Yash has a very holistic approach and here is something that he shared on fitness, "I was into fitness very early and I had the yearning to learn more on this to do it the right and healthy way. I am on a mission to make as many people fit as possible and get them to live their fullest life. Fitness is a combination of diet, supplements and working out. I wish to amalgamate them well and have done it fairly well so far. We have to give ourselves a fighting chance in the present day to be in top notch shape for the challenges in life. One very simple analysis would be that we have had the best moments in life when we have been our fittest best. We should just sit and think it through once. It's been a great experience working with Swwapnil sir, prarthana mam and all the stalwarts that I am working with. I am living my dream and committee to make them the fittest best. "
