1. Rishabh Jaiswal - Emerging from MTV Splitsvilla X4, Rishabh Jaiswal is now gracing the screens on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata hai. Despite his brief stint on MTV Splitsvilla, he left a lasting impression on the audience with his strategic gameplay. Following his appearance on the show, he further showcased his skills on MTV Roadies Karm ya Kand and bagged a role in the web series Ashramam 2.

2. Paras Chhabra - Paras Chhabra kickstarted his journey by winning MTV Splitsvilla X5 with Akanksha Popli. Transitioning to acting, he captured hearts in shows like Karn Sangini, Vighnaharta Ganesh, Badho Bahu, Adhuri Kahaani Humari and Aarambh - Kahani Devsena Ki and a film M3 - Midsummer Midnight Mumbai solidifying his presence in the entertainment world and the hearts of his fans. He further established his place in the hearts of fans with a remarkable journey in Bigg Boss season 13, where he emerged as a finalist, leaving an indelible mark with his talent and persona.

3. Sana Sayyad - Sana Sayyad, who graced the stage alongside Utkarsh as her partner, bagged her first break in Season 8 of MTV Splitsvilla, ultimately emerging as the runner-up of that season. Subsequently, Sana soared to new heights in her TV career and secured roles in leading TV shows like Jaana Na Dil Se Door, Divya-Drishti, Spy Bahu, MTV Girls on Top, Lockdown Ki Love Story and Kundali Bhagya amongst others. 

4. Aly Goni - Aly Goni, celebrated for his charismatic personality and captivating presence on screen, has captured the hearts of audiences.  His journey began with the OG dating reality show, MTV Splitsvilla Season 5. While he didn't win the trophy, his time on MTV Splitsvilla paved the way for his breakthrough role in one of the biggest shows, 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.' Later, he charmed viewers as a wild card contestant on Bigg Boss season 14. He later featured in two music videos of singer Neha Kakkar - ‘Tera Suit’ and ‘2 Phone’.

5. Shagun Pandey - Shagun Pandey's journey to television fame commenced with his participation in MTV Splitsvilla 11, where he encountered numerous obstacles and tests, including surrendering power for love. Despite these challenges, he remained steadfast and determined, ultimately becoming a runner-up alongside Samyukta. Transitioning to non-fictional space, he has then appeared in shows like Tujhse Hai Raabta, Shubharambh, Kyun Uthe Dil Chod Aaya before landing his current role in Mera Balam Thanedaar. He also bagged a role in the short film Blind Love and also featured in a few music videos.

Himani Shivpuri, currently portraying Katori Amma in &TV's Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, is one of the most recognised and renowned actors in the Indian entertainment industry. Not many know that the veteran actress is also extremely fond of animals and goes above and beyond to feed the furry pets she has on the sets of Happu Ki Ultan Paltan. She navigates her life with her furry companions by her side and stands as a beacon of love and compassion, showcasing paw-positive attitude always.

Sharing details on adopting stray dogs, Himani Shivpuri, aka Katori Amma, commented, “Since childhood, I have been an ardent animal lover. From birds, rabbits, and cats to dogs, I have been a mother to all of them. A furry friend at home can make us smile with a simple woof and cuddle. But strays are as loving and loyal as purebred dogs and deserve the same kind of love. While everyone looks after pedigree pets, it is necessary to give a home to these stray dogs who need food, protection, and shelter. ‘Like mother, like son’ - my son Katyayan is also a big dog lover. When he was small, we had a dog named ‘Raja’, an Asian breed who unfortunately passed away due to circumstances beyond our control. Sadly, I had to hide Raja’s death from him and lie that he ran away, as he was his best friend and deeply attached to him. Wherever I go, I make dog friends. Similarly, on the sets of Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, I adopted all the stray dogs and cared for them like a mother. It’s been six years now, and all the dogs are very much attached to me. I provide them with food, water, shelter, and basic veterinary treatment. I have also named my dogs ‘Jenny’, ‘Tiger’, and ‘Scotty’. Whenever I am not on set or have a day off, I inform the team to feed them and take updates on their well-being. In my building as well, I feed two dogs regularly. My dogs enjoy my weekly special menu that includes oats, sweet potatoes, eggs, rice, and various meats (laughs).”

 

Talking about her pet dog, Himani Shivpuri adds, “At home, we have this beautiful Indie Labrador named Arya; she is the star of our house. I remember when Katyayan was small after Raja was gone, he insisted on getting a dog, but I always denied it. But my mother decided to fulfil his wish and suggested getting him a dog. At that time, my son brought Arya home. Arya is naturally very playful and brings a lot of joy and laughter to our home. Her antics, expressions, and playful behaviour are entertaining and lighten the mood. As an animal lover, I would suggest that if you are considering bringing a furry friend into your life, please visit local animal shelters, and rescue organizations, or check with local communities to find a stray dog in need of a loving home. You may be surprised by the immense joy and fulfilment a stray dog can bring to your life.”

It's the moment when couples commemorate their love, creating lasting memories. &TV artists reminisce about their most memorable Valentine's Day gifts during this yearly celebration and reveal their plans to pleasantly surprise their significant other. These include Ashutosh Kulkarni (Krishan Bihari Vajpayee, Atal), Sapna Sikarwar (Bimlesh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and Vidisha Srivastava (Anita Bhabi, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai). Ashutosh Kulkarni, essaying Krishan Bihari Vajpayee in &TV’s show Atal, says, “Valentine’s Day is the day of love and affection, a day dedicated to love, be it your partner, friends, and family. It is about celebrating love. However, I don’t feel I need to confine and celebrate love just one day out of 365 days. I am openly expressive, consistently letting my partner, Ruchika, know how much I value and appreciate her constant presence. Despite my busy schedule, on February 14th, I have plans to surprise her, but those are under wraps. (laughs). I won't miss the chance to express my love. I plan to take her for a brief drive and dinner at her favourite restaurant. Knowing her love for sunsets, I once surprised her with a trip to Mahabaleshwar, a few hours away from our Pune home – perhaps the best Valentine's Day gift she's received.
