulge in a carb loaded meal where I eat my fave papadams n fries. ” 


Mitaali believes that each person should spare at least an hour and dedicate that time to themselves. “Everyone needs to enjoy their “me” time. Whether it is any form of exercise or meditation or any art form that one likes, any sport, or just cleaning the house. For me it’s yoga and dancing! A lot of my fans ask me the secret behind my weight loss especially the post pregnancy fat loss which is the most difficult. 
I believe that you must never pressurize yourself in order to be a certain size, in fact take things slow and steady. That provides the best results long term. It is not necessary that you need to splurge on expensive gyms or different form of workouts. A simple one hour walk and basic exercises along with healthy eating should be practiced regularly in order to see the desired results”
Different body types response time is different in keto or any other form of diets, so you should not stress if you are not losing those inches soon and someone else is. Just set a goal and work towards the fact that you should be fit and healthy. Because Fit is the new Sexy!!

Legendary DJ ,Music Composer & Singer DJ Sheizwood's new monsoon track "Baarish Ki Boondein"

Legendary DJ ,Music Composer & Singer  DJ  Sheizwood's new monsoon track "Baarish Ki Boondein" released today on 27th June; A Tribute to R D Burman on birth Anniversary



 DJ Sheizwood pays tribute to his idol Shri. R D Burman on his centenary birthday 27th June & dedicated the song to his  melodies and unmatched musical  creations.

Rains have knocked the doors of city again and for once in a while, we would all want to sit back, relax and watch this beautiful phenomenon of nature.  To make that experience filled with contentedness, Dj Sheizwood released the first monsoon song of the year- "Baarish Ki Boondein"  which is composed by DJ Sheizwood in his very own voice. 




The slow paced, awe-inspiring musical composition by the expert blends perfectly with his soulful voice making it a perfect company for that window gazing.



The song which released today on 80th birth anniversary of most influential composer of all time, Shri R.D.Burman. Dj Sheizwood picked this date as he takes the legend as his idol and believes that he was the true genius of recreation. 




"Baarish Ki Boondein"  is an original track which taps in the rainy vibe of love, passion and intensity. It’s a song which not only touches with beats but also narrates a story which makes it more ticklish in the belly, ports you to a freshly washed world and a quenched earth.

Dj Sheizwood’s been the voice behind some of the greatest hits in past and once more he took the responsibility of bringing out this melodious track to the audience on his own. He’s supported by a team of efficient professionals.

Produced by Inndresh Badola; directed by Rajeev Srivastava; with music & vocals of Dj Sheizwood, the song will also feature Inndresh Badola and actress Zara Siddique. चित्रीकरणावेळी 8 ते 9 ग्लास ऊसाचा रस पिऊन अभिनेता प्रथमेश परब पडला आजारी
अभिनेता प्रथमेश परब आपल्या प्रत्येक भूमिका खूप समरसून वठवतो. त्यामूळेच बालक पालकचा विशु , किंवा टाइमपासचा दगडु सारख्या भूमिका त्याच्या चाहत्यांच्या आजही लक्षात राहिल्यात. प्रथमेश परब आता आपली नवी फिल्म टकाटक घेऊन आलाय. टकाटकच्या चित्रीकरणावेळीही आपल्या गण्या ह्या भूमिकेसोबत प्रथमेश खूप समरसून गेला होता. पण एका सीनवेळी भूमिकेसोबत समरसून जाणे त्याला चांगलेच महागात पडले.


सूत्रांच्या अनुसार, टकाटकच्या चित्रीकरणावेळी एका सीनमध्ये प्रथमेशला ऊसाचा रस प्यायचा होता. प्रथमेशने चित्रीकरणावेळी एका घोटात रस प्यायला खरा. पण नंतर काही कारणामूळे रिटेक वर रिटेक होऊ लागले. त्यावेळी सीन चांगला व्हावा म्हणन प्रथमेश दरवेळी एका घोटात पूर्ण ऊसाच्या रसाचा ग्लास संपवत होता. असं करता-करता प्रथमेशने लागोपाठ 8 ते 9 ग्लास ऊसाचा रस प्यायला. ज्यामुळे थोड्यावेळातच त्याला उलट्या सुरू झाल्या. आणि तो आजारी पडला.
ह्या बातमीला दुजोरा देताना प्रथमेश म्हणाला, हो, आम्ही उन्हाळ्यात चित्रीकरण करत होतो. दुपारचे जेवण झाल्यावर आम्ही त्या सीनच्या चित्रीकरणाला सुरूवात केली. अगोदरच माझे पोट भरले होते. त्यात लागोपाठ 8 ते 10 ग्लास रस पोटात गेल्यावर मग मात्र मला मळमळायला सुरूवात झाली. चित्रीकरण सुरू होते. म्हणून सुरूवातीला मी काही बोललो नाही. पण नंतर मात्र माझ्या उलट्या सुरू झाल्या आणि मी आजारी पडलो.

प्रथमेश परब पूढे सांगतो, जेव्हा त्या सीनविषयी चर्चा झाली. तेव्हा मला तो सीन करताना एका घोटात उसाचा रस संपवायचाय, असे मी इम्प्रोवायझेशन करायचे ठरवले होते. जेव्हा मला ही कल्पना सुचली तेव्हा हे लक्षात आले नाही, की समजा रिटेक झाले तर ह्याचे काही साइड इफेक्ट्स होऊ शकतात. मी सीनमध्ये एवढा इन्वोलव्ह झालो की, किती रिटेक होत होते, आणि मी किती ग्लास पित होतो, ह्याकडे लक्षच नव्हते. आता तो सीन बघताना खूप छान वाटतं. पण तेव्हा मात्र परफेक्शनच्या नादात चांगलाच आजारी पडलो होतो.
