Heming the majestic experience, Chef Bineesh from Kochi Marriott has put together a unique menu recreating the authentic dishes from the region. The buffet menu comprises of Kozhi Chukka, Natholi Fry, Parippu Thenga Curry, Avial with a generous use of coconut, chilli and spices, prepared in zesty flavours inspired from various districts of Kerala.
