Actress Evelyn Sharma sure is used to dealing with stressful situations! From shooting her film ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ on the mountain tops of the Himalayas in sub-zero temperatures to performing action stunts in sandstorm and blazing heat in the desert of Abu Dhabi in the UAE for her upcoming film Saaho! “Ten years in the entertainment industry really taught me how to stay calm in stressful situations!” says the ‘Sunny Sunny’ girl with a charming smile.

What’s her secret, you ask? Three little letters: LOL - yes, “laugh out loud” is her secret to staying sane and at ease in this demanding field of work. “Take life with a bit of humor and you’ll be surprised how easy things will become.” Of course, the philanthropist and founder of her charity foundation ‘Seams For Dreams’ is well aware that there are times in life when it gets hard to even force a smile. No different in a year’s long career.

 “I’ve faced really bad times, too. Not knowing how to pay my rent tomorrow, sexual harassment, and being screwed over or simply not paid at the end of a project, are unfortunately regular hurdles when you get into this industry,” says Evelyn with a suddenly more serious face. “I’m glad I can see a lot of changes though and the next generation is way more serious about doing great work and treating each other fairly.”

She calls it “Smile Therapy”; after a stressful day at the office she likes to unwind to a good comedy movie or stand-up comedy set. “It helps me forget about my day’s worries and helps me to take difficult situations with a bit of humor. Comedy is always going to be my favourite genre and shooting for films like ‘Main Tera Hero’ counts to my best experiences.

 What’s better than a set full of fun loving comedy actors?” laughs the actor turned social entrepreneur who is most known for her outstanding comic performances and catchy item numbers, like her recent song ‘Babli’ from the film ‘Kissebaaz’ starring Pankaj Tripathi. बिग बॉस मराठीचे दुसरे पर्व आता अंतिम टप्प्यावर आले आहे. टॉप ६ स्पर्धकांमधून कोण विजेता ठरेल ह्याविषयी आता प्रेक्षकांची उत्सुकता शिगेला पोहोचली आहे. वाईल्ड कार्ड एन्ट्री करूनही प्रेक्षकांची मनं जिंकून ग्रँड फिनालेला ‘रेगे’ फेम आरोह वेलणकर पोहचला आहे.  आरोहमधल्या खालील पाच गुणांमूळे तो प्रेक्षकांच्या मनावर अधिराज्य  गाजवतोय.

CRISIL assigns 'CRISIL AAA/Stable/CRISIL A1+' ratings to the long term bank facilities and debt instruments of Fullerton India Home Finance Company Limited

Bank Loans, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) and Subordinated Debt (SD) rated as “CRISIL AAA/Stable” and Commercial Paper (CP) receives the rating of “CRISIL A1+”

Mumbai, 29 August 2019 – Fullerton India Home Finance Company Limited (FIHFC), a non-banking housing finance company, a 100% subsidiary of Fullerton India Credit Company Limited, has recently been assigned the highest rating by CRISIL with “CRISIL AAA/Stable” for long-term facilities (Bank Loan, NCD and SD) and “CRISIL A1+” for short term facilities (CP).

FIHFC has been awarded this rating on the basis of its strong support from the ultimate parent, Fullerton Financial Holdings (FFH), Singapore, a step down subsidiary of Temasek, experienced management and healthy capitalization FFH holds 100% in Fullerton India Credit Company Limited (FICCL), the immediate parent of FIHFC.

Speaking on this announcement, Mr. Rakesh Makkar, CEO and Whole Time Director FIHFC, said, “In an otherwise challenging market, receiving the highest rating from CRISIL reinstates our commitment to effectively serve the affordable customer segment of the country via home loans and loans against property.  This rating will further help the Company receive a wider acceptance among lenders both on-shore and off-shore and thereby benefit the end consumer”.

FIHFC provides housing loans, loans against property in the affordable housing segment.  This fits well with the target segment of FICCL which proves other retail consumer loans and thereby aligns with the global strategy for FFH.

About Fullerton India Home Finance Company Limited:

The company started its operation in December 2015; offering home loan and loan against property in the affordable segment to the salaried and self-employed professionals.  FFH currently holds 100% in the HFC via its subsidiary Fullerton India Credit Company Limited.

The company leverages on the existing infrastructure of FICCL with partial branch sharing. It currently operates out of 80 branches out of which 20-25 branches are self and the rest are shared with FICCL. In fiscal 2019, the company reported a profit after tax of Rs 0.48 crores on a total income of Rs 330 crores compared to Rs 4.24 crores and Rs 137 crores in fiscal 2018.

अभिनेता आरोह वेलणकरने वाईल्ड कार्ड म्हणून बिग बॉसच्या दुसऱ्या पर्वात २० जुलैला दणक्यात प्रवेश केला. कमी वेळातच आरोहने सगळ्यांची मने जिंकत टॉप ६ मध्ये बाजी मारली. आरोह वेलणकरचा स्पष्टवक्ता स्वभाव आणि बुद्धीचातुर्य वापरून खेळायची वृत्ती यामुळे अल्पावधीतच त्याने प्रेक्षकांची वाहवाही मिळवली. आरोहने टॉप ६ मध्ये एन्ट्री केल्यापासून सध्या सोशल मिडीयावरून त्याचे चाहते त्याच्यावर शुभेच्छांचा वर्षाव करतआहेत.

जसे चाहते आरोहचे कौतुक करत आहेत. तसेच आरोहचे कौतुक बिग बॉसच्या घरातल्या स्पर्धकांनीही वेळोवेळी केले आहे. आरोहने एन्ट्री घेताक्षणी बिगबॉसच्या घरात एक सकारात्मकता आणली होती. त्याला पहिल्यांदाच भेटणारे अभिजित केळकर आणि वैशाली म्हाडे आरोहविषयी बोलताना, “तो चांगला आहे. पॉझीटीव्ह, स्पष्ट आणि क्लीअर वाटतो. चांगलं जमेल त्याच्याशी. स्वभाव छान आहे.”

Navi Mumbai, August 29, 2019: Celebrating the homecoming of the legendary king Mahabali, the Kerala harvest festival Onam is back with all the pomp and glitter this year at Seawoods Grand Central Mall. To welcome the king in a symbolic way the mall will have a 9 meters floral rangoli up on display between August 31 - September 1, 2019, thereby signifying happiness. 

The celebration will be marked with traditional art, cultural and entertainment events on August 31^st, wherein guests will be enthralled with Kathakali, Thiruvathira and Oppana dance performances. This will be followed by various other traditional song performances, recitations, etc.

If you cannot make it to God’s Own Country in time for the yearly visit of the mythological king, you can surely drop by on Saturday, 31st August and between 5:30 PM to 9 PM at Seawoods Grand Central Mall and seek his blessings and be a part of the festivities.

Nav Bharat Foundation (NBF) organized the second edition of the “Run For Security” the initiative launched in 2017, under the Margdarshan of Mananiya Indresh Kumar Ji, in Gurugram at “Tau Devi Lal Stadium” in Gurugram . Present at the event Mr. Indresh Kumar was shouting slogans  "We will take back Kashmir from Pakistan”.This year Jal Shakti along with NBF launched “Jan Jal Andolan” taking inspiration from our Hon’ble PM, Narendra Modi from this platform. Families of Pulwama Attack martyrs were honored with a token of love by NBF in the fundraising program. Thousands of youngsters from Gurugram participated in a 5 km run-in the memory of our Indian martyrs. Families of ten martyrs were Honored by the dignitaries present including the first female martyr of India.

 More and more people participated in the run. Well known Astrologer and Vastu Expert Pawan Kaushik came specially from Mumbai to felicitate the martyrs family. Rizwan Adatia of Rizwan Adatia Foundation came specially from South Africa to support the event. The proceedings were graced by Lt. Gen. A.B. Mistry, GOC Delhi Area,  Shri. Dharambir Singh, MP, LS, Bhiwani, Bhaichung Bhutia, Chetan Sharma, Kamla Maheshwari, Kavita Chehel and 15 other International champions of India in different sporting disciplines.

‘Run for Security’ is an initiative by NBF where we connect our communities, especially our youth towards the cause of the security establishment. Here we try to sensitize them towards our national security concerns and bring about a sense of belongingness, and to honor the families of our brave hearts who lost their lives fighting for us. In 2017, we had the felicitation ceremony of 40 such families by and in the presence of the Honorable (then) Governor of Haryana Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki Ji (Now the Hon’ble Governor of Tripura) and Mananiya Indresh Kumar Ji, National Executive Member, RSS. More than 6,000 participants came to run for security. Several respected National and International sports persons also participated in the ‘Run’. This year they added the issue of water conservation also. Singer Milind Gaba also came to support this event.

Scientific Astrologer, Pawan Kaushik who has a great love for his country and soldiers celebrated his Birthday by attending “ Run for Security” organized by Nav Bharat Foundation (NBF) at  “Tau Devi Lal Stadium”  in Gurugram  . The event was initiated in 2017 by RSS Leader Indresh Kumar Ji. Pandit Pawan Kaushik belongs to Freedom Fighter family and he himself has served Indian Navy. He extended help to the families of Pulwama attack Martyrs at the fundraising program and also spent time with them.

Present at the run, he shared  beautiful lines written by him ,“Atanwaad par Poorna GST aaj Lagado Hey Modi, Ek ke Badle 28 Ka Sar Ab laa Do Hey Modi,Bahut Kaha Aur Bahut Saha par baat na unane kuch Maani,Atanki pillon ne bharat ki shakti tanik na pahchani,Ab ungli dikha kar baat karo, ankhein bhi thodi laal karo ,Desh yahi bas Mangata hai,Na-pak ko ab badhal karo, Sena ko kehdo adesh ab nahi kisi se lena hai, Lahore talak chahe chadh jaye, par badla poora lena hai.”
