The atmosphere was serious enough- the crowd full of achievers

But what’s to stop a bunch of girls from letting their hair down!!

FICCI FLO's Corporette hosted by chairperson Parvathy Ramaswamy,bought together Raell Padamsee, RJ Malishka, Dr. Rashmi Shetty, fitness expert Leena Mogre, Sula Wine's global ambassador Cecilia Oldne and  Estee Lauder's Rohan Vaziralli , media planning guru Meenakshi Menon and Image consultant Rakesh Agarwal.

There was a talk on how women in India are evolving, and with their evolution- how the cultural context of how women should behave is evolving too.

And just on cue; Raell Padamsee hopped on the stage and had the audience do a cha-cha-cha and a little zumba to show how women should behave- with freedom! There was more as suddenly. Mumbais, and maybe Indias most famous voice, Malishka showed the audience exactly why listeners simply can’t get enough of her. Malishka, who runs her own democracy - on radio every morning, was in a mood to celebrate 8 years of her show, where she plays Robinhood, solicits listener participation on her shows, educates women on pepper sprays, and does what no one can do, quite like her- revels in going live. 

Suddenly, all affectations perished under her candid heartfelt talk, and the audience agreed that she's heard, because she touches people’s lives- and that her voice , her laughter and her "bajaoing" are as much a part of Mumbai as our local trains... we cannot imagine mornings without her.
