व्हि.शांताराम यांनी त्यांचे चित्रपटातील नाव 'वंदना' ठेवले होते

रुपेरी पडद्यावर आलेले काही चेहरे प्रेक्षकांच्या मनावर ठसा उमटवतात. आशा नाडकर्णी या अभिनेत्रीचा प्रभाव याच स्वरुपाचा होता. प्रख्यात दिग्दर्शक व्हि. शांताराम यांनी 'मौसी' या चित्रपटात आशाजी ना प्रथम अभिनेत्रीच्या रुपात काम दिले जेव्हा त्या फक्त १५ वर्षांच्या होत्या. त्यांनी ह्या संधीचे सोने केले आणि नंतर 'नवरंग' सारखे अनेक चित्रपट केले. व्हि.शांताराम यांनी त्यांचे चित्रपटातील नाव 'वंदना' ठेवले होते.

आशा नाडकर्णी मुळच्या सामान्य कुटुंबातील, पुण्यातील सोमवार पेठ येथील सारस्वत कॉलनी मध्ये सुरवातीला राहत होत्या. त्यांचे कुटुंब १९५७ ला मुंबई मध्ये रहावयास आले आणि तेव्हा पासून त्यानी चित्रपटात काम करण्यास सुरुवात केली. त्या उत्तम नर्तिका देखील होत्या १९५७ ते १९७३ ह्या कालावधीत त्यांनी अनेक हिंदी व मराठी चित्रपट केले. अशा गुणी कलाकारचे नुकतेच १९ जून २०२३ रोजी मलबार हिल, दक्षिण मुंबई येथील राहत्या घरी निधन झाले. निधनाची बातमी त्यांचे सुपुत्र यांनी माध्यमास कळवली निधनाच्या वेळी त्यांचे वय ८० वर्षे होते गेली कित्येक वर्षे मूत्रपिंडाच्या आजाराने त्रस्त होत्या आणि डायलिसिसवर होत्या त्यांच्या मागे त्यांचा मुलगा,सून व नातू असा परिवार आहे.

Aasif Sheikh, aka Vibhuti Narayan Mishra from &TV’s Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, is filled with joy and anticipation as he eagerly awaits the festivities of Eid. From engaging in the peaceful practice of offering Namaz to cherishing precious moments with beloved family and friends, every detail of the occasion has been meticulously planned. The actor's heart brims with nostalgia as he fondly recalls the extravagant and unforgettable Eid celebrations held in his ancestral home nestled in the vibrant city of Varanasi. Speaking of Eid festivities, the actor joyfully shares, "The magic of festivals in small towns and cities is simply enchanting! Witnessing the heartfelt dedication and efforts put into making the day truly extraordinary is a delight in itself. Varanasi holds a special place in my heart as it is my parents' ancestral home, and I have such vivid memories of the grand celebrations at our beloved Dada ji's Haveli. Our family was large, and we warmly welcomed relatives and friends from near and far, creating a joyful gathering of hundreds. The entire day was a feast for the senses, with abundant and delicious food from dawn till dusk. Our elders showered us with generous Eidi, and those cherished moments from the early 1980s are etched in my mind as if they happened yesterday. जनसामान्यांचा  लोकप्रिय  कार्यक्रम म्हणजे 'कोण होणार करोडपती'. सचिन खेडेकर यांचं बहारदार सूत्रसंचालन हे या  कार्यक्रमाचं खास वैशिष्ट्य. या आठवड्यात ‘कोण होणार करोडपती’मध्ये शनिवारच्या ‘विशेष भागात' मराठी रंगभूमीचा हाऊसफूल सम्राट प्रशांत दामले आणि अभिनेत्री कविता लाड हे हॉट सीटवर येणार आहेत. प्रशांत दामले आणि कविता लाड 'कोण होणार करोडपती'चा खेळ अखिल भारतीय मराठी नाट्यपरिषदेसाठी खेळले आहेत. ते स्वतः अखिल भारतीय मराठी नाट्यपरिषदेचे अध्यक्ष आहेत. मराठी नाटकांच्या भविष्यासाठी ते 'कोण होणार करोडपती'चा खेळ खेळणार आहेत. या पर्वातील हा विशेष भाग असणार आहे आणि या भागात प्रशांत दामले आणि कविता लाड यांच्याशी गप्पा रंगणार आहेत. ह्या विशेष भागाची सुरुवात प्रशांत दामले त्यांच्या 'मला सांगा सुख म्हणजे नक्की काय असतं' या गाण्याने झाली आहे. त्यामुळे मंचावर एकदम वेगळेच वातावरण तयार झाले.

     प्रशांत दामले आणि कविता लाड हे 'कोण होणार करोडपती'च्या मंचावर व्यक्त झाले. प्रशांत दामले काही ठरावीक नाट्यगृहांत प्रयोग का करत नाहीत, याबद्दल त्यांनी सांगितले. प्रशांत दामले यांनी मोरूची मावशी नाटकादरम्यानचा एक किस्सा सांगितला. सुरुवातीला १६१ प्रयोग होईपर्यंत  हे नाटक रंगभूमीवर विशेष गाजले नव्हते. त्यानंतर दूरदर्शनवरील एका कार्यक्रमात प्रशांत दामले यांनी त्यातील गाणे सादर केले. ते गाणे प्रेक्षकांना इतके आवडले की त्या गाण्याने प्रेक्षकांच्या मनात घर केले. त्यापुढील आजपर्यंतचे सगळे प्रयोग हाऊसफूल गेले, अशी आठवण प्रशांत दामले यांनी सांगितली. कविता लाड यांनी प्रशांत दामले यांच्या कामाचे फार कौतुक केले. त्यांच्यासारखा नट रंगभूमीवर सतत काम करतो आहे, त्यामुळे सगळ्यांनाच कामाचा हुरूप येतो. प्रशांत दामले आणि कविता लाड यांनी भरपूर वर्षे एकत्र काम केले आहे. आजवरच्या कारकिर्दीत झालेल्या अनेक आठवणी आज या मंचावर  उलगडणार  आहेत. अनेक नाटकांदरम्यान झालेले किस्से आणि आठवणी प्रेक्षकांना ऐकायला मिळतील आणि ते किस्से आणि त्या आठवणी प्रेक्षकांना नक्कीच आवडतील. मराठी रंगभूमीवरील हाऊसफूल सम्राट प्रशांत दामले आणि कविता लाड यांच्या सहभाग असलेला 'कोण होणार करोडपती'चा हा विशेष भाग १ जुलै रोजी रात्री ९ वाजता सोनी मराठी वाहिनीवर पाहायला मिळेल. जिंकलेली रक्कम ते अखिल भारतीय मराठी नाट्यपरिषदेस देणार आहेत. आता अखिल भारतीय मराठी नाट्यपरिषदेसाठी खेळताना 'कोण होणार करोडपाती'च्या खेळात ते  किती रक्कत जिंकतात, हे पाहणे उत्सुकतेचे ठरेल.
