International Day of Happiness is celebrated every year on March 20th to make people worldwide realize the importance of happiness in their lives. Spreading this very happiness into audiences’ life &TV has these two popular comedy shows Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai and Happu Ki Ultan Paltan. The lead artists from these shows talk about the importance of happiness and how these shows have spread joy and laughter into people's lives. These include Yogesh Tripathi (Daroga Happu Singh) and Kamna Pathak (Rajesh) from Happu Ki Ultan PaltanVidisha Srivastava (Anita Bhabi), and Aasif Sheikh (Vibhuti Narayan Mishra) from Bhabiji Ghar Par HaiKamna Pathak, essaying Rajesh in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares, There is a saying that If You Want to Be Happy, Try to Make Someone Else Happy.’ The truth is, making someone happy takes a lot of effort and is not easy. It's not just about making funny faces or expressions or cracking jokes. It is about creating relatable moments or dialogues that strike a chord. Our show, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, has achieved this successfully. Each character's personality and catchphrases caught up beautifully with the audience and entertained them. And we feel blessed to have been that medium in spreading so much joy and laughter into their lives. As we celebrate International Day of Happiness, let us remind ourselves to appreciate the little things that make us happy and to express our gratitude for the people who make our lives more enjoyable. Happiness is all around you, so busk yourself in these moments and smile.” Aasif Sheikh, aka Vibhuti Narayan Mishra of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, shares, “Bringing happiness into someone's life is one of the greatest gifts anyone can give. Every actor dreams of playing a character that makes a difference in someone's life. I feel fortunate that our audience has appreciated and enjoyed each of these characters, bringing smiles to their faces. My character, Vibhuti Narayan Mishra, in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, allows me to accomplish the task of making the audience laugh and get entertained. It gives me tremendous satisfaction and happiness. It's a blessing for me to be a source of joy for others. And as an artist, I think relieving the audience of their stress for a while is an excellent way to help them feel happy and healthy. There are lots of big and worrying issues in our world right now. We can’t always change what is happening but we can choose how we respond. So let us choose to create a happier and kinder world. Count the good things in your life and give yourself reasons to be cheery on this joyful occasion of International Happiness Day.”

Yogesh Tripathi, aka Daroga Happu Singh from Happu Ki Ultan Paltanshares, “The best way to live a happy life is to find humour in everyday problems. It not only makes the situation more enjoyable, but it also lessens tension. Whenever I am on set practising my lines, I ask myself, "Will this entertain my audience? Is it funny enough?". After a hard day at work, everyone wants to unwind and have a moment of happiness. So, it is more of a responsibility for us to deliver this happiness to them daily! And it makes us happy to see our audience smiling through our show. I feel so proud that people expect me to get them to laugh in my Happu tone wherever I go, and I love to say, "Aree dada”. I feel fortunate to give our audience such fun moments. Our show has already completed its four years, and I wish it to continue forever so that we can spread Happiness in their lives forever. International Happiness Day inspires us to spread joy and happiness to live happier, more fulfilling lives.”

Vidisha Srivastavaessaying Anita Bhabi in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, says, “If you have the power to make someone happy, do it. The world needs more of that. People are so engrossed with work and stressed that they forget to live in the moment and stay happy. But as an actor, I feel responsible for making them happy and comfortable watching our show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai. It feels wonderful and fulfilling when your character or show makes even a minor difference in their lives, such as making them smile when they are sad. And I am glad Anita, as a character, has been doing it for the last one year. Anita is bold and beautiful, so I believe people can relate to her and find it enjoyable. An actor lives for this moment. I count myself lucky to provide such enjoyable experiences for our audience. International Happiness Day is a gentle reminder to seize the opportunity to maintain our happiness and health to prolong our lives.”
