It was a challenging time but everything is great now. I took to yoga in a huge manner to take up this challenge. It's been paying dividends. It has had a huge impact on the way the body feels and looks. Yoga is just the best thing the body can get. A strict diet helped and things look great now. A couple of projects are in the pipeline.
