Eating healthy and nutritious food can provide a valuable boost to your wellbeing and success. Here’s a sneak peek into what’s inside the lunch boxes of your favourite &TV artists including Smita Sable (Dhaniya, Bheema), Geetanjali Mishra (Rajesh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and Aasif Sheikh (Vibhuti Narayan Mishra, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai). Smita Sable, essaying Dhaniya in &TV’s Bheema, shares, “I’ve always believed that food is not just fuel but also a source of happiness. My dabba is a mix of nutrition and nostalgia. I carry jowar bhakris, seasonal sabzis, and homemade thecha a spicy Maharashtrian chutney I simply can't do without. On shoot days, I also pack a small container of soaked almonds and dates for quick energy between shots. My dad still sends me pickles and chutneys made at home they remind me of childhood meals. And oh, I never forget to carry a small bottle of kokum sherbet during summers  it's a delicious way to stay cool on set!"


Geetanjali Mishra
, who plays Rajesh in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, reveals, "I’m very particular about what goes into my body, especially since I have oily skin and a sensitive stomach. My tiffin always has balanced meals usually a mix of multigrain rotis, sprouts sabzi, and a bowl of homemade curd. I start my mornings with fruit and detox water, and during shoot breaks, I snack on foxnuts or roasted chana. I love experimenting too sometimes I carry quinoa khichdi or moong dal pancakes. And since I love cooking, my dabba is full of flavour but low on oil. My co-actors often peek into my lunch to see what new healthy twist I’ve packed that day!" Aasif Sheikh, our ever-charming Vibhuti Narayan Mishra from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, shares with a grin, “My dabba is nothing short of a mini-feast (laughs)! While I stick to clean, home-cooked meals think lightly sautéed vegetables, mixed lentil curry, and multigrain rotis  my absolute favourite is a big bowl of colourful salad loaded with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, and a dash of lemon. I also love bringing surprise healthy snacks like sprouts chaat or stuffed parathas for my team. Eating clean doesn’t have to be boring, and I make sure my dabba is both tasty and wholesomeBiryani Fridays have become a tradition because everyone waits for that aromatic dabba. I keep it light during the day, but I never compromise on taste. A must-have in my tiffin? My wife's famous mint chutney it elevates even the simplest meal. And yes, no matter how hectic the shoot, I always make time to sit and eat together with my cast. That’s where the real bonding happens!"
