Actor Karanvir Bohra Suffers Severe Injury on the Sets of Saubhagyavati Bhava
The production team took prompt action, deciding to wrap up the shoot early to prioritize Bohra's well-being. The actor was immediately escorted to a nearby clinic for a thorough medical evaluation and treatment.
Karanvir Bohra, known for his dedication to his craft, had been actively involved in the shoot when the accident transpired. The production company expresses their concern for his health and wishes him a speedy recovery.
Speaking about the injury, the actor shared exclusively with ETimes TV, "I was so involved in the shoot because the scene was about Raghav trying to kill my daughter, so I had to come with that zest and gusto. I had to come running at full speed and the carpet was a little slippery and I slipped and fell straight on my fingers, elbow and my knee. It was so painful. It was the same knee that I had injured in Bigg Boss. The fingers are a little swollen and the X-Ray person has just come right now on the sets. I had to return to the shooting as they say, the show must go on. And especially when you are shooting for a TV show, you can't take too many breaks."
He further shared, "When I fell my wife Teejay was sitting right there and she thought wow what a realistic acting. She felt the take was still on but when she saw people come running, she realised something was wrong. Everybody was so concerned, in fact my on-screen daughter Khushi, she called me around 2-3 times. It was really sweet, even Daadi and other actors from the show showed concern. I am back to the shoot because that's how television life is. We can't stop because we always have to deliver our episodes on time."
