लठ्ठ असणं कुणालाच फारसं प्रिय नसतं. आपल्या लठ्ठपणाचा कॉम्प्लेक्स अनेकांना येत असतो. बारीक होण्याची धडपड. त्यासाठी चालणं, सायकलिंग, डाएटचे वेगवेगळे प्रकार, औषधं, जिम आणि बरंच काही... सुरु असतं. याच लठ्ठपणावर भाष्य करणारं 'अष्टविनायक' आणि 'विप्रा क्रिएशन्स' यांची प्रस्तुती असलेलं एक ‘वजनदार’ नाटक रंगभूमीवर येऊ घातलं आहे. विशेष म्हणजे या नाटकाच्या निमित्ताने मनोरंजनसृष्टीत आपल्या खणखणीत ‘वजनदार’ अभिनयाच ठसा उमटविणाऱ्या अभिनेत्री अलका कुबल या नाटकाच्या निमित्ताने २७ वर्षांनी त्या पुन्हा रंगभूमीकडे वळल्या आहेत. एका मोठ्या कालावधीनंतर रंगभूमीवर परतणाऱ्या अलकाजी या नाटकाविषयी फारच उत्सुक आहेत. आपल्या कमबॅक विषयी बोलताना त्या सांगतात की, २७ वर्षांपूर्वी मी केलेल्या सुधीर भटांच्या 'साष्टांग नमस्कार' या नाटकानंतर पुन्हा रंगभूमीवर मला काम करायचेच होते ‘वजनदार’ या नाटकाच्या निमित्ताने मला ही संधी मिळाली. या नाटकाच्या शुभारंभाच्या प्रयोगाची उत्सुकता आहेच. माझी भूमिका प्रेक्षक नक्कीच एन्जॉय करतील असा विश्वासही अलका यांनी व्यक्त केला.

‘वजनदार’ च्या माध्यमातून पुन्हा नाट्यरसिकांच्या भेटीला येण्याबाबत त्या म्हणाल्या की, जरी २७ वर्षांनी पुन्हा नाटकात काम करीत असले तरी नाटकापासून कधीच दूर गेले नव्हते. नाटकात काम करण्याची इच्छा मनात होतीच. मध्यंतरीच्या काळात चित्रपट, मालिका करण्यासोबतच निर्मितीच्या कामातही व्यग्र असल्याने रंगभूमीवर काम करू शकले नव्हते. पुनरागमन करण्यासाठी एका चांगल्या नाटकाच्या प्रतिक्षेत होते. वजनदार माध्यमातून पुनरागमन करताना खूप आनंद होत आहे. 

वेगवेगळ्या सकस नाट्यकृती नाट्यरसिकांसाठी आणणाऱ्या 'अष्टविनायक' संस्थेने विप्रा क्रिएशन्स' च्या साथीने आणलेल्या 'वजनदार' नाट्यकृतीचा शुभारंभ येत्या २४ एप्रिलला यशवंत नाट्यमंदिर माटुंगा येथे दुपारी ४.०० वा. होणार आहे.

मनोरंजनसृष्टीतल्या  दोन नावाजलेल्या गुणी अभिनेत्री संपदा कुलकणी-जोगळेकर आणि अलका कुबल ‘वजनदार’ नाटकाच्या निमित्ताने एकत्र आल्या आहेत. संपदा कुळकर्णी-जोगळेकर लिखित आणि संतोष वेरूळकर दिग्दर्शित या नाटकात अभिनेत्री अलका कुबल मध्यवर्ती भूमिकेत दिसणार आहेत. अलका कुबल यांच्यासह अभिषेक देशमुख, साक्षी पाटील,अभय जोशी, पूनम सरोदे आदि कलाकार यात आहेत.  

संध्या रोठे, प्रांजली मते, दिलीप जाधव यांनी 'वजनदार' या नाटकाची निर्मिती केली आहे. संगीत मंदार देशपांडे यांचे आहे. नेपथ्य सचिन गावकर तर प्रकाश योजना अमोघ फडके यांची आहे. वेशभूषा हर्षदा  बोरकर तर रंगभूषा कमलेश बिचे यांची आहे

मराठी चित्रपटसृष्टीत आता उत्साह आणि सौंदर्याची लाट उसळणार आहे, कारण सगळ्यांची लाडकी अभिनेत्री सई ताम्हणकर 'देवमाणूस' या बहुप्रतिक्षित चित्रपटात 'आलेच मी' म्हणत पहिल्यांदाच शानदार लावणीवर थिरकणार आहे. हा चित्रपट २५ एप्रिल २०२५ रोजी प्रेक्षकांच्या भेटीला येणार आहे.

लव फिल्म्सच्या लव रंजन आणि अंकुर गर्ग यांची निर्मिती असलेला आणि तेजस देऊस्कर दिग्दर्शित या चित्रपटात महेश मांजरेकर, रेणुका शहाणे, सुबोध भावे आणि सिद्धार्थ बोडके यांच्या प्रमुख भूमिका आहेत. 

विविधांगी भूमिका साकारून आपली छाप पाडणारी सई, 'आलेच मी' या गाण्यातून एका वेगळ्याच अविष्कारात प्रेक्षकांसमोर येत आहे. पारंपरिक मराठी संगीतसृष्टीत आपली खास ओळख असणाऱ्या बेला शेंडे यांच्या दमदार आवाजात हे गीत साकारण्यात आले असून रोहन प्रधान यांनी त्यांना साथ दिली आहे. रोहन-रोहन यांचे संगीत लाभलेले हे गाणे तेजस देऊस्कर यांनी लिहिले असून रोहन गोखले यांनीही अतिरिक्त गीतलेखन केले आहे. सुप्रसिद्ध लावणी तज्ज्ञ आशीष पाटील यांनी या गाण्याची नृत्यरचना केली आहे, जी अत्यंत जोशपूर्ण आणि सुरेख आहे.

या भूमिकेसाठी सईने तब्बल ३३ तासांपेक्षा अधिक वेळ सरावाला दिला, लावणीच्या प्रत्येक नजाकतीत ती पूर्णपणे रमली आणि एक धमाकेदार परफॉर्मन्स तिने सादर केला आहे. आपल्या अनुभवाबद्दल सई म्हणते, “'देवमाणूस'मध्ये लावणी करणे हा एक विलक्षण अनुभव होता. हा माझा एक नवीन प्रयत्न होता आणि मला खूप मजा आली. गाणे ऐकताच माझ्या पायाखालची जमीन हलली. लव फिल्म्स आणि तेजस यांनी मला या भूमिकेसाठी निवडले, याबद्दल मी खूप आभारी आहे. आशीषच्या मार्गदर्शनाशिवाय इतकी प्रभावी लावणी साकारता आलीच नसती. प्रेक्षकांना माझे हे नवे रूप आवडेल, अशी आशा आहे!”

नुकताच या चित्रपटाचा हृदय संगीत सोहळा ज्येष्ठ गायक सुरेश वाडकर यांच्या हस्ते संपन्न झाला. ‘न भूतो न भविष्यती’ असा जिवंत संगीत सोहळा मी पहिल्यांदाच अनुभवाला प्रत्येकाच्या मनात संत ज्ञानेश्वरांची प्रतिमा असतेच त्या प्रतिमेला परत उजाळा देत   जिवंत करण्याचे काम या सुरेल सोहळ्याने केले असे सांगत ज्येष्ठ गायक सुरेश वाडकर यांनी चित्रपटाला शुभेच्छा दिल्या.  

रंगलेल्या या स्वरयज्ञात गायकांनी सुरेल आवाजात गीते सादर करून ज्ञानेश्वर चरित्राची अनुभूती दिली. शेकडो श्रोत्यांच्या उपस्थितीत भक्तिपूर्ण वातावरणात ज्ञानेश्वरीचा हा आनंद सोहळा रंगला. ज्ञानेश्वरीच्या सर्व गीतांच्या सादरीकरणांमध्ये श्रोते रममाण होऊन गेले होते. तर काही गीतांच्या सादरीकरणाच्या वेळी श्रोत्यांचे डोळे पाणावले. पसायदानाच्या अलौकिक अनुभूतीला श्रोत्यांनी भरभरून दाद दिली. या सुमधुर गीतांच्या सादरीकरणासोबतच  संत ज्ञानेश्वरांच्या गाथेतील काही प्रसंग ही यावेळी सादर करण्यात आला. एकाहून एक सरस एक अभंगांनी वातावरण भक्तिमय होत गेले. कार्यक्रम असा उत्तरोत्तर रंगत असताना मनावर विशेषत्वाने ठसा उमटला तो पसायदानाच्या अलौकिक अनुभूतीने. या सगळ्या अभंगांचं निरूपण करत असताना ज्ञानेश्वरांचं चरित्र,त्यांची शैली, तिचे अनेकविध पैलु  याबद्दल अतिशय मनमोकळा संवाद साधत दिग्दर्शक दिग्पाल लांजेकर यांनी या सोहळ्यात वेगळंच  चैतन्य आणलं. 

या चित्रपटाच्या संगीताची जबाबदारी अवधूत गांधी, यांनी तर  संगीत वितरणाची जबाबदारी झी म्युझिकने सांभाळली आहे.

On National Pet Day, &TV artists celebrate the unconditional love and loyalty their furry friends bring into their lives. Sharing their beautiful experiences with their pets. These include Tejaswini Singh (Bheema, Bheema), Himani Shivpuri (Katori Amma, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and Vidisha Srivastava (Anita Bhabi, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai). Tejaswini Singh, who plays the title role in Bheema, shares, "Since childhood, I have had a special place in my heart for dogs. I would often tell my parents about getting a pet, but it never materialized until destiny played its role. A few months ago, while on a walk, a tiny, energetic stray puppy came bounding towards me. He had the brightest eyes and an endearing way of nudging my leg, as if he were saying, ‘Take me home!’ That was the beginning of our bond. I named him Tyson, inspired by his playful energy and fearless spirit. We spent hours running around, playing with toys, and simply enjoying each other's company. Eventually, I could not resist bringing him home. Today, he is not just my pet; he is my best friend, and my entire family has fallen in love with him. Sometimes, I feel like they adore him even more than me!".

Himani Shivpuri, who plays Katori Amma in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares, "Pets have a magical way of bringing light into our lives. A wagging tail or a gentle nuzzle can lift our spirits instantly. My love for animals goes back to my childhood in Dehradun, where I grew up surrounded by pets of all kinds, from cats and dogs to birds. My father had a deep love and respect for all living beings, and he instilled that same compassion in me. He would often say that animals are the purest form of love, and watching him care for them so selflessly left a lasting impact on me. That early bond with animals shaped the way I live even today. In Mumbai, though life is busier, and space is limited, my love for animals has not diminished. On the sets of Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, I have been taking care of stray dogs for over six years now. I have named them Jenny, Tiger, and Scotty; they have become an inseparable part of our family. I ensure they are well-fed every day, have proper shelter during harsh weather, and even receive basic medical care when needed. Back home, I also care for two regular stray dogs who come by daily. Every Sunday, I prepare a special meal for them, a hearty mix of oats, sweet potatoes, eggs, rice, and meat. Their loyalty, innocence, and the silent comfort they offer remind me of love that is unconditional and pure.” Vidisha Srivastava aka Anita Bhabi from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, “There is a saying ‘Pets don’t just live in our homes, they live in our hearts.’ And I honestly believe that. About three years ago, I had a beautiful encounter that changed everything. A white, fluffy, mixed-breed pup with piercing eyes found his way into my life. He had this enchanting personality, mischievous yet incredibly loving. I named him Foxy because he reminded me of a white fox: elegant, curious, and full of life. He is more than just a pet; he is my companion, my therapist, and the best listener I could ask for. He follows me around, senses my moods, and his clever little tricks often make me laugh after a long day. Foxy has taught me patience, empathy, and how to find joy in the trivial things.”
