Mumbai October 22, 2021:  Yas Island, one of the world’s leading leisure and entertainment destinations, in collaboration with the U.S. Mission to the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi Sports Council, and Department of Culture and Tourism will welcome the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters to Abu Dhabi on 31 October at Etihad Arena.

Showcasing the best in U.S. culture and entertainment, the Harlem Globetrotters are an American exhibition basketball team featuring the exhilarating Spread Game Tour which combines athleticism, theatre and comedy. As part of the Yas Island’s ‘Yas for 50’ celebrations to mark the UAE’s Golden Jubilee, tickets to this family-fun-filled event are only AED 50.

Held at the Etihad Arena, the region's largest indoor multi-purpose venue, the Harlem Globetrotters combine basketball wizardry with lively crowd interaction, making it suitable for sports fans of all ages. As international favourites, the team has played more than 26,000 exhibition games in 124 countries and territories. Their performance, called ‘Spread Game’, mixes ankle-breaking moves, jaw-dropping swag, and slam-dunks.

To the delight of spectators, this three-hour show will begin with a warm-up act, the team's signature song of Brother Bones' whistled version of "Sweet Georgia Brown." Next, their mascot "Globie" will usher in the Spread Game Tour with a mixture of sport and comedy making this entertaining performance an experience like no other.

              तर 'ज्ञानेश्वर माउली' मालिकेत माउली आणि त्यांची भावंडं यांचा आई-वडिलांच्या देहान्त प्रायश्चित्तानंतरचा खडतर प्रवास सुरू होणार आहे. मुक्ताई आजारी पडल्यावर तिच्यासाठी सप्तपर्णीचे वेल  आणण्यासाठी माउली स्वतः निबिड अरण्यात जाणार. तिथे त्यांचा सापाशी सामना होणारा. माउलींना स्फुरलेला दिवाळी अभंग, त्यांनी साजरी केलेली दिवाळी, शुद्धिपत्रासाठी सुरू झालेली पैठण यात्रा आणि माउलींकडून झालेली हरिपाठाची निर्मिती; असे अनेक अनोखे प्रसंग प्रेक्षकांना पाहता येणार आहेत.

Yuvika Chaudhary and Prince Narula to be seen in upcoming project on the ullu app called Shabana

 

The Poster for the next by Yuvika Chaudhary and Prince Narula is out and it has garnered huge anticipation. They would be seen in the upcoming short film shabana on the ullu app. The duo looks beautiful together and we are eager to see them in a film. The power couple had a gallant time working with each other and there is huge anticipation for the same especially on social media. Shabana is the story of a girl who beats all odds if reports are to be believed. Let's try and get to know it from the horse's mouth, that is Yuvika herself.

We spoke to her and here is the sweetheart day, "I really can't say what the story is about. The poster has genre great curiosity. I am extremely humbled at that. It just fills me with so much love and confidence to keep going. The love of the fans is everything to me. You all mean the world. I would love to hear the feedback on the project shabana. Me and Prince have given it our all and it's very different from the run of the mill stuff that we get to see. Wishing everyone a very happy festive season. Celebrate it with love and great food. Love and light to all. Stay safe and spread happiness."

Adah Sharma who is known for her unique choice of roles will next be seen in an eros film titled Aisa Waisa Pyar where she will be paired opposite...hold your breath ! A dog !! Trust Adah to do something like this !!

 Adah says ," I'm very excited to be paired opposite Happy the dog. I try with each film to do something different.Right from my Debut 1920 to action in commando. I do not identify with my character in aisa waisa pyar that's why I had so much fun playing a bitch ! "

Ashish patil the director says ," “Adah Sharma is one of the best actors I have worked with till now. All of us on the set were ready to shoot a special emotional sequence with Adah. It was a 60-second shot but needed complete focus from Adah. When she completed the shot, all of us including me were numb with emotion. Adah had completed it in one take! And she had given such a beautiful performance in that sensitive sequence, that everyone present on sets – from the Spot boy to the Videographer had tears in their eyes!”

Adah will next be seen in Commando 4, the Holiday season 2 , a Telugu film with Nanis production which she has just completed called meet cute , an international action film and two more Hindi films which promise to be something different from the usual

Bhamla Foundation initiates *"Bringing in "UN DAY"- Walk for Mangroves

 Flag off by Bhumi Pednekar and Initiative by Saher Bhamla

20th October 2021 in Mumbai- Luckily, a world without mangroves isn’t something we are going to see any time soon. ‘Walk for Mangroves’, an initiative by Saher Bhamla aims to restore Mumbai's depleted mangrove cover, which serves as a protective shield from natural disasters like floods, cyclones, tsunamis, etc.

The event was flagged off by actress Bhumi Pednekar who also happens to be the face of multiple environment awareness causes.

Saher Bhamla says “Protection and restoration of the mangroves that we have already lost or degraded should have the highest priority because of the benefits to people, biodiversity and the planet. If we all attend to the conservation and restoration of mangroves not only will local communities benefit, but the global community will benefit by increasing the carbon sink of the coastal zone, helping to limit global warming”

Bhumi Pednekar says “I would like to congratulate Saher Bhamla and Bhamla Foundation for this initiative. Mangroves are extremely important, growing and keeping them safe should be our environment priority"

Asif Bhamla says “The challenge is to convince people that mangroves are useful, and healthy natural environments are good for them! The only way forward, it seems, is to better inform and educate human communities. This is our greatest and most urgent challenge”
