The graduate students of “Sophia Shree B.K. Somani Polytechnic”  celebrated the culmination of their journey and announce the beginning of their professional life at a mega event "Tvashtar 2019"

It rained fashion and creativity by all the talented young designers from "Tvashtar 2019" who  were guided and judged by the eminent jury which includes stellar names from the fashion fraternity- Meher Castelino , Natalie and the very famous stylist Shayal

Taking fashion a notch higher and redefining the latest trends, the students offered the fashion world with sartorial designs for the elite under the guidance of a panel of expertise. It  witnessed the glitterati of new age fashion and the student’s take on the latest trends of, cuts,  colours, styles & inspiration. 

Tvashtar is the annual celebration of creativity of the students and applauds their entry into the professional world as young fashion designers, stylists, fashion merchandisers, illustrators, in fact, in all areas of the apparel industry.  Tvashtar enjoys the title of best annual meets among other fashion colleges in Mumbai. Not only famous models walk the ramp but Bollywood and Fashion celebrities have graced the event in the past. 

Dr. Mrs. Jignasa Shah says "The entire objective of this show was to give our students, who are budding fashion designers, a platform to showcase their talents and get a taste of their chosen industry. Thereby augment their growth and make them winners in life. Year after year Sophia polytechnic organizes the fashion show for students graduating as they will get hands on practical experience on designing garments for show, this experience of designing will directly enhance their future career prospects"

‘Under an Oak Tree’ by Qadir Ali Baig Theatre Foundation at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa

Join in for a beautiful evening filled with stories as Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa hosts ‘Under an Oak Tree’. The show is designed and directed by Mohammad Ali Baig who is known as “the global face of Hyderabad’s theatre” by the international media. He is a recipient of one of the highest civilian honours in India, the Padmashri, and has also received Canadian, American and Turkish honours for his brand of theatre that is deeply-rooted in Indian heritage yet universal in appeal.

Upgradation & Beautification of Radhakrishna Temple, Sankhali, Goa

The foundation stone was laid on Friday (22^nd Feb) for Goa Tourism projects for upgradation & beautification of Radhakrishna Temple in  Sankhali  by Hon’ble Speaker,Goa Legislative Assembly & Mla , Sankhali Constituency, Dr.Pramod Sawant  along with the Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, Mr. Manohar Ajgaonkar

Also present were Chairperson, Sankhali Muncipality, Mr. Dharmesh Saglani, Ward Councillor, Mr. Dayanand Boryekar , President ,Radhakrishna Devasthan, Mr. Anil Kanekar, officials  of  Goa  Tourism and  others.

The Rs 5.03 crore tourism infrastructure development projects at Radhakrishna temple and Vitthal temple will be carried out by Goa Tourism Development Corporation.

The  development work proposed  at  Radhakrishna temple is to develop the outer premises  by providing facilities such as pavers ,benches ,compound wall, railing, drinking water facility, dustbins, landscaping, illumination etc in an area of 3500 Sqms to make it  more tourist friendly  where as the  development work proposed  at Vitthal temple is the paving and illumination to be done in an area of 2700 Sqms.

The pathway to the entrance of the venue was lit on both side and further decorated with flowers. The complete venue was transformed right from the entrance into a Royal Palace to welcome the guests.

Different dishes were displayed on the buffet, which were draped with satin cloth and duly lit up from behind to match the ambiance so created. The choice of food brought the real taste of India to the wonderful and food-loving people from all across the world. Their ‘fit-for-kings’ menu included quite a few dishes that don't regularly grace wedding banquets in India.

Nilu Kohli said "I am extremely happy for both of them. My daughter has found the man of her dreams. I wish them all the luck and love for their married life"

‘झी टीव्ही’वरील ‘सा रे ग म प लिटिल चॅम्प्स’ चा आगामी भाग हा प्रेक्षकांची संपूर्ण धमाल घेऊन येणार आहे; कारण त्यात आपल्या ‘टोटल धमाल’ या चित्रपटाच्या प्रसिध्दीसाठी अनिल कपूर, माधुरीदीक्षित - नेने, रितेश देशमुख, अजय देवगण हे सर्व प्रमुख कलाकार तसेच दिग्दर्शक इंदरकुमार हे सहभागी होणार आहेत. यातील सर्व बालस्पर्धक हे आपल्या पूर्ण क्षमतेने प्रेक्षक आणि परीक्षकांचेमनोरंजन करीत असले, तरी त्यातील एक लिटिल चॅम्प सुगंधा दाते हिने अप्रतिम सादर केलेल्या हम दिल दे चुके सनम  या गाण्याने सर्वांना भारावून टाकले. त्यातही या कार्यक्रमात सहभागी झालेली‘धक - धक गर्ल’  माधुरी दीक्षित तर तिच्या आवाजाने इतकी भारून गेली की तिने तिला ‘लिटिल श्रेया घोषाल’ किताबच जाहीर केला. सुगंधाने न केवळ टोटल धमालच्या कलाकारांचीच मने जिंकली असेनव्हे, तर परीक्षक अमाल मलिक यांचे मनही जिंकले. तिचे गाणे संपल्यावर परीक्षक अमालने सुगंधाला वचन दिले की हा कार्यक्रम संपल्यावर आपण तुझ्याकडून एक गीत नक्कीच गाऊन घेऊ.

Krushna Abhishek and Mugdha Godse launched the music of comedy Hindi film Sharmaji Ki Lag Gai.

Nilkanth Regmi, Vanshmani Sharma of Rock Mountain Productions in association with Tweet Entertainment kept the music launch of their Comedy Hindi film Sharmaji Ki Lag Gai at The View Preview, Andheri West . Krushna Abhishek and  Mugdha Godse came specially to launch the music . Sunil Pal, choreographer Lollypop, Mitali Pradhan, music director Praveen Bhardwaj, Singer Uvie and Pinky, Yogesh Lakhani of Bright Outdoor Media, Jiten Purohit also came to attend the event . Songs are written and composed by Praveen Bhardwaj. Manoj Sharma is writer-director of the film . The film will release on 15th March all over . Zee Music Company have released the music of the film. A K Arora, Vatsal Baxi are associate producer and Kamal Kishore Mishra is co producer of the film.
