Global sensation Rego B, 13 years old first and the youngest Indian artist creates an album of global chartbusters. With the blessings of his late grandfather, Disco King Shri Bappi Lahiri, he launched another song in the album titled “ATTENTION”. All the songs in the album are the covers of global chartbusters. Rego happens to be the first and the only singer in India who has introduced this unique concept. Not at all camera shy, ready to take on any and all questions. Here’s presenting the exceptionally talented Rego B. It won't be wrong to say that the little kid Rego B aka Swastik Bansal shares an uncanny resemblance with the music maestro late Shri Bappi Lahiri. Rego who is just thirteen, stormed the Indian music scenes with his single Bachcha Party which crossed 5 million views and made a confident appearance with his grandfather on Salman Khan's Bigg Boss, Sa Re Ga Ma, Dance India Dance with Madhuri Dixit Nene and Indian Idol where he sang Disco Dancer as a tribute to his grandfather, Rego, who started singing at the age of two, credits his grandfather for his interest in Western and classical music.

A student, a national and an international star Rego B who is juggling his studies along with music, confesses that it indeed is difficult, however it’s worth it when music is passion.

 He was born in a family of musicians. When he was 2 years old, he started his training in music from his mother and grandfather.  Rego is studying music from RSL Rock Music of London and taking professional training under the singer and music coach Yvie Burnett who is the coach of Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran and many more and Samantha who is also the coach of celebrated global singers.

An actor by passion, Rego can sing seven languages : Italian, Spanish, English, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu and rap. He also sang Despacito in Spanish on his cover.

Rego also sings Bhajans, Slokas and Ganesh Vandans and Hanuman Chalisa. His Bollywood favorites are Arijit Singh, Badshah and Raftaar.

From the age of 4, he started performing live on stage with his grandfather, Bappi Lahiri. Apart from Bachcha Party, he has also lent his outstanding vocals to “Football is My Dream’ (2018), Kal Chutti Hai’ (2021) and many more.

Taking the musical legacy forward, Rego is the fourth generation of musicians in the Lahiri family, his great grandparents Bansari Lahir the First Lady musician, Bappi Lahiri, Rema and Bappa Lahiri and now Rego.

Despite being academically busy, Rego has taken an oath to make his family and his country proud.

Even though he’s still young, Rego already has his eyes set for musical domination, following the footsteps of his legendary granddad. Well, Rego's work in the Indian music Industry is being loved across the world!

The crazy combination of Ustaad Ram and sensational director Puri Jagannadh is back. The duo reunites for the sequel of their cult blockbuster iSmart Shankar titled Double iSmart. It is going to be double the mass and double the entertainment, this time. Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur together will produce the movie on Puri Connects. Vishu Reddy is the CEO.

Double iSmart had its grand launching ceremony today in the presence of the core team and a few special guests. While Charmme sounded the clapboard, Puri Jagannadh himself directed the first shot on hero Ram Pothineni. "iSmart Shankar alias Double iSmart," mouthed Ram for the muhurtham shot in style. 

The regular shoot of Double iSmart will commence on the 12th of this month.

iSmart Shankar is a very special movie for Ram as well as Puri Jagannath. The movie turned out to be the biggest blockbuster for both the hero and the director. Thus, the excitement and expectations around this project will be huge.

Puri Jagannadh penned a story that will have a much bigger span and will be made with a high budget on a large scale with top-class technical standards. Puri will be showing Ram in a massier character than iSmart Shankar.

Double iSmart will have a Pan India release. It will release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages for Maha Shivaratri on March 8, 2024.

JioCinema is all set to showcase an endearing tale of unconventional family bond with its upcoming film, Trial Period, which will premiere on 21st July. Written and directed by Aleya Sen, the film boasts of a stellar cast of Genelia Deshmukh, Manav Kaul, in the lead, with Shakti Kapoor, Sheeba Chadda, Gajraj Rao, and Zidane Braz in significant roles. Trial Period showcases an emotional rollercoaster as it unravels the love and complexities of modern imperfect families.

 

The film follows the journey of a single mother Ana, played by Genelia Deshmukh, whose world turns upside down when her inquisitive son demands a father on a trial period of 30 days! The innocent coercion leads to the arrival of a disciplined Prajapati Dwivedi from Ujjain, fondly known as PD, played by Manav Kaul – who is in complete contradiction to the expectations of the mother and the son. What follows is an adorable tale of love and friendship, as they navigate through the challenges of an unconventional family dynamic, personality clashes, blossoming into unexpected bonds. Produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Presented by Jio Studios, a Chrome Pictures production, produced by Hemant Bhandari, Amit Ravindernath Sharma, and Aleya Sen, Trial Period assures to be a perfect family entertainer.

 

Genelia Deshmukh shares her thoughts about the film, "I’m at the stage in my career, where I choose a film which is about quality more than just quantity. Trial Period when offered to me by director Aleya Sen and Chrome was about a mother and the various relationships a woman goes through at that phase, it’s about a single woman mother finding her love story which is different from college love stories, and this is exactly what excited me to do the role. I’m excited about the film’s premiere at Jio Cinema which has a larger audience and audience that is appropriate for the film. The Trial Period family has made this film with so much love and we hope our sincere efforts resonate with the audience."

 

Manav Kaul also commented, "Trial Period is all things special! So heartfelt in its treatment, the film is an emotional rollercoaster. January 2118. तंत्रज्ञानामध्ये भारतातील युवकांना सुसज्ज करण्याच्या उद्दिष्टाने 'अपग्रॅड फाऊंडेशन-एमएसडीई' चा संयुक्त उपक्रम

 अपग्रॅड (upGrad) ची एक ना-नफा तत्वावर काम करणारी उपसंस्था अपग्रॅड फाऊंडेशनने नुकताच कौशल्य विकास आणि उद्योजकता मंत्रालयाच्या (MSDE) सहभागीदारीने ‘आर्टिफिशिअल इंटलिजन्स (AI) आणि डेटा सायन्स’ या विषयांमध्ये आवश्यक कौशल्य विकसनासाठी तीन शहरांमध्ये प्रशिक्षण शिबिर घेण्याच्या उपक्रमाचा समारोप केला. भविष्यासाठी अत्यंत महत्वाच्या तंत्रज्ञानामधील आवश्यक कौशल्यांमध्ये भारतातील युवकांना सुसज्ज करण्याच्या उद्दिष्टाने प्रेरित असलेले हे आठ दिवसीय ‘ट्रेन द ट्रेनर’ (प्रशिक्षकांना प्रशिक्षित करु) प्रशिक्षण शिबिर आर्टिफिशिअल इंटेलिजन्स (AI) आणि डेटा सायन्स या आधुनिक तंत्रज्ञानाला संपूर्णपणे आत्मसात करण्यासाठी सहाय्यक होते. बंगळूर, हैदराबाद आणि मुंबई येथील राष्ट्रीय कौशल्य प्रशिक्षण संस्था (NSTI) केंद्रांवर एकूण ११३ प्रशिक्षणार्थींनी यासाठी नोंदणी केली होती. या कार्यक्रमामध्ये डेटा सायन्स, मशीन लर्निंग, एआय अॅप्लिकेशन्स आणि डेटा व्हिज्युअलायझेशन या विषयातील महत्त्वाच्या संकल्पना समाविष्ट केल्या होत्या. याबरोबरच, प्रभावीपणे काम पूर्ण करण्यासाठी लागणाऱ्या कौशल्य प्रशिक्षणाचा (सॉफ्ट स्किल्स) देखील यामध्ये समावेश करण्यात आला होता.

           

उद्योग क्षेत्राशीसंबंधित असलेला हा उपक्रम पंतप्रधान माननीय श्री. नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या व्यावहारिक आणि प्रायोगिक कौशल्यांवर भर देणाऱ्या ‘स्किल इंडिया मिशन’ शी पूरक आहे. जून महिन्यामध्येच या उपक्रमांतर्गत एक प्रशिक्षण शिबिर मुंबईच्या चुनाभट्टी भागातील राष्ट्रीय कौशल्य प्रशिक्षण संस्था (NSTI) येथे आयोजित केले गेले. हा उपक्रम म्हणजे शासन, उद्योग क्षेत्र आणि शिक्षण क्षेत्र यांच्यातील मजबूत सहकार्याचे एक उत्तम उदाहरण असून हे उपक्रम तरुण विद्यार्थ्यांना व विशेषतः कमी विशेषाधिकार असलेल्यांना भारताच्या झपाट्याने वाढणाऱ्या रोजगार व नोकरीधंद्याच्या बाजारपेठेमधील संधी मिळवता यावी म्हणून सक्षम करण्याची वाढती गरज संबोधित करते.

सी.एस.मूर्ती, संचालक, प्रादेशिक-महाराष्ट्र राज्य, कौशल्य विकास आणि उद्योजकता मंत्रालयाच्या (MSDE) म्हणाले, “हा अभ्यासक्रम वाढत्या बाजारपेठेच्या गरजा पूर्ण करण्यासाठी तयार करण्यात आला आहे. यामधील सहभागी प्रशिक्षणार्थीं या उदयोन्मुख क्षेत्रात त्यांची कौशल्ये सुधारण्यासाठी उत्सुक आहेत आणि अपग्रॅड फाऊंडेशन मधील अनुभवी प्राध्यापक देखील विद्यार्थ्यांना सक्रियपणे गुंतवून ठेवण्यासाठी संवादात्मक सत्र घेत आहेत.”

वन अपग्रॅडमध्ये सामील झालेले आणि अपग्रॅड फाऊंडेशनमध्ये अजेंडा तयार करणारे प्रमथ राज सिन्हा याबाबत बोलताना म्हणाले,“आपल्या समाजात उच्च गुणवत्तेचे शिक्षण मिळण्याच्या संधीमध्ये मोठ्या प्रमाणात सामाजिक व आर्थिक असमानता आहे. बहुतेकवेळा आपल्या देशातील महत्वाकांक्षी तरुणांना शिक्षण आणि रोजगाराच्या संधी मिळवण्यासाठी खूप आव्हानांना सामना करावा लागतो. अशावेळी आपल्या समाजातील ही उत्तम शिक्षण व ज्ञान मिळविण्यातील दरी भरून काढणे अत्यंत महत्वाचे ठरते. उद्याच्या जागतिक बाजारपेठेसाठी सुसज्ज, पूर्ण तयार आणि सक्षम भारत निर्माण करण्यासाठी या प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमाची काळजीपूर्वक रचना करण्यात आली आहे.”

उर्मिला, प्रशिक्षण शिबिरातील प्रशिक्षणार्थी म्हणाली,''बंगळूरमधील एनएसटीआय (NSTI) प्रशिक्षण शिबिरांनी खूप प्रभावी परिणाम दिले आणि प्रशिक्षणार्थींचा उत्साहवर्धक अभिप्राय देखील मिळवला आम्ही डेटा सायन्स, पायथन, मशीन लर्निंग आणि डीप लर्निंगचे ज्ञान मिळविले आहे, जे आमच्यासाठी खूप उपयुक्त आहे.आम्ही प्रशिक्षकांकडून आमच्या प्रत्येक शंका दूर करू शकू अशा पद्धतीने या शिबिराची रचना केली होती.”
