Kanwalpreet Singh who was last seen in Arjun Patiala alongside Diljit Dosanjh shares his fitness secrets. 

Kanwalpreet believes in combination of regular workouts and healthy eating habits. The actor says the secret behind his perfect body is not any crash diet but healthy eating habits “I think ideally one should not reach a stage where you have to go on crash diets. Crash Diets are bad for your body. You need to be conscious on daily basis. I feel workouts and healthy eating should be a part of everyone’s lifestyle" 
If you think that he must be depriving himself from delicacies, it’s completely wrong "For me, working out and eating healthy is a part of my lifestyle. I am careful about what and how much I eat but I do not deprive myself of anything. I don't indulge into crash diets for a particular shoot. I know people who eat in a crazy way and then suddenly they want a perfect body, and to achieve that they go on crash diets which takes a heavy toll on their body in the long term” 

Kanwalpreet believes that each person should spare an hour and dedicate that time to fitness “Everyone needs to enjoy their “me” time and working out is the best form of “me” time. You should workout depending on your likes. You must enjoy working out. Sports, Yoga, Gym all provide the same result if done regularly. I believe that you must never pressurize yourself in order to be a certain size, in fact take things slow and steady. That provides the best results long term. It is not necessary that you need to splurge on expensive gyms or different form of workouts. A simple one hour walk and basic exercises along with healthy eating should be practiced regularly in order to see the desired results”

Angela Krislinzki and Vin Rana will be seen together in this music video which will be sung by Jyotika Tangri. An important portion of the rap will be done by Ishq Bector. The song will be produced by Pritesh Zatakiya and Danishh Kakk. The song will be directed by Aslam Khan and the song will be choreographed by Jai Kumar Nair.

Angela will also start shooting for a new film along with Shreyas Talpade on which she couldn't reveal much. This girl knows no stopping and it seems that it's just getting started for her. We wish her all the luck and are sure to see much more of her in the coming times.

We are talking about the Original Duryodhan of industry, Puneet Issar's son Siddhant Issar. The mahurat was organized at Raheja Classic club, Andheri where entire cast, crew, and guest were invited. Siddhant Issar, Preeti Chaudhary, Supurna Malakar, Amit Pachori, Jeet Raidutt, and Ramsingh Rajpoot are cast of the film. Puneet Issar, Ganesh Acharya, Ahsaan Qureshi, Sunil Pal, Gufi Paintal, Astrologer Pawan Kaushik from Delhi and Dr. Yogesh Lakhani of Bright Outdoor came specially for this grand mahurat.

Having assisted Jagmohan Mundhra in quite a few projects including the likes of the highly coveted Bawandar and also having directed award-winning International film Desires of Heart, Rajesh considers Last Deal as a project very close to his heart.

स्मिता साकारत असलेली ‘रमा’, मुंबईतल्या शिवडी मध्ये कुटुंबासमवेत राहणारी, मुळची विदर्भातली दाखवली आहे. आपल्या कामाबद्दल प्रचंड निष्ठावान! अहोरात्र झोकून देऊन काम करणारी! २६/११ च्या हल्ल्यानंतर देशासाठी काहीतरी करून दाखवण्यासाठी ती पोलिसात भरती होते. मुंबईवर हल्ला करू पाहणाऱ्या दहशतवाद्यांचे गुप्त संदेश ‘डिकोड’ करताना ती दाखवली आहे.

नीरज घायवान ह्या दिग्दर्शकासोबतही स्मिताने पहिल्यांदाच काम केले. ती सांगते, “नीरज घायवान खूप शांत दिग्दर्शक आहे. तो खूप शांततेत काम करतो. अभिनेत्याला त्याच्या भूमिकेविषयी किंवा एखाद्या सीनविषयी समजावताना भारंभार माहितीने दाबून टाकत नाही. गरजेची असलेलीच माहिती देऊन त्यावर अभिनेत्यालाही काम करून देण्याची मोकळीक देतो. त्यामूळे आपल्या कामावर आपली वेगळी छाप उमटते.”
